Customer service here was really good because the lady who was at the front was having a good time talking to me. We get along really well and she was super cool. Actually everybody I talk to was super nice and really friendly. For customer service alone. They definitely get five stars. And they said that the vaccination was covered by my insurance, which was the nice thing on the cake LOL. But this spot would definitely be a go-to if I needed something. I was a little bit obscure that I couldn't get from a CVS.

It took me 3 hours round trip when I first got my medicine filled there and the young lady told me they offered free delivery service to my area ( big pharmacies live CVS charges me $7.99 and I'm less than a mile away). They have been on top of my refills and ensure I get them in a timely manner. They are BLACKED OWN too which is a huge plus for me. From the first visit I noticed an incredible difference; smiles instead of scowls, kindness instead of rudeness, knowledge instead of shrugs. My former CVS pharmacy had two people who treated me with kindness but one left and the last nice person there was completely overwhelmed. I know they are treated horribly by the company so I don't blame the employees as much as the CVS corporation. Also, waiting behind the very rude customers was always an awful experience, so I know how badly the employees were treated by them as well. After 25 years in retail work I understand the struggle. Anyway, I'm so happy to have discovered Publix Pharmacy at Shamrock Plaza!
