As a healthcare worker, I am appalled at how the staff at this pharmacy treats their customers. In person, the line to pick up medication is always 5-10 people deep. Then when you get to the counter, they tell you it's going to be another 30 minutes. EVERY TIME. They obviously DO NOT CARE about making you sit and wait there with an illness, or if you have a unwell child on your hands. Their prices are also significantly higher than other local pharmacies. I do not use CVS anymore, however, I was forced to use this location during an unfortunate circumstance when I had a sick child that needed medication urgently. Our regular pharmacy had already closed for the evening. Negative 10 stars. Hope they go out of business.

After the mouthpiece on my nebulizer broke, I spent hours on the phone with pharmacies, doctors,…read moreand other medical supply companies. No one knew where I could get a replacement mouthpiece or of I needed a prescription for one. A nurse friend recommended that I call M&M and I was skeptical because other medical supply companies didn't have them, and one actually said "they're very hard to find, good luck!" I called and found out they carry a universal nebulizer mouthpiece for less than 5 bucks! The woman I spoke with was extremely friendly and even offered to overnight it to me. Fortunately I was able to get there that day and I got two. No prescription needed. She had already put it aside for me and I was in and out in a couple minutes. I will use them in the future for all my medical supply needs. The prices are perfect, and the nebulizer mouthpiece does appear to be universal. It has the standard tubes and mouthpiece plus some parts I don't even need for my machine. M&M gets 5 stars for having a "hard to find" item that ought to be easy to find, excellent prices, and fantastic customer service.

And Monday end of the day around 3 pm I didn't receive it then when I called I got very very frustrating attitude from her. 1st thing she said "ITS OUT OF STOCK " Then I was trying to make her understand how upset I am coz last few weeks I have been spending money out of my pocket even insurance already approved at least 2 weeks ago. Then she said not gonna be available until next Monday (after 7 days) then I got mad and trying to ask why it's happening. Then she was keep saying it's not my fault we r out of stock. -then she transferred to someone and Michele helped me and found another vendor who can ship it to next day.. But guess what??? It didn't come yet.. next day gone.. called again today and got the tracking number and status says tomorrow at the end of the day.... WHAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!
