This location is up and down but sometimes service is truly extraordinary like today. Thank you Christina Ortega in pharmacy for going the extra mile and for making my day. As a veteran, I usually go to the VA for my healthcare but after a visit to the ER and listing this CVS as the pharmacy where I wanted to pickup my prescription, it wasn't as easy as I thought. Christina went above and beyond entering Bin #, group #, PCN, person number, checking with my social and Member # and I truly felt seen. I felt like she saw me as a person who just wanted to pick up their prescription and she did everything she could to make that happen. After speaking with two different representatives at Express Script Pharmacy (military pharmacy) I decided to just pay out of pocket. Christina helped me out so I could get my medication today and not have to drive 45 minutes down the hill after 4pm when the VA pharmacy would probably be closed and I'd have to wait until tomorrow. Pharmacy hours stated on Apple Maps/Yelp say they're open (the pharmacy itself) until 9pm. Yet you try to reach a pharmacist to check on the availability of an RX, and the system hangs up on you and says the pharmacy is closed. read more

I've been on hold for over an hour for the pharmacy!! I'm in pain!! The app says "call pharmacy" because my pain meds are on hold. I can't suggest this business. As a senior citizen who takes water pills I went into this location. Ask where mucinex was and where bathroom was. We were told where mucinez was but was told had to go to Starbucks or Albertsons to go to bathroom. Why is it a drug store won't let you use there bathrooms. I spent more than $30. But can't go to the bathroom. I'm stopping spending my money on companies that won't let me use the bathroom. There is too many other drug stores around that like my money too. I thought a chain store with several employees had to have a bathroom. So long CVS read more

Prescriptions on hold it says to call, I've been trying to get through to the pharmacy for 3 hours!

I went to this store to purchase Christmas Money Cards and requested access to the restroom. In my life (92), I have NEVER seen a more disgusting restroom. There was NO paper, floors were disgustingly dirty, toilet is auto-flush though it wasn't functioning and in desperation, I used it, though it had not been emptied by multiple people. The restroom is located next to pharmacy--makes me wonder how hygienic that area is. Honestly, I'm appalled by lack of attention to this space by management. I got 2 of my sars-covid 19 shots here and the pharmacist was really nice and attentive.

Felt like crap when driving home from this store. I went in cause I had a coupon for one item 40% off. Went to the makeup section and got my one item Milani eyeliner and I was being followed, not cool. I felt very uncomfortable like if I was going to steal. Been going to cvs for so long and now this wow. I could've went to rite aid which is 3 miles away from my home but I chose to go to cvs 8 miles away. I'm having second thoughts now. Bunch of morons working at the pharmacy. Except tge pharmacist Paul. He's chill. Anyway i told them my wife no longer takes a certain prescription and they rang it up anyway. And i noticed when i got home that i paid for what wasnt needed. Anyway they said i needed to doublecheck next time when i pick up, because they cant refund once it leaves the store.... we shouldnt have to double check, they're supposed to be professional right? read more

The pharmacy techs are all extremely rude and I wouldn't come to this location If there was another pharmacy close by. The pharmacist Paul is very nice and so very sweet. Today they were done very quick with my meds but they are very unfriendly when you ask questions that I guess the customers are just "supposed to know"? This CVS prescription service is so fast and friendly. Paul in the pharmacy cares about how you feel and makes sure prescriptions are filled fast. I think this CVS has one of the best customer service statements. Even the store manager greets you and is helpful in helping you find products so you don't spend a lot of time walking the aisles. Worst CVS pharmacy you can find. The staff are so rude (except Paul and Nancy they're nice) everybody else always looks like they're dying inside and do not want to work. I understand work is not fun but they're paying you for it! It's not like you're doing voluntary work. They treat you and look at you like you don't deserve to be there or something. Got here at just after 5pm to find put they hadn't checked their electronic rx in hours. Now we've been waiting over 90 minutes for 4 simple medications. The one older lady is lazy and incompetent. She claimed the urgent care never sent the perscriptions because she refused to actually look. Now there is a hige line of people who have been waiting nearly as long as us.
