Minute Clinic SUCKS. They charged me $100, to tell me nothing and not diagnose me at all. Then when I tried to call to set up a payment plan I never spoke to a human. If I had tons of money Id go to a doctor not a clinic in CVS. I paid as much as I could each month about $20, and told them each time, I literally am pay check to pay check please do not send me to collections I will continue to pay. They sent me to collections for $44. What a joke. Maybe if someone would answer the phone I could have set up a payment plan. The nurse was with me for about 10 minutes and I was charged almost as much as I would have been to see an actual doctor. Ridiculous. Not got customer service. will not return. read more

This CVS is close to home for me but I make a point of never going there with exceptions such as the other day when I needed to pick up one item and thought maybe since it had been awhile things would be different. I was wrong. I just wanted orange juice and they were completely out of it and most of the freezers were almost empty. On top of that, like usual the lines were long. There is always just one person working the registers and then there are the self check outs, which if they all are working, are very, very slow. If you are looking to pick up an item in a hurry then save yourself time and drive on to the Walgreens down the street by Bryn Mawr. read more

This is by far the worst CVS in the city. The workers are union so most of them don't care about their own work ethic let alone customer service. In fact, they encourage you to call CVS to complain by saying things like, "Take it up with Corporate." or my personal favorite, "Do you have a phone?" because they know their union is protecting them. Shop here only if you enjoy bad service with a bad attitude. It is one of the bigger CVS stores, however, open 24 hrs with its own parking lot so the convenience factor is definitely there. (This review is for the Minute Clinic inside CVS at this location.) Health insurance this year has been really complicated for me, so this week when I came down with strep, I was terrified. I had no idea where to go for help. I took a chance and walked in here, and was so impressed with how helpful and upfront Minute Clinic is about which insurance they accept and which they don't. I was able to ask all my questions and receive specific answers. That was a huge load off my mind. A major shout out to the nurse practitioner who saw me, Lyndsey. She was kind and professional, and unlike many other doctors and nurses I've seen, actually listened to me. I felt very cared for! She was able to diagnose me and I had antibiotics in-hand ten minutes after walking out of her office. Based on my experience here, I definitely recommend this location. Thanks, Lyndsey! read more

This review is for the Minute Clinic inside of this CVS. It was time for my annual flu-shot. Flu shots don't always work, but it is worth it to me, on the chance that they do work. I was enticed to get my flu shot here by a sign outside that said "No cost Flu shots with most insurance." Sure, with new Obamacare rules, now most (or all?) health insurance plans are supposed to cover "routine or preventative" things like flu-shots with no co-pay and no out of pocket costs. In the past, at other health care providers, they always seem to try to charge me a co-pay for flu-shots, or they code the "procedure" incorrectly with the insurance claim, causing endless headaches and phone-tag with the insurance company and the health care provider. I was glad that I was not asked for any co-payment when I flashed my BCBS card. As for the visit itself: I was #3 in line on the kiosk, and it estimated a 70 minute wait time. Booo! However, I was very pleasantly surprised because the line went MUCH quicker than estimated. I think I was seen and out of there within 25 minutes from signing into the kisok. The woman who saw me was very professional, nice and friendly. I was in-and-out of there much more quickly, and with fewer hassles than if I had tried to see my primary doctor. I'll definitely consider going here instead of my primary doctor in the future, for routine things. read more

The pharmacy there sucks. We have been waiting 90 minutes for a prescription to be sent to another pharmacy that accepts our insurance and they still haven't sent it. I'll never come back to this minute clinic. read more

The booting / towing policy at this store's parking lot is predatory. Yesterday there was a guy parked in one corner and when he spotted someone leave the lot he would scuttle to their car to make sure he got the boot on before they came back. I witnessed this happen to a couple of people at least one of whom was legitimately picking up a prescription as well as his drycleaning from across the street or whatever. The store is OK - it's the CVS pharmacy at the end of my street - but I think I'll cross the street to Walgreen's instead... read more

