From start to finish we really appreciated having chosen C'Ville Auto Body for repairs to our car. Having just experienced a terrible deer on car crime, we knew we'd need some extensive work and we were very concerned about the cost. Thankfully, our insurance covered the majority of it and thus it made working with C'Ville Auto Body very easy. The customer service via Bobby (the shop manager?) was stellar when we came in. He was friendly and able to provide us an immediate estimate on the vehicle upon walk-in which was extremely convenient. Of course the estimate was high, but with the help of insurance it was much more manageable of a cost. (That being said, I can't speak to what the costs may be like for those paying out of pocket, but I can say that insurance was a life saver here.) Bobby was also was patient with us as we asked questions and did not apply any pressure as we considered our options. When we did return to have the work completed, he immediately remembered us, and even recalled specific details about what we had last talked about. This in itself, demonstrated that he was truly paying attention to his customers. The work on the car was good and the paint job and removal of dents made the car look practically new. We were very happy with the result. The only small hiccup was we realized the wiring on one of our headlights may have been loosened during the fix, and when we let Bobby know, he called us back immediately. I was able to take the car in the same day, and have the wires fixed at no extra charge within a few minutes. Have an antique pick up truck that sustained damage to the driver side door causing it to be unusable. A few people recommended Cville Autobody, so I brought it in to see what, they could do. They gave an honest assessment and said they could try a few things to fix it, but not promising that they could fix it. Got a call back at the end of the day - that it was fixed! The customer service here is top notch. I sincerely believe getting this amazing of customer service at a body shop is almost near impossible! Full disclosure the turnaround time was a lot longer than it needed it be and was pretty ridiculous. However, there were a few curveballs that seemed to be out of their control and Bobby truly went above and beyond to make up for it. He's a class act. When I finally did receive it, the car looked amazing. It was quite the experience but at the end of the day, the car was well done and the customer service by Bobby made up for it all. I would think under normal circumstances that the wait time wouldn't have as long as it was. Someone performed a hit and run on my 2015 Toyota Camry and due to the stellar reviews and convenient location I took my car to Cville Auto body. Bobby (im guessing the owner? or manager) was very nice and did an estimate / received my vehicle. Both the paint and body work performed by Cville auto body were extremely sub par. Orange peal texture to my paint and the body panel was still bent nearly a half inch out of alignment. (see photo) I am shocked they let something in this condition out of their shop. To their credit they offered to repair the vehicle again. If you want it done right the first time look elsewhere. read more

Excellent customer service! Called around to other body shops in the area and in Lynchburg and this was the ONLY body shop that was able to get me in SAME DAY! Everyone else quoted at least 2 weeks out. I had to drive an hour away to bring my car here and they took care of everything once I was there. I had issues with my rental car through my insurance and Bobby & Sharlita got on the phone, called my insurance company, the rental car company and other rental companies because they said, "you drove all this way, so we will make sure you have a rental car to go home in!" They successfully found me a rental & Sharlita even DROVE me to the rental car place herself, though she had somewhere else to be. They went above & beyond and even though my insurance company found my car a total loss CVille Auto Body did everything they could to help. Even gave recommendations on places to find a new car. I consider myself a trustworthy and reasonable person. I admit my mistakes and try to make peace with all of God's children. I had a terrible experience with C'ville Auto Body, and I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. A friend recommended C'ville Auto Body because of minor bumper damage to my car after a gentle collision with another vehicle (see photo below). My bumper was partially detached and there were a few scratches, but everything else was fine. Initially C'ville Auto Body estimated the repair would cost $2,000, but I negotiated to $1,200 after removing a few unnecessary recommendations and telling them that my insurance company prepared an estimate of $1,000. Also, they claimed it would require 17 hours to repair my car, so they added $640 in labor charges to my estimate. I did not dispute this initially. They told me the car would be ready for pickup the following Wednesday. Well, on Wednesday I never received a call for pickup and no explanation for the delay. On Thursday I waited but they never called. By Friday, I decided to drive to the shop to inquire about my car. When I arrived, I was shocked to discover my car was still in the same condition as before. They hadn't started on my car-- even though my car was in their possession for more than a week. When I spoke to the manager, he said he could finish my car within the next four hours. I assumed he would only charge me for 4 hours of labor (I was wrong, he still charged me for the original 17 hours --but more on this later.). Before I left the shop, I had told the manager that I no longer wanted the new plastic grill that they recommended (since they were charging $300 for parts and $200 for labor) I told him to re-attach my old grill -- which was still in good condition (see picture below). When my husband and I arrived 4 hours later to pick up the car -- the grill was missing completely (see picture below). He told us that the old grill no longer fit so he decided to place it in the trunk of our car. Also (And this is the worst part.) even though he only worked on the car for a total of 4 hours, he still charged us for 17 hours of labor (see image below). When we explained this to him, he merely shrugged and said "I can't change the labor charge."So we paid him $930 to fix our bumper and remove our grill. My husband and I drove to our local auto parts store to purchase clips and placed the grill back on ourselves. I have had multiple places of scratches, dents, chips, big and small and they are all around the vehicle. Including Cville auto body, I've visited four body shops for quote and cville auto body not only provided the lowest-rate, but they were the fastest as well. Cville auto body's quote is clear and to the point where all other quotes are really puzzling to me because they are often several pages long with jargons all over the place. Bobby and his team was hospitable and professional throughout the process. He allowed me to bring my own parts where other body shops are not as flexible. Because I wet-sanded some of the scratches before visiting the shop, Bobby also generously gave me a good discount. He and his team done their job not only on time but Bobby himself kept me updated by sending me pictures of my car throughout the process. In the end, everything was done right and to my satisfaction. Overall the customer experience is definitely A-grade. It would be A+ if you guys could vacuum and clean the interior of the vehicle before returning, as the interior of my vehicle did look a bit messed up when I first got in. read more

Don't bother to go here! I brought my car here along with an estimate for repairs. Bobby said he would call me when the parts had been delivered to the shop. He did call and left a message with a few dates that were available for them to do the repair. I called him back to select a date and left a message. Bobby never returned my call.
