very dissatisfied with my mother's appointment that was made two weeks prior and required a referral. Your office stated they reached out for the referral and never heard back from the doctors office and then tried to call me a few hours before her appointment to cancel it. When I called to the primary care doctor, they never reached out for the referral. and the reason I know this is because when I spoke to your office, they asked me who the primary care doctor was and what their phone number was four hours before her appointment so who did you reach out to to get the referral absolute if y'all would spend more time getting your paperwork correct instead of making TikTok's you might have a better process. read more

Queen. Creek Office; Everything went great! The front desk people were friendly, efficient without being bossy or rude! Quick with a genuine smile and knew their collective jobs extremely well! I see Dr Bell, his medical assistant was also friendly and absolutely listened you. She was friendly, happy and quick! There was no sitting for 30 minutes or more waiting for the Dr! She walked out and Dr Bell walked in fully briefed on test results. I sincerely recommend CVAM! The docs and staff in the Mesa office are just as patient, professional and without a doubt, very focused on YOU! Take yourself to these Doctors! I have been going to Dr. Bell for many years now and really trust and like him. He listens, orders tests according to my symptoms, and always takes his time. Being comfortable with your physician is so important and Dr. Bell is great! Now, this would be a 5 star review, but when I went in this week there were two young ladies behind the desk, neither of them were on the phone when I approached. The one dark haired receptionist said, "Do you have an appointment" in a I don't care voice. I said yes and she said, "Put your license and insurance card in the kiosk." So I was pretty much on my own with this kiosk, which I have not used before, luckily it was fairly easy to manage. But it was the lack of any emotion or connection from either of these young ladies that I found off-putting. This was definitely not the experience I have had in the past in this office. This could a new procedure, new receptionists, new process, which is all well and good. BUT, please, look at the patient, smile, explain the kiosk, try to look engaged, something. Because I watched you do this to 5 other patients. Maybe your Office Manager and Physicians don't know you're doing this...but they should. read more

The phone centr for CVAM is very frustrating!!!! You can never reach a person when you call CVAM. Its impossible to speak to a person and even when they ask you to leave a message for a call back, no one ever calls back. We have seriously thought about changing to another cardiology dr just so we can talk to someone. Its obvious that CVAM either has incompetent staff, or CVAM is pitifully understaffed. Dr. Bell literally saved my life! I needed a pacemaker. My heart was stopping, causing me to pass out! I got a call (Dr Bell called me himself!) and told me to go to xxx hospital ER, they're expecting me. I went, they did more testing and I got my pacemaker! 2 years later and feeling alive again! Now that I've completed 3 visits, I would like to share my experience. Front office - Awesome! The sonogram tech - awesome! The health professional that did my stress test - awesome! I've only met with the Dr once but he was very informative, "bedside manner" was great which seems to be a lost art these days and took the time to answer my questions. Many times I've felt like the Dr's just cruise in, downloaded their thoughts and leave. I didn't get that rushed feeling at all at my visit. Highly recommend! read more

He listened, asked questions and was very attentive and had a good sense of humor. His medical assistant was very sweet and patient. From the front staff to the nurse to the Doctor I saw, all pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. 0/5 stars if possible. i would NOT recommend seeing "dr. grossman" i had an emergency appointment set up for today, and once getting there i had some tests ran. he came in and it seemed like he already had my diagnosis made up in his mind. after he asked me "why are you here " and i was explaining my appointment from earlier this week that led to this asap cardio appointment he was not aware of anything because guess why, HE DIDNT READ ANY OF MY NOTES OR RECORDS.. first RED FLAG. he quickly skimmed over the tests the girls did before he arrived, and then proceeded to tell me that there was no reason for me to be seeing him. i was obviously shocked because the results from my appointment earlier this week showed otherwise. since he was not able to see my EKG from earlier this week ( because they closed 2 hours prior and they didn't request them until i arrived. ) he once again brought up that i "dont need to be here" obviously shocked and disgusted i then brought up other things that are VERY valid and concerning ( that did happen while i was present in his office getting tests ) and after he dismissed me multiple times he told me verbatim, " yeah im not really sure why that is happening" are you kidding me ?? that is absolutely disgusting that a doctor would even say that. WHY AM I SEEING YOU IF YOU DONT KNOW. after seeing him for a total of maybe 10 mins of his lousy time, he recommended me to "drink more water and salt" once hearing i drink enough water he said , " add more salt" are you kidding me ? i left work early, paid a copay when my own insurance company told me there was NO copay, and i get that lousy answer ? DO NOT. see him under any circumstance. he is a horrible doctor and i regret ever giving his office any money. you're better driving further away and seeing an actual doctor. the front receptionist's and the girls that take you back before seeing him are absolutely wonderful but other than that it's a horrible place to receive care. i will be looking for a second opinion because he is untrustworthy. read more

CVAM needs to work on better ways to gain access via telephone. I would challenge anyone to pick up the phone and talk to a human. Every time one calls for appointment or just to make contact with a human it is always going down a rabbit hole with nonstop hold and finally nothing and then start over with the same hold experience. I really believe you can contact the cable company much easier than getting hold of CVAM. thank you for reading. read more

I can't recommend CVAM highly enough. Dr. Panico was my doctor that changed my life. I had a bad case of A Fib. He performed cardioversion on me, and though it was a very involved surgery, it was completely a success. Now I can do the things I used to do without strain, and having to catch my breath.
