If I could give them a -5 I would. Went to get flu vaccines, with appointment. They were 25 minutes late getting to us, no reason given, not busy. Tried to ignore us. Ok not the worst thing. 2nd, the tiny room they 'provided' for the vaccines is nasty, dirty. 3rd, they wanted to close the door in time of covid and there is no ventillation into this approx 4x4 closet.... unacceptable. The technician who gave the vaccine, brought the supplies she needed into the room, then put her gloves on (no cleaning before) then proceeded to touch all the supplies in the room and her box. When asked to change her gloves before giving injection, she refused. She gave 2 injections, no cleaning between, no gloves changed between. This is not aseptic technique. This is not good. Not only that, but she was sarcastic, sardonic and generally impolite. She asked my 10 year old,who is very frightened about any injection, "sweetie, how are you doing" I answered he is shaking with fear. She then replied "I didn't ask that". and then proceeded to tell my children that they had a bad mother. She would not give her name. Unacceptable. (the assistant manager said the tech's name is Wylie) Go to Walgreens where they treat you like you are human! Another complaint. they have a minute clinic which has a sign that says immunizations. You register on line, you can't go there. There are no signs directing you where to go and the pharmacists/techs are unwilling to answer questions unless you wait in line. Called CVS headquarters where the customer service rep said that "we get a lot of complaints about that store" Why doesn't the headquarters do something about this. read more

I felt so sorry for myself to have my appointment @ this location, and would not recommend any one to come here. Not safe and poorly managed store. I went here for my vaccine which went ok if not a bit disorganized. I witnessed a man acting a bit erratically--exiting and entering the store repeatedly with NO mask and approaching people for money. Store manager said nothing did nothing. The same man was also roaming the parking lot approaching people asking for money and even knocking on windows. I called the store to tell the manager and realized as I was speaking with him, that he already witnessed all of it in the store--the manager was busy on his cell phone behind the register and obviously didn't care. read more

55min wait for a pick up at the drive thru. 29mins just to drop it off. It's a lotion !!! You don't even have to mix it. I was told we have to drop it off and come back after an hour and half. This cvs is a joke. Over 2 plus hours for someone to slap a label on the bottle that they did not even need to mix. If you are dying and need meds please don't come here!!! I think I would've had a better chance to get this steroid lotion faster from a street dealer then these fools. Good luck to anyone who wants to come here. read more

STAY AWAY!!! This place discriminates on you based on your medication. Robert Aziz to be exact. I have zero issues if he is not working however if he is he will humiliate you based on your prescription needs. I would have chosen zero stars but unfortunately that's not an option. I will make sure to never return and advise any one else not to either. read more

Wait times on the drive-thru are obscenely long. Staff needs to be cognizant of the line of vehicles seeking quick service (last time I checked that was the purpose of a drive up window). If they see a customer's needs are exceeding a reasonable wait time at the drive-thru, they need to have that customer park and come in. I once waited close to 40 minutes on the line. I feared the minute I moved out of it the line would then start moving. Not even close. I parked, went in, spoke with the manager. I told him this was not first time I experienced unreasonable wait time on the drive-thru line. He said the clerk is supposed to have customers requiring so much time to come into the store. A policy that fails to reach whomever is working the window, apparently. I gave 2 stars because, overall, the staff is good and friendly. But the wait time really puts a sour taste to using this pharmacy. read more

Terrible. Regardless of how I deliver my prescriptions to this store they are NEVER ready when I go to pick up. I don't get any calls or notifications... just sheepish looks from the staff when I go to pick it up and they once again haven't even started it. read more

Customer service very poor I called refill the prescription 2 days ago they said it will be ready in 1 hour and 2 days later I come there to pick up my prescriptions and they say not ready yet will need 10 more minutes because they have problem with transferring my prescription but you have 2 days to do this work if it not done yet can you just pick up the phone and call the customer. read more

Wow I have had bad experiences at cvs before but this establishment takes the cake. I called to ask if they had the tdap vaccine for my husband and I since I'm 7 months pregnant they said yes no appointment needed. I then walk in to wait in a line for 15+ mins for the pharmacist to tell me to get in another line. I wait in that line for 15+minutes for her to tell me it will be 30 minutes and I should just go to the minute clinic . All staff avoiding eye contact to not answer questions to help me with what line to be in. Just made a pregnant lady stand around for 30 minutes only to leave. Wish there was a way to give zero stars to the extremely rude pharmacy staff. Lost our business for sure. read more

One and a half hour for one med - longer than it took at urgent care from registration to walking out and no apologies. If Yelp had rotten tomato I would give this CVS pharmacy a damn rotten tomato. Everyone from pharmacist to cashiers are rude and they lie about time. read more

This is the CVS closest to me. I hate the pharmacy personal. Especially the head pharmacist. First they never seem to have my pain medications. It started in April. I took my 2 prescriptions there that I get every 30 days for pain. She told me they didn't have them and they were going to have to order them, it would take 3 days to get them once they ordered them, told me me go back in 4 days. I did, went back in 4 days and they still hadn't ordered them and I received the same story "they have to be ordered. I told her that's what she said 4 days ago, she said "well they hadn't been ordered". I went through this every week for 3 weeks, and finally went to another CVS that's 20 min away. I went back to them the next month and again got the story that they had to be ordered. I asked how long and was told 1 week. Well this time I went to the other CVS and they had the meds so I got them there again. Now every month I get a new prescription and the first place I go is to my CVS on Pickwick Rd in Centerville, since it's the closet to my home and every time since April I get the same response, "we don't have them, they have to be ordered. And then I go to the CVS that's 20 min away since they always have them. I am never going back to that CVS again to get those prescriptions filled. This time when I went to see if they had them (I had another prescription to refill there so thought I'd ask if my pain meds were there) the head pharmacist laughed and said no we don't have them. I asked when will they have them just to see what she'd say and was told "I don't know, as they have to be ordered". And I went to the CVS that's 20 min away like I've been doing since April and got them. I don't understand how a pharmacy never have these pain meds and how aloof a pharmacist can be. You can tell she really doesn't care. I have other prescriptions there and will start going to the other CVS as soon as the prescription refills are done with. The pharmacy staff aren't the nicest people. I don't mean the cashiers they are usually nice. It's sad that knowing you need your meds especially those for pain they don't order them and have them on hand, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that goes in there to get pain medications. read more
