6/10/26 - Worst pharmacy ever! Workers are rude and never helpful. I was trying to get information on my prescription and the female hung up on me. My doctor's office called and she hung up on them twice. She was very rude to both of us. Uncalled for behavior! I received a text that my prescription was being filled, then two minutes later canceled. I have been a long time customer (dealing with their bad customer service) but will be pulling all my prescriptions and business from CVS immediately. This is the worst CVS Pharmacy I've ever been too. The women that work in the pharmacy are rude, unprofessional and lack any type of customer service. I submitted a prescription transfer on 12/20. I hadn't hear from anyone on staff so I left an online message for the pharmacist on 12/25. The pharmacist, Sam, called me and said he would be contacting my old pharmacy to process the request that day. Again, days go by with no contact from the pharmacy so I submitted another prescription transfer online. Still, no contact. So I called. The most unprofessional person answered the phone, Ruth. She pulled up my information and told me she was "working on it". I was trying to explain how I had submitted a request on 12/20 to which she replied "I don't care about what went on when I wasn't here. I'm working on the one you just submitted." I asked her if she could see by the notes what happened to my first request or if I had submitted it improperly. She told me "you just want to argue" and then she hung up. I was floored. I walked over to the pharmacy in hopes that I would get to speak with an actual professional employee but nope. I soon found out that the entire staff is just like her. I walked up to the counter and not one employee asked me if they could help me. So I stood there for about (3) minutes while they all just kept their heads down working and no one said anything. All three of them looked up when I walked up to the counter so I know they saw me. I then asked if I could speak to the manager and that's when a woman walked over, Ruth, the "pharmacist". I started explaining my situation and how I've now been without my meds for two weeks and no one has contacted me. She then stated "like I told you on the phone, I'm working on it. I wasn't here last week and I don't care about what happened when I wasn't here" and then she walked away. So I'm standing there asking when I can pick up, if they'll contact me at all or is there anything else they needed from me. NOT ONE PERSON SAID A WORD. They all ignored me. Then I asked what prescriptions were being transferred because I honestly didn't believe anyone was "working on it". Finally, one of the employees looked up my account and sure enough there was nothing in the system. And the only medications on my account were the ones I'd picked up over a month ago. So that employee went over to speak to Ruth the "pharmacist" and Ruth said, quite loudly and aggressively, "I don't give a f*ck, I'll get to it when I get to it." I couldn't believe the way I was spoken to or treated. But I did know that I'd never use CVS for anything ever again. It's quite scary that they would employ such an ignorant woman to assist the public. The way she treated me was so aggressive and mean that another customer waited outside for me and said he couldn't believe how the "pharmacist" acted. He gave me his card and said if I needed him to confirm my story he would. He is a CEO and said he had never seen anything like that in his life. I contacted customer service to report the incident and today is January 10 and customer service has yet to contact me. But the CVS pharmacy sent me a text on 1/6/25 to say my prescriptions are ready for pick up which is a lie because I've already picked them up from their competitor...who processed my prescription transfer the same day I contacted them. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this location. Do not subject yourself to the circus that is the CVS Pharmacy. They look and act unprofessional and are aggressive and rude. If I was the manager I'd absolutely replace them all with a new staff. read more

Pretty nice CVS with a 24 hour drive through which makes it even nicer. Got greeted and offered help at the entrance but without them being pushy, which is also nice because there's a fine line there, and I appreciate it. So the staff were A+ with me. The only thing I would say is that some of the over the counter medications are quite pricey to be store (CVS) brand and you can get a better deal in Amazon for like pain and allergy meds. read more

I had considered transferring my prescriptions to this location which is closer to my residence. Each time I have visited this location, the pharmacist techs do not act or speak in a courteous manner, and act as if waiting on a customer is an inconvenience to them. They do not act friendly at all, but give this "attitude". Don't visit this location. All this on top of all the recent changes in CVS pharmacies, cutting hours, staffing changes, on top of the already CVS horrible customer experience. When I came for covid booster, we waited 20 minutes. The entire process was slow and dangerous for the immunocompromised because most people weren't masked. Also, the store is dirty. There was a spill in front of the pharmacy which nobody cleaned up. read more

