As some other Yelpers have said, probably one of the better coffee shops on this side of the bridge. Being their flagship store this place is pretty unique, wood paneling, fireplace and big opened spaces make for a comfortable place to grab coffee, that is if you can find a place to sit. I usually get my coffee to go so it is not an issue, however if you would like to take part of the beer and wine selection, which by the way is pretty darn good, then you will have to find a seat. As for their coffee, it is definitely better than Starbucks; I am not a fan of dark roasted coffees in the first place and I usually only drink Americanos, but it fits my coffee palate and I enjoy their products. Man. This coffee is so good. Every time I visit my family, this is a must. After having to move to milk alternatives, I was stoked that they stock oat milk and it didn't disappoint. Perfect creaminess complimenting the amazing taste of their coffee. If I lived up here, I would be here every day working out of the shop. For a fair price of $4.29, you can get yourself a nice 12oz Vanilla Iced Latte. It's tasted a bit water down, perhaps a bit too much ice or not enough shots, we will never know. Overall it's was good, friendly service and quick hands. read more

Coffees great. Employees are kind. Atmosphere is beautiful. But not one person had a mask on with COVID19. Not any of the employees and so many customers as well. 3 members of the fire dept didn't have masks either. It was pretty shocking to see honestly-- But other than that, great coffee. But I worry about the cleanliness process if they don't have masks and are taking this pandemic seriously. So I think I'll wait to come back. read more

Stopped by this shop on my way through Gig Harbor on a sunny Sunday afternoon. They have a very cool reclaimed wood vibe inside the shop with HUGE wood barn doors as the entrance!! There is plenty of outdoor seating and also a small conference room (not sure how to reserve it though). Coffee quality was excellent. I had an iced honey latte and it was made very well along with my wife's vanilla almond milk latte. My friend got a coconut cold brew which was too sweet for her tastes and when she told the barista, they happily remade it with a quarter the flavor (which fit her tastes perfectly). I will for sure be returning anytime I'm passing through the area. Pleasant coffee experience and I look forward to spending more visits/time here! read more

I just ordered an extra hot 24 oz mocha and drove away... 1st sip I find that it is luke warm and less then a tasty drink, thought I could drink it but I was wrong, it was better poured out. What happened to CP they used to be so good. read more

Ordered a 16 oz light iced (which they did honor so props to that!) soy milk with caramel. I noticed the color of the latte was pretty light and the drink wasn't mixed well so I looked at the bottom to find white clumps? Bad milk? Not stirred syrup? Not sure... Visited for the first time over Memorial Day weekend - went in on a Saturday morning and was surprised at how spacious and gorgeous it was on the inside. Reminds me of a ski lodge or something, very cozy and felt like I could curl up there with homework or a good book. The baristas were all very friendly and the coffee was excellent, as were the bagels, apple fritters and other pastries. I was happy with the prices as well, pretty reasonable and worth it for the quality. If I lived in the area, I could see this being my regular hang out. Nice, spacious area. Rustic decor. We had a Caramel Macchi and an iced London Fog. Both were excellent! My tea bag broke and the barista was kind enough to remake my drink for me. My only complaint is I wish they had better teas. They use stash tea. Such a nice establishment like this should have high quality teas and/or a larger selection. I was pretty surprised. I love how they change their flavors up every so often it always gives me something new to try. Their blended drinks are really good. Sometimes a barista will make them too sweet but it is usually pretty consistent. The decor is warm and cozy. I also like how they have a lot of outdoor seating. I've been a customer of the Olympic location for quite a few years. Recently I went there in the late afternoon and there was only one young woman working at the counter, with just a few customers seated here and there. The employee didn't have a mask, and said she was exempt because she has a medical condition. So what? We have a state mandate here, it's not optional. This took place as the whole country is heading into yet another episode of Covid-19, this time with the most infectious strain yet, so it was discouraging to see such disregard for customers and staff. I left the store, and I am sorry to say that I will not return. I thought Cutters was a lot more together than this. The fault is not just with the employee, it's the manager who hired her and decided it was OK, and the owners, who ultimately are responsible for the way their business treats customers. read more

UPDATE (July 2017): I have given this place 5 stars but I've subtracted TWO due to the change of their music genre to just COUNTRY MUSIC! The clientele seems always to be people mainly in their 40s-60's which I felt comfortable with but why they insist in playing the music general population do not even recognize baffles me. They should really consider playing nostalgic music station that plays variety of music that'll make all types of people happy instead of country western customers. I tried having a cup of coffee then my favorite dark beer (Porter or something like that) but the music just made me wanna leave instead of enjoying my drink and order more drinks... ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I found this place out of my curiosity, this coffee shop has "fireplace" and so they had me there then I began to notice how comfortable I felt surrounded by my age group unlike much younger young adults like normally at Starbucks. The staff all are quite amicable and very good looking which was nice concept. The restrooms are so clean, sitting arrangements so comfy and also they offer beer on the tap which is nice and something I wasn't accustomed to. They also offer lunch meals which I haven't tried. I first went in to see if they had something for breakfast but only donuts and nothing warm. They also offer various teas which I didn't notice on their menu but it's there. I haven't been during the nights when they offer live bands but they got me by the heart with the fireplace ^.^ It's one of my go to place for my coffee now! read more

2 stars? Well, this is where I would rate the food, staff and service a ten star and the facility a minus 6... Let me explain, if you want the largest crowd of brash, loud mouth, offensive men in the area, by all means stop in... I was trying to do a little work on the computer and meet with a coworker and I could swear that I was on an overloaded bus in Central America... the noise was deafening- everyone trying to out talk and out do the last story. It was painful. There are two large circle tables in the back of the very narrow building. Taking a hint from a Norman Rockwell poster, people gather AROUND the table to converse... not these charmers- nope, they sat on the outside edges of table causing me to have to nearly jump over them because they were blocking the path to the restroom. And, when I walked through, they begrudgingly had to move because, and this is weird, the door won't open when you are sitting in front of it. Wow... my thought is that if this is the atmosphere that management wants- go for them- the $1.38 coffees will only pay so much rent. I won't choose to go back. read more

Very cute Cutters Point location. Friendly staff in a location just off the freeway. Two big tables in the back with a neat bookshelf to give your eyes something to focus on while your friends are chatting away at you. I like the elevated seating area common to CP. Not much a view at this location, but I like the cozy feel. A few outside tables as well for when the weather is nice. Local treats are available for your enjoyment, although for full disclosure purposes, I've never tried them because I get such sweet coffee drinks. The customer service was A++++++, my drink got misplaced in the order, wasn't a big deal, but the ladies made me a bigger drink and gave me a gift card for next time! A must visit when in Gig Harbor! I stopped in for a quick coffee and a bite and the inside is gorgeous with a huge lodge feel. You'd never guess how big it is from the outside. The servers are very polite and fast.
