Every time this happens, it always results in a long drawn out process that often takes days. Days without my medication. Only made worse by phone communication being virtually impossible. Upon realizing their mistake, they then tell m that they are out of stock on my medication. Any other pharmacy would inform me of alternatives such as generic options that I could request from my doctor. With this pharmacy you'll have to know what each alternative is and then specifically ask if it is available. Not to mention that there is an obvious language barrier that has made even in person communications difficult. I guess it's time to find another pharmacy.

But that may come to an end due to inhospitable behavior I experience at the Pharmacy department of the CVS Pharmacy located at 2929 Stelzer Rd., Columbus Ohio 43219. There is an Employee in the Pharmacy department that I have only seen recently; Maybe she is a New Employee in the Pharmacy Department. This Employee's name on her ID Badge is "Ariel M.". This Ariel M. has waited on me more than once in the last week or so.