The store manager is not doing a good job here. Hiring the wrong people. Bad "standards" practices. Employees talk to you like robots. They want you to say loudly your personal info because they don't walk up to the counter to talk to you. They sit in the middle of the room and expect you to let everybody hear your info and what you need. Rude. Unapologetic. And if they say "sorry', they don't mean it. There is always some sort of mess up with my prescription. Today, they said I had to wait 50 mins to get mine. So I waited, and then they told me they don't have it in stock and have to order it. They don't think things through. Sadly, I have to no longer go there. I read some of the other reviews... and they say the same things I am. They are going to have to lose their customer base before they realize they have to step it up. read more

After not coming to window and ignoring the bell for 20 minutes, the pharmacy manager comes on the intercom to tell me I can just leave then decided that she "didn't feel like filling my prescription." There always seems to be a pharmacy on every corner. People develop their loyalties and trek to the same pharmacy whether it's because it's close to their house, they've accumulated enough points to get a discount or they just get their prescriptions filled there. This CVS location is located in a busy intersection by Woodland Hills. Although the intersection is busy it's quite easy maneuvering in and out of the strip mall. I came here to pick up a few supplies (ok, it was candy all right?) prior to my trip. It's also conveniently located next to a Chase if you happen to bank with them. They are a big somewhat cramped store but the folks here are nice and seemed to enjoy their work. I was asked several times whether I needed help and was asked how I was doing. I love that even though I'm sure people are not interested whatsoever in how I was doing or what I was looking for. It's the gesture that counts! Although they don't have a self check out line, they are quick to get you in and out. Given their location, it's convenient for me to come back. I always like CVS slightly more than Rite Aid or Walgreens and I think it's their layout and environment. Either way, this place is close and hence convenient for any of my pharmacy needs! read more

Forget giving me 5 feet of coupons for shampoo, perform your basic process, fill your customer's prescription or be honest and say you can't! This is the worse place to attempt to get any form of customer service. 1st- when I arrived to the drop off area, the cashier was flirting with a customer at the check out for approximately 10 minutes. 2nd- it took another associate to greet us after the failure of customer service in the beginning. 3rd- finally after 30 minutes of waiting, i was informed they did not have the eye drops. I used to go to this location because they had tha Reese's dipped pretzels. I ended up buying em out; now they only have Reeze's snack popped mix or whatever tha F. I haven't actually set foot in this CVS although I've lived around the corner from it for over a year. Why, you may ask? Because equidistant in the opposite direction is a Walgreens and a Super Target, and quite frankly, I keep forgetting it's right there. When I was going to see my doctor for a yearly check up though (and a prescription refill), I remembered this CVS - mainly because I'm tired of having to drive to the one in Buckhead whenever my script was ready (it used to be on the way home from work, but isn't anymore). After my check up, I asked her to send the prescription to this particular CVS and only a couple of hours later I got a call that my meds were ready to be picked up. Sweet! I stopped at the drive through pharmacy on the way home from work that day, and although the car in front of me took forever and a day to get its meds and pay, the pharmacist who greeted me at the window was great. She was very friendly and chatty and I liked her immediately. She got my meds quickly and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. Like I said, I haven't been in this CVS, but I'll definitely try to keep it in mind in the future when I need the usual items it carries. read more

When I lived in the neighborhood, this was my go to pharmacy. I still rely on it occasionally. First of all, they're open 24 hours, a convenience that sets it above other pharmacies and is worth going out of the way for. Second, they always have any medicine a doctor prescribes. Sometimes my regular pharmacy doesn't have a prescription on hand, usually a lotion or cream, even the colonoscopy prep I needed. Sure, they can order it and get it within a day or two, but I can come to this CVS and they always have what I need. Plus, the pharmacists are friendly, helpful and efficient. While I don't tend to shop in the store that much, for the past three years I've relied on this store for a special Valentine's gift that puts a smile on my sweetie's face. If I was closer, I'd use this CVS much more. If you're looking for a good pharmacy, you can't go wrong with this CVS. read more

