Food was ok. First I tried to make a deliver order on line and it wouldn't except my information l, so I called them. Then they told us they couldn't deliver the food and we were less then a mile away!!! These restaurants pay big bucks to serves like DoorDash, etc. and then these company screw them. Food used to be amazing! So disappointed I haven't even left the parking lot and it's a priority to say that we won't ever be back. Stopped by for an hour to visit with a coworker and friend from out of town. We had already eaten but I wish we ate here. The food and menu looked delicious, good prices, and portions were nicely sized. My all day Sunday happy hour Mai Tai was one of the best I've had in awhile with quality ingredients and only $5. Great for us to watch football and golf at once on the many large screen TVs all around. Lots of seating, open space, and outdoor courtyard for moving around and having dogs. So excited for this place to open near my house. The beer selection is good. The food was so overpriced that my wife refused to get the $17 burger. We felt ripped off. I guess because its in the tech center the owners can charge absurd prices for food. The beer prices aren't bad however. Soice trade brewing is much better. read more

Checked out IC on a slower cloudy Sunday. It wasn't super busy, but mostly because of the weather. Good beer selection on tap. They had a nice patio set up with patio lights and ample seating. Inside- various seating arrangements, spacious bar, modern decor, lots of TVs with various sporting events, and friendly staff. I want to go back to check out the patio. The location is great and the patio is awesome. Wait staff is hit or miss. Usually better service with the younger staff. David is consistently upset at life. It's like you're putting him out for coming in. And his female counterpart (sameish age and look) is also upset about having to serve people. Lindsey is pleasant enough, and interacted with a couple others who were cool. Manager was rude (taller white dude). Saw him aggressively chastise a group for pushing tables together on the patio, like they were supposed to know that they couldn't do that. WTF?! Wasn't nice about it, was overly strong with them, and left abruptly after grabbing the table and chairs before the group could even respond. That's fine if that's the policy, but to come in hot, be a jerk, then walk away like they stole his birthday is unacceptable. Plus the patio was completely empty! He made a group of 7 sit at a table for 4. Props to everyone in that group for just letting the manager throw a fit and not respond negatively. Then heard the same manager ask the bar tender and other waiter why they let the group move the table. They weren't even around when the group came in. Like most groups that sit out in a patio situation, they will move the tables to accommodate. I feel like most of the time if the staff is not great it's because the manager sucks. Not saying I won't be back, but adjust your expectations. Their menu has been slimmed down and is not as good anymore. The actual whole vibe of the place is good, but only because of the customers and location, nothing to do with the management. Clean, lots of TVs, good music, decent beer selection. They do have some games available to play, but I would be afraid to have too much fun here. Been here at least 10 times just because of the location. They'll be in trouble if a better managed place opens up anywhere near hear. Side note --- I do understand everyone has bad days, but if you're in service you suck it up and shut up, and as a manager you don't take it out on your staff. read more

The burgers were prepared perfectly with gentle seasoning. The wings and fresh hot pretzel were extraordinarily. The fries and tater tots were good, but not special. Seems like a good place to watch a game, chill on the patio or grab a beer before a concert. Dog friendly is a plus! The only issue we had was the food. We went in for brunch and ordered: Chicken and waffles: The chicken was dry, but the side of syrup helped. The waffle was super dense and over cooked... too much flower and cooked to a crisp. The bacon had some sort of fiber material on the end (hair like) so I didn't eat it. Presentation looked good. Huevos rancheros: Not what we expected, the taco fillings came out on the side, almost like a breakfast hash with minimal amount of egg. Instead of taco shells, we got a burrito shell cut into 3 small triangles. Dish was lacking flavor and presentation. Won't be back for the food, but we might come in for a beer. This place would be great if they improve the food quality. read more

Terrible place to go. We came here to watch the Nuggets finals and when they won, we were cheering along with many others in the bar. A customer at the bar turned to us and blatantly told us to shut the fuck up. He then proceeded to flip us off as he walked by. We then went to apologize for "disturbing" him and things escalated. He used derogatory language, insulted me, my partner and my friend. Management did NOTHING. We also emailed the parent company and they stated "after reviewing the camera footage, it is clear that you and your guests did not start the incident and actions have been taken to address the role the gentleman at the bar played." HOWEVER, management has done absolutely nothing to rectify the situation or make this right. Will never return to this place and will high disencourage others from going here. Manager was super unhelpful and hateful towards me, my partner and our friend. Will never return with me or my dogs. read more

This review is based solely on Pork Nachos plate. IC Brewhouse should consider changing the nacho recipe. The chips were the basic salty yellow chips piled up and the cheese and pork were concentrated at the top (dry chips on bottom). The cheese seemed/tasted cheap (squeeze bottle). The pork would be better served pulled as opposed to big fatty chunks. The atmosphere was actually quite nice and modern. Paying was easy (touch less). Hope they can pay attention to the nacho recipe and improve it. I would come back to try again. read more

I ordered the short rib Mac and Cheese which is suppose to be a signature dish. 18 dollars a pop and it came to the table ice cold. We really love the drinks and the patio here. The food is not the best, but it's pretty good. However, the last time we went, I ordered the fish and chips. The batter was crispy on the outside but totally raw on the inside. Most of the fish was uncooked as well. I asked for a new plate and the second round of it was cooked even less. I think this place is fantastic! We ordered a hodgepodge of items being it our 1st time. The pretzel was amazing, super hot and served with the best mustard. We also ordered the tuna and it was excellent with a sweet and spicy sauce. My kiddo ordered the chicken wings, they were just ok, but this isn't a wing joint. The caesar is to die for, perfectly crisp and the dressing definitely delicious. I live close to I.C. Brewhouse and was thrilled when I saw that it had opened. A number of places in the neighborhood have closed recently, most notably Jackson's (sorely missed, the victim of a landlord's greed), CB & Potts (not as missed, but it was OK), and Chinook Tavern (missed by absolutely no one). It can't be easy to open a new bar/restaurant during a pandemic, so I was happy that someone was trying. My first time there was the second day it was open. To the credit of the management and staff, everything hummed along as if the place had been open for months. I've been there a number of times since then, and every visit has been good. They have a great selection of beers. They can do the basics in terms of cocktails, but beer is definitely the focus. Everything I've ordered to eat has been good. (I request my wings super crispy, and the cook hasn't let me down.) It seems that the people living in the immediate area found it right away and keep going back, but I don't think that many people further out know that it's there yet. They're there, open, and trying to do a good job for their customers, so it's definitely worth a visit. Pro tip: The weather won't be nice for much longer, but they allow dogs on the outside patio. read more
