very young kids filling scripts, older staff and younger are unprofessional pharmacy staff, ZERO patient confidentiality, unknowledgeable staff. If it isn't on the package or written on the label they can't tell you about it, ask a question and they read the box, if it isn't on the box....they shrug and have no idea. Price Chopper has a pharmacy, experienced pharmacists with exceptional knowledge. I had three prescriptions being filled at CVS for over a year, I switched to Price Chopper and the first day there the Pharmacist asked why I was taking all three pills they do the same thing? I didn't know. He called my GP and the doctor said, Holy smokes, I didn't know she was still taking the A and the B pills, only fill the perscription for the C....not only saving me $$$hundreds of dollars a month but probably saving my life. Thank you LARRY!! I would never go back to CVS they are a joke and dangerous to boot., even Shaftsbury Medical Associates ( 5 doctors) have commented on the problems they have at CVS. read more

Worst customer service at the pharmacy. Very incompetent. Following surgery, I left a prescription for pain medication, along with my insurance card with the drive up attendant. I was told to pick up in 30 min. 1 hour later I went back and was told they could not read the script and needed to contact the Dr. They had not had time to do so. Another hour later i was told that they could not verify my personal info (they had my insurance card etc) and I have had several scripts filled there in the past. I was told that it was my responsibility to have provided them more detailed information. The pharmacy assistant was short, rude, and extremely unprofessional. Time to switch pharmacies. read more

Incompetent staff at the pharmacy. Took two visits to fill out prescription because they were not able to enter info from the insurance card correctly. Perhaps the staff should be better trained? I had to spend over 1 hr with my insurance company - what a waste of my time. read more
