The second medication was for anti-anxiety medication given the experience my wife had I ensured to avoid any of the issues that happened prior wouldn't happen with those meds I had the doctor submit the prescription from the office they still with held the medication and when I first contacted them they told me it was being held for insurance purposes then it was for instruction purposes then it was because they needed to physically speak with someone from the doctors office in order to release the medication. This Walgreens 1000% racially profile its customers when it comes to medication release. How I know this to be a fact aside from the attitudes they give you, here's where the third person in my household comes in my white brother in law who also had a physical prescription for a controlled drug walked in with a script as a test they refilled it without questioning it yet myself black American and my Latino American wife were screened. This is in 2026. Let me not get started on the long lines the weird lunch shutdowns where they rush customers out. They never have enough staff and the service is terrible. Now I'm sure there will be tons who will say it's a misunderstanding but I was born during the day not yesterday. I am however interested in getting in contact with anyone else who has had similar experiences with this particular pharmacy within the last six months.

I've purchased catheters over the years from Allegro. The process has typically been fairly seamless, though my order has been typically small and easy to process since I paid up front. I recently lost my bladder to bladder cancer. The result has been getting a urostomy. Beyond the drastic lifestyle changes, this also means I'll be ordering rather expensive supplies on a regular basis for the rest of my life. Thank good for insurance. Despite being one of the first medical suppliers on the web, Allegro remains rather basic - the only payments accepted are credit cards or "net 30" with approved credit. Surprisingly, they don't work with insurance. Period. My ostomy clinic reached out to them on multiple occasions to explore options, however, Allegro was completely non-responsive. I reached out twice myself and also got no response. Ultimately, I gave up on Allegro and decided to send me $1,000/month business elsewhere. So, if you have a one-off need for a medical supply then Allegro may very well be easy enough to work with. If you have a need and plan to pay by credit card, this may be the way to go. However, with the weak customer service and lack of payment options you can definitely find far better companies to deal with for your healthcare needs.
