Looked around Reno for the best price but also the availability of appointments and others ratings. Cutting edge was able to get me into the shop within 24 hours of calling. The office is clean, the employees are nice and explain the different options without being pushy. Dan was great to work with. He showed up on time to give the estimate for my Mercedes. Reno gets very hot in the summer so window tinting is a must! The estimate was about ten percent less than the other company, and Cutting Edge could get the job done the same week. I was concerned about some bubbling that happened with one of my other vehicles from another company, but Dan put my mind to rest and said if anything happened they would replace the film. read more

Customer service was good, my only complaint was the condition of my car when it was returned to me. There was white drippings all over my black car which I immediately cleaned off. I don't know if that's normal cause this was my first time getting tinted. If that's the norm then I just wish they would've warned me. I got the ceramic tint and it helps reduce the heat a lot, I'm happy with the tint. read more

Oh my goodness!!!! This places is AMAZING! You feel like you're family when you come here. I was there today to get my 2015 Kia Sportage tinted, and chose to go with the ceramic tint after researching its benefits and I am so glad I did! Jeremy, Greg and staff were all very nice to my 15 month old daughter and I, and totally made us feel welcomed. Besides the awesome previous reviews of this company, the main reason I chose to bring my car here was because of their waiting room. With a 15 month old, it was priceless to have this advantage without having to walk in the heat to some nearby place while another company tinted my windows. The air conditioner was on, I had 2 Diet Cokes, watched 2 1/2 series shows of Fuller House which Full house was a favorite tv show of mine growing up, and my little girl played with the toys they had there for kids and had a great time exploring yhe room. Again, you feel like family all comfortable on their 3 to choose from black leather couches to sit on. I honestly would not take your car anywhere else; this place has it all and you will not be disappointed! They also took the time to explain everything to me and how to properly care for my newly tinted windows and what to expect and not question while the process finalizes over the next day or two. Please do yourself the favor and make you appointment with them! It was super easy to get an accommodating appointment time for my little one and I. Had a great experience here. I had my 14 charger tinted they were fast and great price! The Waiting room was very inviting and had TV set up to pass the time and toys for the kids. I also purchased a remote start for my charger it was one of the best investment Ive made for my car I use it all the time. It works great and I'm able to use my factory key fob so there is no additional stuff on my key ring which was pretty awesome! I would recommend these guys to my friends and family!!!!!! read more
