We stopped by just to try the duck fat fries after having them strongly recommended. They were delicious fries, but I'm not sure the duck fat in particular made a big difference in taste for me. I normally don't love seasoned fries, but I thought these were done perfectly so that the seasoning isn't overpowering and just adds to the flavor. I got a lemonade too, which was delicious. Why don't they open up the walls on the patio and turn on the misters? The place is 80% patio and it's uncomfortably hot, plus the seating is not comfortable. I love their food. Their service is not the best. We had a grumpy server who was also the bartender. We had to get up and do a lot of the asking instead of being checked on, and then made to feel bad about it with her grumpy face. It was a hot day! We opted for sitting at the bar inside. There were misters going on the outdoor patio. Between that and the pergola, they had many full tables outside. There were three of us in our party. We decided snack lunch with shareables would be a good choice. We ordered the cheese curds with ranch, The smoked chicken wings and the honey chipotle wings. We got them with both ranch and garlic aioli. I could just eat the aioli by itself. They also included a creamy buffalo sauce for dipping as well. For beverages, I went with the hard slushie. It was 8.5% hard raspberry lemonade. Perfect to sip on a hot day. My husband ordered Juicy Freak, a citrus IPA and our friend had their Peach Daddy, peach cobbler ale. I have been going to the original location since year one of the original location off of Platte and then the S. Pearl St. This location is no different than any of the other ones and is located in historic downtown Littleton. Have a seat outside and connect with the buzz of positive energy on the patio. Drinks flow, food comes out promptly and waitstaff is also top notch. I had the sausage and pepper flatbread.... Can you say crumbled sausage?! Awww yeah! The food in this restaurant is decent and the service is generally ok but yesterday, we went there with a group of friends for lunch. Gabby was our server and she was pleasant and helpful. We asked if a basket of fries would be enough to share amongst the 6 of us and she said oh yeah. Well, the platter of fries arrived, served by two other women and it was just enough for maybe two people. When we shared our surprise about the size of the platter, the server seemed personally offended and declared that most groups can't finish a single platter like that. Believe me, none of us are large people or excessive eaters! We asked for another platter of fries and she reluctantly took that order. 10 minutes later, she came back and almost threw platter at us with a "Here are your fries " remark and walked away. My biggest complaint is why chop the celery and carrots and the ranch and blue cheese are watered down. You're not saving money your annoying your customers. Always crispy and well cooked. I recently visited the Denver Beer Company in Littleton with my husband for some Friday evening drinks after work. We had previously been here when it was Jackass Brewery so it was a pleasant surprise when I drove up and noticed that it was now a Denver Beer Co! We couldn't enjoy the patio due to the chilly weather, but it looked amazing. The inside bar is pretty small, but it has lots of seating options with communal tables so we had no trouble getting a table. They also have single tables as well. There were lots of plugs at the tables so it seems like it would be a great place to bring a laptop and work if they aren't too busy. They also had board games as well which I saw several tables play with. Our server was fantastic, he always checked in on us. And made sure our beers were full. We tried the chicken pesto sandwich and the double cheeseburger, both of which were delicious. They each came with a very sad salad, it could have used a tad more vinaigrette. Fries are sold ala cart. My only minor gripes about the inside is the lighting--it's so bright! If they could tone it down a bit, it would create a more comfortable atmosphere. Also, because the seating is packed closely together, having a TV would be a nice distraction because if you're alone like I was while I waited for my husband, your option is to awkwardly stare people at the tables around you or you are looking at your beer or your phone - which gets old. Denver Beer has made some significant improvements to this facility since they took over from the shuttered Jackass Hill Brewery (which I liked, by the way). They have covered a large portion of their patio and installed heaters so it's comfortable on chilly days. They've installed picnic tables that seat about eight people on the covered portion of the patio. The food is quite good and the menu is pretty expansive, and the staff is very friendly and loves to talk to our old doggie. The beer selection has been expanded since the change in ownership. My wife and I have enjoyed our three visits so far. It seems to be very popular with young families. They put down Astroturf at the north end of the patio so kids can run around and have fun, and play cornhole with their parents. I haven't taken a close look at the inside, so can't say what changes if any they've made there. read more

It's finally open! We have waited a long time for this. Housed in the former Jack Ass Hill Brewing location, Denver Beer - Littleton opened today. The server said it's been busy all day. The place is packed, and we were concerned about sitting out on the patio, but no worries. It's heated and pretty comfortable. I ordered the Main & Prince Hazy IPA, which is only brewed for this location. The Tips Up IPA is good, too. We only ordered pretzel bites, but it looks like both the drink and food menus have something for everyone. This is only three blocks away from where I live, so this will become a great neighborhood hangout. For those who are interested, the Grand Opening Party is Saturday, December 9, 2023. Horrible ambiance that ruined our time out!!! We stopped in for a bite on a Saturday night. The inappropriate rap music was so loud and disturbing. Denver beer Co is the perfect place to spend a sunny day! They always have a wide selection of beers, today I had the morning sour and it was wonderful. For food we tried the brisket tacos and double cheeseburger. The brisket tacos were flavorful but pretty dry. My fiancé said the burger was cooked and seared perfectly. We also got the duck fat fries for the table to share, they were wonderful. Overall the food was okay but we mostly come to Denver beer co ambiance. The back patio is perfect with plenty of seating, there is even a fire pit for you to warm up by! They also have corn hole out back during the warmer days. Came here on a Monday night and it wasn't too busy. The majority of the brewery is outside seating. The inside is not very large, so a rainy day probably wouldn't hold too many people. However, it was beautiful outside and the outdoor space is great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Beer and food menu is on a QR code on a plaque on the table. We had the Farmhouse Sandwich (chicken, arugula, goat cheese, poblano pesto, tomato jam on a baguette) that was crusty on the outside but perfect on the inside) that came with lightly dressed mixed greens, the duck fat fries, and the kids ordered the Mac and cheese. The Farmhouse sandwich was great! I recommend putting some of the garlic aioli from the duck fat fries on it. Duck fat fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The kids did not like the Mac and cheese. They like a little more sauce and this was pretty dry. Beer was ice cold and delicious. They have an area for bags that you checkout with your ID. We just moved to Littleton, Co and we really wanted DBCo to be our neighborhood brewery but after visiting thrice, with our 6yo and 4yo and always leaving like we were an inconvenience, we have decided never to visit again. In particular, the last time we visited, which was a Tuesday at about 4:00 PM, we were sitting in the patio and without warning or previous conversation from the server to us, the slammed shut the cornhole boards, picked them up and when we look over, she very frustrated said to us "they can't be walking on them." She's right, they shouldn't, and we would have addressed our children, but there wasn't a consideration to let us know, address the children gently, and be a good host. They were over there for merely minutes before we turned around and were basically scolded. Having children around your brewery should we welcomed. Littleton is a family centric city. It is a shame we can't partake is a cool place. We come from Bend, OR where we never felt this way. Having children and familiarizing them to restaurants is a life skill and them exploring should be celebrated. read more

Outside patio is pretty expansive, fire pits etc. I came in for Happy Hour on a Friday. Ordered a flatbread pizza with sausage and onion, marinara sauce and a Littleton Lager. The sandwiches that came out with fries, I saw going to other tables, is probably a better choice. My flatbread looked ok but not necessarily worth $12.99 with very little cheese and poorly shaped, looked more like a puzzle piece. Staff was very nice and attentive.