The people that work at this store are really nice, helpful, courteous and hard working. I stop by often,,,once a week at least... and just don't understand their lack of stock on a continual basis. It's a given that if you go for a specific item...or have one of the great CVS coupons, the shelf is empty! I hope they shape up or the new Walgreens coming to the neighborhood soon, will give them some fierce competition. It would be a shame too because I like CVS a lot better than their competitor. read more

I have never used the pharmacy or minute clinic. I do enjoy that it is right across the street from me so that I'm able to go there for something quick. I would recommend this for somebody that needs to get a prescription filled. Or just pick up some toiletry items. read more

This review is about the Minute Clinic, not the store. I went in today knowing I had an ear infection and in need of a prescription for antibiotics. I could not have been happier with the entire experience. The nurse practitioner, Bridget B., was amazing! She was so nice and friendly and she made me feel like she had been my doctor for years. I feel like if she moves to a different Minute Clinic, private office, hospital I would want to follow her for medical service because she was that amazing. She gives me a quick general exam and concludes that yes, I do indeed have an ear infection. She then sends over my prescription to the pharmacy. There, the four women are super friendly and have my scrpit filled in 5 minutes. This whole experience? I was in and out in 20 minutes! I had no wait time to see Bridget and hardly any real wait for my prescription. If I ever need minor medical attention this will definitely be my first option. read more

Unfortunately, this is the last time I will use the minute clinic. After successfully getting a prescription for a sinus infection 3 months earlier from a different nurse, I went in this time with the same condition and another nurse decreed that even though I'd had 4 days of heavy mucus and fever, I 'hadn't been sick long enough' to get antibiotics. She suggested I try 'gargling'. This trip was a waste of money. Now have to go to another clinic or possible emergency room to get antibiotics. read more

I called in to the pharmacy as I was hunting down a pharmacy carying my medication. The gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and explained that there is no way for them to check if other CVS pharmacies carry certain perscription medications. So people have to call each and every CVS in the city? Walgreens was happy to look my prescription up in their system and find a store carrying it. read more

This CVS location is pretty decent but sometimes there are long lines at the cash registers. There are two female employees that always seem to be in a bad mood and with alot of attitude. On the other hand there's this tall guy that is always very friendly and kind and he is always polite besides having a wonderful smile. BE VERY CAREFUL ESPECIALLY IF YOU PARK YOUR CAR IN THEIR LOT. This CVS is the worst. Had a really bad experience with the management. I went into the store to purchase a birthdaycard for a friend, then went across the street to the Jimmie Johns to pick up my lunch before heading into work, as I come back to the lot, my car was getting towed!!! I tried to stop the driver (to no avail) so I ran into the store trying to get anyone (like the cashier who checked me out) to help me..manager came out with a very serious attitude, "Their was nothing he can do, because their are sign posted all over the lot", the signs are conveniently covered by shrub & has a fine print that if you leave the CVS lot regardless of purchasing ANYTHING you will be towed, and do not ask the incompetent manager, to do anything because he is trained to tell you what he cannot do for the customer. Called the BBB & complained about this store as well as the tow truck company, apparently their have been a lot of complaints against this store, with a "trumped up" towing service...BE CAREFUL!!!!!! read more

I will never use a CVS again!!! Went to the pharmacy at the Broadway location to pick up a preordered prescription. Arrived at the store early.... so while waiting for my prescription to be completed I ran across the street to pick up a few things at the Aldi. When I came back my car was booted!!! I was told that I was not allowed to leave the premises while parked there. Have been a regular customer there for the last few years....never again!!! Paid $115 to have the boot removed....they have a real scam going there at CVS. There actually was a sign that my girlfriend and I did not see that does say in small print that you cannot leave premises with car parked there..... and here I was waiting for a prescription to be filled to bit. I saw another person in the lot with a boot as well holding a CVS bag in hand. Apparently he had just come from the Jimmy Johns across the street. Love how CVS treats their "valuable" customers. Never again....I will now take my business to Walgreens!!! read more
