The 2x3 prints were submitted online for in store pickup. Onto the pickup experience -- front register directed me to the once-happening Walgreens Photo counter where NO EMPLOYEE attended for 15 minutes. Another customer and I grew impatient and we both went behind the counter to retrieve the photos ourselves. This finally got staff's attention and it took another 5 minutes for them to find both of our photos. The only reason one should go to Walgreens is if they have to for 2x3 prints or if this is your pharmacy for reasons beyond choice. Otherwise, don't.

The shopping experience where you touch and feel an item in this case is important, so I preferred that over buying something online. So, if you are needing a cane for a loved one, stop by any CVS to check out what they have in inventory. You might find something you like.

My doctor spoke to them the next day after trying to send another script by fax, which then she told me that they said they would only accept a physical script. (Which was not mentioned to me at all in my two visits to this pharmacy.) My doctor says she's prescribed HRT meds so many times, and none of her patients have had to do this. I've been going here for years, but I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere if this is how they treat customers.
