It only took 2 calls from my insurance company who explained that everything was in fact, due to the incompetence of the pharm tech(s) I talked to. And recently, when I had an infection, my primary doc phoned in an antibiotic Rx, but the pharmacist decided to leave an hour early, so no meds could be dispensed. My low-grade fever became a much higher fever by the next day when I had access. (The MD was having his own emergency). I was told to return 9AM next day, even though google, etc. says their office hours are 10AM-5PM. Oh, and most of the time (i.e., when Sonali isn't there) they don't answer the phones; they let them go to voice mail. Can't be bothered talking to people, I guess. So I waited an extra hour before driving in. After almost 30 years, I'm going elsewhere!

Unfortunately, when the person I gave them to tried to use them, we discovered there was no balance, and the PIN areas appeared to be scratched off or tampered with. The cards looked brand new, so there was no obvious way to know there might be an issue at the time of purchase. I plan to return to the store to speak with a manager and request a refund. Just a heads-up to double-check any gift cards you buy and verify the packaging before leaving the store and ask for receipts. I wouldn't recommend you buy gift cards at the store.
