My first day with the keys I realized the kitchen counter was not at all attached to the kitchen counter and there was a leak in the pipes underneath the kitchen sink. After living there for two days the handle to the shower faucet broke off completely - this might not have been something he could've caught but I feel like as an inspector you would typically have a better eye than the average person for things like that. Although I did think that Brian was good at explaining everything, I was just a bit disappointed to find these things immediately.

He has 18+ years of experience, is an Ohio licensed radon specialist and contractor. He is a member of various industry groups, and is Better Business Bureau "A+" Accredited. And this is important because as I researched other radon mitigation bids, some had BBB complaints. Genesis Radon had no complaints.
