A PHARMACY TOO! It is interesting that I have never used this store as a pharmacy, just as a source for passports and photo copies. Their photo services are the best because they are fast and efficient. We had our passport photos taken here and always have our personal photos downloaded and printed here. I will echo my experience with this pharmacy. I had a prescription thru Caremark that I needed filled because I was going out of town and to order it thru Caremark it wouldn't get to me on time. When I called on Monday to this CVS to see if they could transfer it for me it was an ordeal to say the least and then they never ended up transferring it or filling it. I called and left a message for a call back right at nine in the morning and it is now 5:30 and no call back. And this in now Thursday! I went online to the Caremark sight and the prescription was never transferred. Just a complete disregard for their customers. read more

Incredible professional staff! The pharmacists are always ready to help, The Other professionals are always friendly, and care about their customers. My experience is similar to several of the other posts-absolutely terrible and rude service at the pharmacy. There are many reasons why almost every rating for this location is 1 star-I'd give them a zero if that was an option. If you have alternative options for your pharmacy needs, I strongly suggest going someplace else. read more

Horrible! Horrible Service! I spent 10 mins in the drive through waiting to get my prescriptions. I was not waiting in line, this is at the window. First I pull up and instead of asking how she can assist me the lady acts as if she does not see me, when the window was open and the car had just pulled off in front of me. Then she couldn't find the prescriptions. How is that even possible? When I asked for the manager, the Asian manager came over and instead of apologizing or saying give a few more minutes. He starts telling me what all the lady has to do BESIDES service the customer. Customer Service 101, don't make excuses and service the customer in front of you. I have approximately 10 prescriptions and after the poor service, I had them transferred from the CVS pharmacy. If you have a choice, have your prescriptions filled elsewhere! read more

This cvs pharmacy is not very nice and the pharmacy people are not nice and my family goes this pharmacy and when we go there they say that they have ready for you and call and text you but. I do not know what has happened to this pharmacy. They used to be pretty good but in the last six months they have gone downhill. They are constantly, it seems, under-staffed. You cannot get them to answer the phone. If there is more than one car in the drive in forget about it. And today, I waited inside for ten minutes and never got attended. You can tell there are staffing issues just by observing and listening while you wait for meds. Come on CVS! Get your act together. People are dependent on you for their health! read more

This CVS and pharmacy is poorly managed. Don't bother trying to use the RX drive thru , last time I made 3 attempts to pick up my RX . When you go to Counter you are greeted my hostile RX tech . Thought she was having a bad day but after visiting several Times I realized that is 'just her personality '. I have found the CVS's in AZ are better managed than the ones here in GA. read more

This CVS is the very worst of all of them!! Extremely filthy and customer service is horrendous!!!! Very rude... I watched a line of customers quietly waiting in line it was maybe 5:30. Mind you they close @6pm. Even though those people were in line well before 6 the little assistant yells out we r closing you all must come back another day!!!! So those people who had been there well before 6 were forced to leave. No "I'm sorry" or anything !!! Unbelievable poor service no empathy what so ever!! I'm sorry to write this review but it's been too many times with mistakes and errors on my prescription at this pharmacy. I've always been a customer at CVS Pharmacy and most of the time was a good service, but we recently moved to this area and selected this pharmacy to our prescription and it's been very bad since day 1. My prescription runs out before I have it fulfilled, I always come to pick up and it is not ready and the fulfillment is slow and they are always short on staff. There is no receptionist at the counter and the pharmacist is never available because she is filling up prescriptions at the back trying to recover. Ask to other customers in line waiting for their prescription and they will tell similar stories. Also my wife's prescription is the same experience. read more

Worst customer service ever ! I was directed by the employee to use self checkout kiosk ... apparently she has no time to help ! p.s. NO customers in line. Upon paying using Apple Pay it kept "processing " for couple mins ... I pressed "help requested" ... when she came, she sarcastically said all you have to do is press the button !!!! They purposefully turn off their phones! This location was well run at one time, and even in recent years, I supported them in the face of bad reviews, but I can't support them any longer. I tried calling to speak to a pharmacist this morning, but was on hold for over 15 minutes. I hung up and drove there instead. There was no line when I got there, and the phone did not ring once! The pharmacist John was there with 3 other techs. I tried calling again this afternoon because I needed to check on another prescription, and I waited in the queue for another 10 minutes before hanging up. You tell me.... It's not a good look. I used to be a big supporter of this location, but sadly will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

One of the pharmacy employees - Dalton Andrews - was EXTREMELY condescending and rude. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Asked to get my prescription back and switched pharmacies immediately. People shouldn't be working in the healthcare industry if they can't treat people with basic respect. read more

Pharmacy is very disappointing. A prescription was called in days ago and still not ready. I was here to pick it up on a Tuesday night and they said it was not ready and to come back at 10am the next day and it would be ready. I got there at 530 pm and STILL not ready. This is a shady operation. There are way too many other pharmacies in this area to for you to waste your time here at cvs. Also there's another review that somehow is "not recommended" that echos my same exact situation. My daughter was having an allergic reaction and I needed to get her meds. I was overlooked and ignored. There was a pharm student working behind counter that began speaking another language to pharmacist so we all couldn't understand. She avoided eye contact so she didn't have to address me although I was clearly standing at the counter and checked out other people. Switching pharmacies. One thing if it were me but not with my children's health. Disappointed given I explained the urgency when I came in. read more

This is the worst pharmacy in North Fulton county. They lose my prescription each time I use them and you'll spend 20-30 minutes waiting for a very basic prescription. Very disorganized. Avoid using them. read more

Terrible service at this pharmacy. Dropped a prescription off Friday morning with the commitment it would be ready Saturday morning. Arrived at 2:00 Saturday to find out it was not filled. Came back at 5:30 and waited in the drive through for almost 30 minutes and had one car ahead of me. Finally parked and went into the pharmacy as they closed. The following day dropped off another prescription and was advised 40 minutes if I wait and an hour if I drop off. I confirmed with the pharmacy technician it would be available in an hour since I had a limited time window. I showed up 1 hour later and the prescription had not been touched. I waited 30 minutes in the store before it was filled. There appears to be new personnel and at the pharmacy. I don't know the pharmacist's name but heard her say she was from NJ. The pharmacist that were there Monica and Susan ran a tight ship. Right now it is inept. They had a store clerk working behind the pharmacy counter that wasn't authorized to be back there per comments from one of the technician's. He was trying to be helpful because they were clearly disorganized. We are taking our family businesspeople Walgreens. It is a shame since we used CVS for over 20 years. read more

Worst pharmacy ever! They say they'll call Dr and they don't. They say Rx is ready and it's not. Keep you on hold for over 10 min. Staff members are often rude. They are always "too busy" and have actually said "we are just so busy here can you go to another CVS about 15 min away?" I m live 1/2 mile away from this one and my insurance only covers meds from cvs or mail order. I wish this pharmacy was even halfway decent!! read more
