Some were just regular tall canes and some of them were collapsable ones, which is great if you travel on a plane or want to keep it next to you at a restaurant. The prices were not great, but with the weekly discount coupon on the app, the price was really competitive. This is one of those items where it's nice to feel it, check it out and see how easy it is to use. The shopping experience where you touch and feel an item in this case is important, so I preferred that over buying something online. Even when a human being is standing right there, youre tild to use the comouter. Every single transaction takes at least 5 minutes. I get a call almost every day that my Rx is ready... I guess it's not.... Why does it take so freaking long to get an Rx that is evidently ready? I was into the pharmacy twice this morning. We has some insurance issues with Hubby's Rx and then his glucose monitor. I was helped by a young pharmacy intern named Eesa. He was infinitely patient, knowledgeable and kind. He exemplifies what customer service should be and how we would want all our young people to turn out. Although it is noted to use non-child-resistant caps in the file of my disabled mother, the staff carelessly uses child-resistant caps that she cannot open. Once again I picked up a prescription where this was ignored. She uses CVS because it is a preferred pharmacy for her insurance. I never use them because of their poor service. I usually don't go to this location but went here because my daughter was in hebrew school next door. It seems to be a lot cleaner and has newer items in it -whether it's true or not. There were a lot of items that you could buy and get a discount on (everyone loves a discount!). Ut us week lit inside and outside which is very important in the evening. This place is terrible. If it wasn't for the convenience of location, then I would go anywhere else for prescriptions. The customer service is the number one issue here. You will feel ignored with every visit, and when you are finally attended to, it is with disrespect and an undertone of hatred. An employee in their 20s was a complete to jerk to me today when I went to pick up a prescription for my mother. I had asked how he was doing when I first approached the counter, and he mumbled something under his breath. I said "sorry?" and he said phone number, quite rudely. After this, he didn't say another word to me, not letting me know if a payment was due or anything else. The place was empty expect for me in the prescription line, so I have no idea where this malice came from. Save yourself from this depressing place and go somewhere else if you can. read more

I never felt more unwelcome then I did tonight. The young lady was rude, seemed angry and told me I could use the machine. That isn't true, I bought an item and the 2nd was free. The self-check-out doesn't recognize that. This young lady needs to be trained in customer service or find a different job. The scowl on her face was so mean looking. The young man at the counter was helping other customers with photos. If I had an option tonight t would have gone somewhere else. My business has to be appreciated, if it wasn't for customers coming in, she wouldn't be needed or have a job. Listen... Shout out to the pharmacy. I had been dragging my feet about getting antibiotics for a sinus infection (finally broke down when my teeth started to hurt ). Produced my new insurance card and it was declined...saying I was livid was an absolute understatement. Despite my sassy-ness, the pharmacy tech took about 15 minutes, called my insurance company and had things fixed. I wish I would have gotten her name because she had the patience of a saint. Thank you for realizing that I wasn't a miserable human...just that I didn't feel well. They gave my prescription to somebody else and the lady at the drive through kept asking me "So who picked it up?" in an accusatory tone. She did so for like 100 times... it was RUDE. I kept giving her the same answer, with an increasing alarm. They finally gave me a brand new prescription without an apology. However because she was being very casual about it, the alarm in my head continued to go off, and I decided to call the store manager. A supervisor picked up, and when he learned about my missing prescription that was marked as picked up, his alarm went off too. There's a reason why this store only has 2 1/2 stars on yelp. Their phone system seems to be completely jacked up. There is no way to reach the pharmacy by phone. I have not received any notice about my prescription, and I'm incapable of contacting the pharmacy to learn about the status. It is not that they are too busy to answer the phone. This is completely embarrassing and inconvenient, and the ability for a patient who is expecting a prescription in order to feel better to reach the pharmacy should be prioritized. There is clearly no leadership, or anyone who cares to address this type of feedback. There are a great deal of options for pharmacies and general stores. DONT CHOOSE THIS ONE. read more

