This pharmacy will undoubtedly be the reason I stroke out! I am a handicapped senior with a complex neurological profile. Still, they continue to send messages that my script is ready- I get there and they say it's too soon. I have been a long-term CVS customer because of the quantity, quality, and value of their merchandise. The CVS Extra Care Plan is one of the best shopping value plans available. CVS is also very convenient, given the locations of their many stores. I have also received all of my vaccinations through CVS. The pharmacists are skillful, pleasant, and helpful. Customer Service is peerless. Nick at the Rock Hill Road store in Bala Cnywyd and Mike at the Ridge Avenue store in Roxborough are knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and cordial. Sat in drive through with one person being helped ahead of me. Pull up and she snarked that she couldn't help due to staffing shortages. Even after explaining that I'm pregnant, on bed rest and picking up my medicine she still refused. I walked inside, still giving me attitude tells me it's going to be about 20 min even though a human called me at 3pm to say it's ready. Went to pharmacy on 7/15/24 at around 4pm for a prescription that was sent early afternoon. One maybe two people waiting in line. Despite explaining that I could wait til the end of the day, I was told my prescription wouldn't be ready til tomorrow because there were a lot of people in front of me. Technician seemed nice and apologetic but the pharmacist herself was very dismissive, wouldn't leave her workspace to speak with me. Other technicians were laughing. Will likely have my prescriptions sent to another pharmacy moving forward. read more

On my second trip today. Arrived 1:15 and waited in line 20 minutes and they closed for lunch after the person in front of me was helped. I know they are short staffed but a work around and sign outdoors on this would help others who are on their lunch hour from jobs that are also short on staff. read more

Great huge CVS. What is different than most is the bathroom is unlocked. Unfortunately they seem to not clean it very often. There was paper products all over the floor of the bathroom and it was just bit clean. Otherwise the store was perfect! read more

Well organized and very clean. We also used the restrooms and they are well kept up, fresh, and clean. Overall, one of the better CVS locations for sure. We also like the fact that there is a reserved parking spot for "Families with young children" which can be very handle if you can take advantage of it. read more

For one prescription, l called for refill. When I called for refill status next day, it said prescription had been picked up which was not true .when I called pharmacy I got hung up. I called again,I was put on hold for 5 minutes with no one answer the phone. I went to pharmacy personally,I was told I have no refill left despite the record showing I have one refill left. I contacted office asking for new prescription ,I got denied for asked too early . I contracted CVS again ，they said they will call doctor to explain why they need new prescription but I hear nothing from them so far. I just can't believe there's such poor service. read more