RACIST PROFILING ON NIGHT SHIFT BEWARE!! So I went to get a plan b. There was a man and woman on the night shift. Both white. I'm black. As i go to the section of planned parenthood and grab the generic version, the white guy follows me halfway to the front of the store and takes the item from me end says they have them behind the counter. I say ok and notice that only the kiosk are open. I ask the other store clerk(white girl) does the kiosk take Apple Pay? She says yes and scans it for me then goes behind the counter and is literally watching me like a hawk peeking around corners to make sure I paid for it. There is always a wait here, no matter what time. Tonight, I picked up my prescription which I normally get with my insurance co-pay. However, the co-pay went from $75 to $169! As I was taking out my Credit card to pay, I asked....Don't you Pharmacists have access to "Good RX" and he said he did. Well, it brought the price down to $94, a big savings. I would have thought that the Pharmacist would have mentioned this to me instead of me having to tell him. Also, when I got the prescription information and instructions, they were in Spanish. Why would they give them to me in Spanish when I don't speak Spanish. I go there since it is the closest to my home, though. read more

I was pretty psyched that I'd be moving within walking distance of my pharmacy....for no good reason. I'm stuck using CVS through my health insurance unfortunately. And both times now that I have come to either drop off or pick up a prescription here, THEY'VE BEEN OUT OF THE DAMN DRUGS. They weren't even similar things, birth control and painkillers. Seriously? At least with the former they gave me the one month packet they had and I came back a few days later for the rest. But for the painkillers, I was pretty pissed that they didn't even seem to want to call around to another CVS for me, I was told I could call, so I just ended up driving to the one at Buford Highway and North Druid Hills and even though they were also out, they at least tried to find me another store. But also when I've come here for other things it's just like...it's a dumpy place and very limited. On the plus side, it seems like nobody wants to shop here because of that, so when CVS has their makeup clearance you can make out like a bandit. And the normal cashiers up at the front are a lot friendlier than the pharmacy staff. But definitely not ever getting another prescription filled here again. read more

USE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY! Trust me, I would recommend using a different pharmacy and if you're a die hard CVS fan, then find another location. I've experienced on four different occasions terrible customer service. My most recent experience which motivated me to leave a review involved a total of 4 visits over 4 days to get my prescription filled. Never have any issues when I go to this to this store. The employees are always so nice and helpful. I was sick with a cold and the pharmacist gave me suggestions on what I should take based on my symptoms. They have a scanner thing that allows you to scan your items that you are about to purchase to see if any coupons are available for them ((((awesome)))). When getting prescriptions they are usually pretty fast.. Takes less than a hr from the time I request a refill to the time that I pick it up. Overall 5 stars. read more

I had a coupon for a $25 gift card when you transfer a prescription. So I did and received my coupon. Service very was friendly but when i got to work I noticed they voluntarily changed my prescription to the generic brand. i did not request or want the generic brand. i think they should have to ask before they do something like that. I used to shop at CVS in Boston, and now there is one on every corner of Atlanta. Having to use the CVS card for discounts is a pain in the butt, why can't these stores just give everyone the best deal without the cards? Well because they want to track your spending and create loyalty blah blah blah. Is this drugstore any better than Walgreen's or Eckerd? My local CVS pharmacy. The people that work here are great. They sometimes don't have the medicine that I am prescribed (whatever it may be) but they order it and it's always there the next day. This pharmacy really needs a makeover for their pharmacists. Today I was paying for what I was originally told was a $25 prescription . The pharmacist told me it was $57. When I asked to double check with my discount card he just looked at me and said if you don't want it.., then literally threw the bag back behind himself. After talking to someone else she explained it was a 90 day prescription. Why didn't he tell me that to begin with? Then I asked for a waterproof cast cover that my doctor earlier verified they had in stock. He told me they didn't carry anything like that. As leaving the store I caught the store manager and she found the product for me. If this pharmacy does not improve on customer service I will be moving my prescriptions to Walgreens.
