I went to a CVS looking for a specific lipstick brand - Malani and the store near me did not carry this. They pointed me to this other CVS location where they had the brand. Every time I have gone to this pharmacy, no matter which person I talk to are very rude, mean and nasty with a very nasty attitude. They do not treat you like a customer, but treat you like you owe them something for doing their job. They act like they hate what they do and they do not want to be at work on this job. Why don't they find something else to do. They act like they arecthe customer. A total turn off for me. I chose this pharmacy because it is closer to where I live. I think I will transfer mess back to CVS on Greensboro St. They are not great either, but they have a little better attitude. These people at the Target CVSvon Franklin St seem like a slimy crew of people that work a job and don't care. They only care about what time they can get off and leave work a d go home. read more

I had an issue with a 90 day prescription being filled at my previous residence. They pulled my prescription and were able to fill it here within 15 minutes. The best part? Service with a smile. This is a fantastic CVS. Don't let the old reviews scare you. Maybe they heard you, because I didn't find them overcrowded, understaffed or lacking in any way. read more

Pharmacy was not forthcoming in the purchase process for COVID-19 home tests, and sent me to the front cashier to get them, then charged me there with out using insurance. When asked to modify payment method, they said the test are not returnable and I need to submit a claim through insurance, which I did and will process in the next 45 days. Insurance will cover up to 8 tests per month. If you are in this position, go to the pharmacy drop off, provide your insurance card and request the COVID at home tests. They will then process your insurance and package the tests for you. You may need to wait or come back. Hope this is more helpful than the cashier and pharmacist at this location. read more

I made an appointment in advance to receive my COVID booster here. I got there on time, checked in per the link I received at 7:29 for my 7:30 appointment, and when I walked back to the pharmacy, I was told the person giving the vaccine just left and I could not get my dose. When I asked for an explanation, the tech first tried to insinuate I should have been there earlier, which he quickly stopped when I showed him my appointment time and that I was right on time. The pharmacist then became aggressive and said that if I insisted on receiving my vaccine as scheduled, she would open a vial and waste 4 doses (which is pretty obviously unethical), otherwise there was nothing they could do. The lack of ethics required to put someone in the position of either having to make the decision to waste 4 doses or not receive their scheduled dose is just appalling. The pharmacist was combative and non apologetic. She also would not answer the question of what happened to my dose- since I had an appointment and was on time, if there was no dose for me, then logically, they likely threw it away. Wasting vaccine on top of turning away people who had appointments without providing them the vaccine seems extremely negligent to me. read more

Terrible!!!! 2 people working at all times in the pharmacy...this place is way to big, in a busy location and too new to be THIS POORLY MANAGED!!!! Be careful...depending on who the head pharmacist is, you may be waiting a while. A younger guy named Matt is really good & consistently quick, knowledgeable and on top of things. And there's one other head pharmacist I've had that was good & quick. But not most reliable pharmacy. And there were legit more people working at the small jersey mikes store than there was working at this huge cvs pharmacy. I was rushing into the party at nursing home near by where I am serving senior citizens and used the restroom to apply the costume hair spray for which I paid 5 minutes before that at the register. Within five minutes store management was knocking on the door asking me to leave and talking to me as if I was a teenager doing something inappropriate. When I said " I was only there for 5 minutes", the store manager snapped " right, we can show you security camera, others need to use it, what do you think you are the only one? ". She could have been right about time, even though it was exactly 7 minutes, but the manner she approached me lacked customer service. She was rude, demeaning and laughed with other coworker after I left a store. Jessica, manager of the current location, turned postcard ladden store into highschool playground. I darted into my car like a lepar, with my ridiculous green hair, being heckled by whats supposed to be "friendly neighborhood store". I was sent home with 1 bottle of a 2 bottle prescription, yet was told that both their photographic evidence and "inventory control" confirmed I had left with both. It took multiple calls to my doctor and visits to CVS to confirm the error was theirs. They were professional enough in their denial of responsibility, but flat wrong. Horrid pharmacy. First, they never let you know when prescriptions are ready so you have to keep calling and spending copious amounts of time trying to speak to someone to get an answer. Today, I went to pick up a prescription. They have a drive thru with one lane blocked. I ring the bell over and over and I am told I can't pick up my prescription at the drive thru because "that lane" is designated for Covid testing. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE THERE!!!! Let's take things to a level beyond ridiculous please and make sick people go into the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions and stand in line "just in case" someone needs Covid testing. I needed an inhaler for lung problem from flu First CVS said they did not have the prescribed materials. They sent me to the CVS Ram Plaza and said it would be smooth to pick up there. I was treated rudely and told no such prescription in computer and I'd have to wait while they found out I wanted to wait in car since diagnosed w flu but they said not possible. So inside coughing and waiting w others. NOBODY tells me whether they have what is needed as I wait 20 min-- fine to wait if I know they have it. Customer service failure by both stores. read more

I made an appointment for a vaccine on a weekday. I came in 10 minutes early like CVS requested on their website. The pharmacy was completely full of people waiting for shots. After talking to a couple of people, I realized they booked 6 people for the same time slot as me, and there was only one pharmacist vaccinating. She was running extremely late--as expected since she was the only one there. I ended up waiting an hour for an appointment I made online. I will not be back to this location. read more

I called the pharmacy at this location and they put me on hold for 15 minutes!! When I called I got a quick "hold please" from whoever answered the phone and nobody ever picked up the phone again. I waited for 15 minutes and finally hung up. I called again and got the same treatment. I understand it may have been a busier time of day, but this was very poor customer service in my opinion. The wait inside the location can be pretty long as well depending on the time of day. About two weeks ago,I went in person to pick up a prescription and the Pharmacy tech did not attempt to assist me as her co-worker went to another register to help another customer. Finally, the Pharmacist herself who may have been returning from a lunch break assisted me. Only then, did the pharmacy tech try to assist. I understand it being a busier location, but the sub-par customer service needs improvement. read more
