The retail floor is operated by people who don't know where anything is, don't know how to help customers and don't know how to operate the cash register. This is the most convenient Walgreen's location for me, but I've made the tough personal decision…read moreto never go there again. Service is usually apathetic and, like most other locations, the displays and aisles are terribly cramped. The final straw came about a week ago. I had searched online to see what kind of tea tree oil they had available. I kept in mind the brands that weren't marked 'Only available online' and hoped to find the $6 or $8 bottle, as I didn't need much of it. I ended up torn between a $12 bottle and a $14 bottle. Yeah, such a hard decision. I decided to head to the checkout and thought that if I showed the cashier the cheaper online price for the same exact brand/product, maybe I could get a price match. That would have been fun and fruitless had I been able to get to that point. The registers were unmanned; a quick look through the aisles yielded no results. I waited about ten minutes before I left without the overpriced oil. So much for business hours! (If there was some sort of hold-up beforehand and all the employees were literally gagged and bound, I will rescind this review.)

Got to Walgreens and was told that there was no pharmacist. Ran back to the urgent care and had them sent to Cub. I know people get sick and shit happens, but this was the first time we were done wrong. A few weeks ago, I was waiting for 2 prescriptions for my husband who was suffering from a terrible Gout flare up. I was told his prescriptions would be ready in 15 minutes. An hour later I was still waiting. Finally got the prescription and went home. Only had one of his prescriptions in the bag. Had to go back and pick up the other one. Called the urgent care to make sure they were both sent in. Yes they were both sent in. Not even an appology!!!! HATE Walgreens and I don't trust them at all. Sat next to really nice lady while I was waiting. She was called and told her rx was ready. She drove all the way from Andover and when she got there to pick it up, they told her they didnt even carry the prescription she was there to pick up!!! This is just shameful. Please BEWARE!!!

Then finally after 7 days another lady stated your prescription has been waiting for you here for a week. Another time they gave me an empty bag with no script in it and argued and said I must have lost it. And yet another time they gave me 30 tablets when the script was for 90 tablets the bottle said 90 tablets and I paid for 90 tablets. Better check your script rite there before you leave the counter or they will deny their mistakes. Terrible at times. People need their meds and the correct meds.

I purchased tires from MN Maple Grove Costco for my SUV a few years ago and I don't drive much. The second tire rotation I had done in 12/2025; As soon as I got my car back I noticed a vibration through my brake pedal every time I applied my brakes which wasn't there before the Costco service was done. Tried bringing it back in to inquire, but due to Xmas the warehouse was a madhouse so I gave up after scheduling appointment and waiting in line an unreasonable amount of time. So many people because Costco rocks, but no so for me with this tire rotation. I put up with this very concerning vibration in my braking until my next visit to my dealer for oil change and inspection. The inspection found the problem. The problem? 2 warped rotors. I find it hard to understand even 1 warped rotor by someone who should know their job before they ever touch your car, but 2 warped rotors?! That's amateur night. Even if I had waited the probably hour in line back in 12/2025 right after they did this damage to my car, they probably would have denied it anyway. I'm now out over 500$ to have these 2 rotors turned (something Costco doesn't do.) One of them actually tried to tell me that you can warp your rotors by driving through a puddle and that was before I even discovered that my rotors had been warped by these grease monkeys. It's like somebody was trying to cover their tracks before they were even discovered. That just left me totally disgusted. Like I said I love Costco, but I'm not going to give any positive feed back on something like this. If I could rate them a zero I would. A big fat zero. Sorry Costco you totally screwed up here. I thought I was saving money with WOW no cost tire balance and rotation, but now I have a $500 bill to pay for rotor repair. I didn't save a dime with Costco with this fubar.

I used to go to Wayzata High School and that was ages ago. I remember at the time this place looked like some dusty, ugly looking pharmacy, which made me not want to buy my Nyquil there! They didnt have any products out on the shelves, it was a sad mess. The past year or 2 i did notice some changes. Looked much cleaner and brighter. Then all of a sudden BAM! overnight they transformed this place. The shelves are stocked up and they brought products in they used to not sell. Like Burts Bee's makeup foundation which I have been looking for that foundation everywhere! all types of beauty products that usually you find only at Ulta! This also includes medicine aisle and snacks! OMG the snacks!! and candy its like a mini Candy Land! I have been going to this CVS more often just because of their new products. also it seems like every time I go there , they have so many yellow tags, so many discounts. I think even cheaper then Walgreens. I really recommended this CVS . I live by Ridgedale mall area and I drive all the way here just because of how awesome this placed turned out! They probably have new management or they just stopped being lazy and got to cleaning :-)

I had a very disappointing experience at this Walmart. The customer service was terrible. Many of…read morethe employees appeared to be wearing AirPods, and when I asked for assistance, they had to remove them just to hear what I was saying. Even after repeating myself multiple times, I was either brushed off or directed to the wrong area. I was looking for insulated bags and, being from out of state, I wasn't familiar with the store's layout. The first employee I asked went to speak with another worker, but instead of helping me, both employees walked away. The second employee pointed me to a completely different section, and the third directed me to the camping department. After spending nearly an hour searching the store, I gave up and left without finding what I needed. It was frustrating and a complete waste of time. Management needs to do a better job training and supervising employees to ensure customers receive proper assistance. I will not be returning to this Walmart and would not recommend it to anyone expecting decent customer service. I'd give it zero star if I could.
