I finally get the text they are ready and was told they can't hand key or manually key my license that it had to be scanned. I looked up the law and called a few pharmacist I know and was told they absolutely could manually key my license and that they choose not too. one of the pharmacist that had worked for cvs in the past said Josh must have been poorly trained as cvs does not take training people serious. the worst part is the pharmacist was right behind the cashier and heard the entire conversation and never once chimed in. i believe the worst part is this is the only pharmacy in the area so people can't shop elsewhere so the owner and the staff have free range to do whatever they want. so discussed by the staff and the owner who clearly has more money than brains.

The worst customer service at the pharmacy counter - that I could ever imagine. My prescription was…read morenot ready when they said it would be, via phone. I drove 20 miles, and then waited a half hour in a very long customer line. When I got to the counter, I was told my heart meds prescription refill was not ready, and I should come back later. No apology. No attempt to fill my very simple, common prescription while I waited. Nothing. The pharmacist only said the prescription pick-up times communicated by the phone system are "just estimates". Terrible 'no service, no help". In the future, I will take my pharmacy business elsewhere. Never again to Walgreens in Manchester, VT. I encourage other customers to do the same, unless they enjoy wasted time, frustration, lack of commitment, inaccurate communications, and no service.

Wilmington, Vermont Walgreens refused Fedex drop off of 4 already labeled return packages…read more A pure-form waste of time and money attempting their "drop off" location. If it won't fit on a book shelf they won't take anything other than SMALL packages. Something the Fedex website could have mentioned but did not. I was informed that pickup from Fedex is 9:30 AM, so you can forget about same day pickup there too. You're probably better off never using these non-Fedex locations. It might just be a complete WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY as it was for me. Add to that the intentional conflation of Fedex Ground with Fedex and you are truly challenged to cypher WHO you are even dealing with. Not good
