I have been here multiple times and seen associates removing products close to expiration, keeping only fresh items on the sales floor. They are higher priced than their competitors, which is a shortcoming. The pharmacy staff are very slow sometimes, but I think this is a staffing issue. It is faster to go inside than to go through the drive-thru, which you would think would be the opposite.

She was extremely rude from the very start. Rolled her eyes at me more than one time because it was Christmas clearance item that stated by two get one free good until today dec 28 and the other deal stated but 4 get one free. She blatantly said to me over and over about it's just a old xmiss item. Like I can deal with it. She didn't want to fix it at all. Then proceeded to get nasty to the young gentlemen on register and tell him to go rip down the stickers that's state buy two get one free. I did tell her I didn't like the way she was talking to him it was not his fault. Her response to me is I'm not being nasty I'm telling him what he can go and do you're telling him to pull down stickers that are good until the end of the day because you don't want to deal with giving me the discount. Said then proceeded to tell me she would call her manager she walked down one part of the store and back up the next one where my daughter was standing laughing with one of the other employees as she walked over to me and said no he won't do that for you and if you have a problem you can call him on Monday. So I stated that's fine but the deal will be over on Monday because it ends today so he can then tell me that it will not work because it's no longer going on not a problem. It was not about saving a couple of dollars it was not about getting more what I didn't like is the way she spoke down to me and the way she treated the gentleman at the register. I sat there for a minute walked around the store and got my daughter I came back and I bought all the Items but one that was in my pile and the gentleman behind the register looked at me kind of strange and laughed and I said to him it was not about the money it was about the way that I am treated I am in customer service for 20 years and I don't ever speak to anybody or give them any kind of disrespect whatsoever yes I was looking for a good deal yes I was trying to spend the least amount of $ But when I showed her the picture of both deals on the display all she had to do was nicely say to me I'm sorry but only one or the other will work for this item she didn't need to try to belittle me.

I'm sure the nature of medications that are frowned upon but unfortunately are necessary for me to just get out of bed. Even on these meds my life is not a real life. Friends and family have moved on as I became non committal to various invitations and even holidays due to horrible days of pain and depression.. As time went on and I'm sure the shortage played into things going south. Meds were coming up short one here two the next month the most I've discovered missing was at-least 3 maybe 4 pills.. Which when your in constant pain is a huge deal. I didn't mention anything as I believed I'd be painted as a drug seeking dirt bag. Which is a real thing in any pharmacy you go to. Things became worse when the lies and games began telling me they could not fill my prescriptions because they were over their limit for the month but this happened at anytime of the month. I finally went elsewhere I can't say things is better maybe even worse. It's amazing how these pharmacists feel so free to talk to you and accuse you with such distain it truly leaves you feeling pretty poorly of yourself and your mind goes over and over the interaction going back and forth as to was it you or them? Truly a shame . I requested every record from my Dr including all urinalysis labs and behavior and all that was observed about my compliance with all meds I was PRESCRIBED! No red flags all perfect counts, urinalysis etc. so that really made me want to complaint to the DEA and all agencies overseeing pharmacists and pharmacies. But I did not thinking their word against mine. I still respect Dave as an intelligent man in his field but he needs a lesson in how to speak to women who are not as forward as he is.
