Hand is not magnetic enough to pick up Juul.

I want to start off by saying that the staff in this store was welcoming and helpful. They helped me find what I was looking for very quickly so this negative review pertains to the product itself. I bought a container of this thing called "Magnesium" after I saw a coworkers results from using it. I have been taking it 2 times a day but still have not seen any improvement. I feel like I was ripped off. I am not magnetic yet. I think buyers should stay away from this product if you're seeking being magnetic because it doesn't seem to work. Should I double the dose? Does anyoes anyone have any advice? Maybe it's just my blood type and I can't help but be disappointed. I will do some further testing with Neodymium, Cobalt, and Iron. So far I'm not magnetic enough to pick up my Juul without using my fingers which is the main reason why I got this Magnesium thing.

    My sales receipt.

Pharmacy is good and has all the essentials, but a shame that so many items have to be locked now in Philly.

I recently had a dreadful experience at the Main Street CVS…read more I was informed that my meds would be available for pickup and, wanting to get them before the huge snowstorm, hustled over there. At the sign-in counter the screen said, "No prescriptions available." The young woman at the counter told me it was an insurance issue and to check with someone else. That staff member informed me that "someone had already picked up my script." I knew I hadn't sleepwalked to CVS earlier that day so I was truly baffled. After being told a dozen times I had already picked up my meds, or someone had, I was almost in tears. It was surreal. Someone else told me they had to "run the CCTV footage" to determine if I--or "someone"--had been there an hour prior, stealing my rash cream and antidepressants. I left the store to give them a chance to watch their footage. I returned a few hours later, only to be told "I had already picked up my meds." I found myself saying to basically the whole pharmacy, "I'm the one with the rash! No one wants my rash cream!" Finally, they agreed to hand over my meds. Nightmare.

I've been using this CVS for about two years and it was fine until recently. Unfortunately, the…read moreservice has gone downhill. The drive-thru is now closed with no explanation, and the staff inside is unfriendly and unhelpful. I went to update my insurance and spoke with the pharmacy manager, Sam. He seemed overwhelmed and stressed, and while I understand it was busy, his behavior was unprofessional. There was suddenly a large charge on my prescription that I've never had before. Instead of helping, he told me he couldn't and tried to rush me away. I called my insurance from the store, and they needed to speak with him because he had information only the pharmacist could provide. He told them he didn't have it and hung up. When they called back, he was rude and hung up again. I transferred my prescription to another CVS and had zero issues. This location has gone downhill, and my experience with Sam was especially disappointing. I won't be returning.

Taking a gander at all of the reviews on this CVS, I am quite confused as to other's experiences. I…read morecould totally see something negative happening if you over-demanded or had complex shopping requests, but on the whole, I have found this CVS to be reliable, quick during most visits, and relatively orderly. One plus is that they are pretty well staffed here. I've been to other CVS locations in the city, where you hit the button to ask for someone to help you open the Tylenol cabinet, only to wait for an inordinate amount of time before you have to walk all the way back up to the front to get the person yourself. You're able to get the help you need in almost every part of the store here. Granted, you're dealing with Philly folks, so they're not going to give you the nicest smile or friendliest service. But they'll help you out with what you ask, and frankly, when I'm coming to CVS, I'm not looking for the red carpet anyways so that's more than enough for me. Only knocks are probably the fact that aisles are often getting clogged up due to constant restocking happening. Not their problem honestly, because they're serving pretty continuous traffic opening to closing because of UPenn and Drexel nearby, so the fact that they're on top of inventory in the aisles instead of letting shelves stay empty is a good sign to me. Pharmacy folks are also helpful in the Philly fashion. Don't think I've had much of a wait ever, except for right after work, as expected, but even then they recently installed these partially self-serve kiosks within the past year that have greatly sped up prescription pick ups here. On the whole, I think you shouldn't believe all the revenge reviews happening here. This place is more than sufficient and above average for CVS locations in the city.

I'm updating my review & upgrading my rating, since I've been to CVS many times over the years…read more CVS has been consistently okay. They don't always have what I need, but many times they do. The employees are nice & helpful. The receipts are still way too long, which not only wastes paper, but also wastes time trying to rip off the extra coupons, throw them away, fold it all up & jam it into my bag. It's annoying, but it's a feature of every CVS I've been to, not this one in particular.

It was a single-pill script, so after the 15 minute prescribed wait, I hopped in line to see if it was available. Usually, my CVS app would alert me and/or I'd get a text, but neither happened. The pharmacist was like, "Yes, we called her name" when I asked if it was ready yet, which was strange as I absolutely didn't hear it. Strange they're not up to date on their technology, but alrighty. I also had to tap my card twice to pay. All in all, glad I stopped in as it saved me a trip at home but the vibe sure was something else.