This CVS location warrants a 5* rating for the sole reason we went there. A friend was visiting from the west coast and needed a prescription filled of a critical medication. We searched and searched for a CVS location which had a 24 hour pharmacy. While there are locations where the store is open 24 hours, not always the pharmacy. We found this one, and made our way there at 11 PM on a Saturday night, after calling ahead, and was able to pick-up the prescription which was filled and ready for pick-up. Good job, CVS. And consider having a few more pharmacy locations open in southeast Boca Raton. read more

I went in looking to buy a "Dry Shampoo", I was walking around a little lost when one of the employees (Sydney) asked me if I needed help. She took me directly to the isle. I saw they didn't have the one I wanted, so Sydney recommended the one she loves and she was "spot on", I love it. I tried to contact you guys several times today, (actually made 10 separate phone calls), and was hung up every single time. My patient called our office and was told by you guys there was an issue with her medication and in an attempt to correct this issue I was unable to. This is very unprofessional on your guy's part. The people that work here are ok but I don't know why their photo print system is always messed up. I routinely order prints for same day pickup online, and every single time that I come into this store to pick up my prints, without fail, there is an issue, or the employee can not find them in the system, etc. Even though I have the email saying my prints had printed and are ready for pick up, they never seem to know what's going on. This should be a simple in and out pickup (provided there is not a line at checkout) and it always ends up being at least a 10-15 min ordeal with the clueless employees scrambling. I'm baffled at how such a simple process becomes such a cluster. Even though this CVS is around the corner from my house, I will make it a point to send my prints over to the CVS by my work instead. I am so fed up with this crappy location and their crappy customer service and their crappy employees. When you call on the phone if you're lucky enough to get through to one of the crappy people they put you on hold and they don't come back. If you guys have enough money to buy Aetna insurance than you should have enough money to hire more crappy people with their crappy attitudes TO ANSWER THE PHONE!! The crappy manager of this location should be fired.. I called on Monday to change my insurance that's on file, I was told that I would be transferred to the crappy person who handles that, which makes no sense to me since they all are in front of the same computer monitor!!! Well the crappy person they transferred me to never came to the phone and they absolutely could care less. Don't start with this company. I went at night and the heavy set lady manager was extremely invasive and rude. She immediately profiled me and my girlfriend because of our age and said she was going to call the cops if we don't drop our stuff while we were in the middle of paying and get out. I understand that they need a break from 1:30 to 2 PM all at the same time for lunch but if a customer is standing there you could at least ask him and help you. After making an appointment online for me and my husband to get a whooping cough vaccine before my grandchild was born, we get to CVS, check in online and go into store to find out that they do NOT have the whooping cough vaccine that we made an appt for 5 days ago. I asked to speak to the pharmacist and he refused to come to counter to speak to me. All the other customers around agreed that you don't do that to a customer. His name is Giovani Gutierrez. This man could have apologized or explain the mix-up but instead made me stand there for 25 minutes making no attempt to come over to talk with us. Do they not see what appointments are made online?! This CVS excels in poor customer service. I have had several instances dealing with their queues for getting prescriptions. One line is to get prescriptions filled. The other is to pick up your prescriptions. Sounds workable, however, the management of these two queues is dysfunctional. I have waited several times in the queue to pick up a prescription only to discover that that clerk can't get it and now I have to go stand in the other line. Seriously CVS this practice is poor customer service at it's best!! First of all you are not staffed appropriately. You do know your peak times and should staff for this. Today is January 2nd. Peak time for people to have new prescription coverage. I went in got pick up my husbands heart medication with his new prescription card. I was on the pick up line, 2 clerks were working, after 10 minutes I got to the clerk, gave her the new card, and she had to get the person in the other queue to change it. She is to empowered to make the change. There was 1 person on that queue and at least 5 people in line. After 10 more minutes I took my card back and left. Recommendations: Staff up!!! I went there after the holidays to take advantage of their 75% off sale. I had gone the year before and had picked up a lot of neat stuff. This year it was a mess. Christmas items didn't ring up for the sale price. When I pointed this out to the cashiers their attitude was, so don't buy it. I don't understand why taking 75% off was so difficult to figure. Merchandise was in the wrong place. Stuff was mixed up with no prices. They had several tiny Christmas pine trees that were dry. I asked if they were on sale. No, regular price. I found the manager and asked if I could water them. He told me no because they were going back anyway so it didn't matter if they were dried up.
