If anything, they go above and beyond the call here on occasion. For example, they usually remember us. Not just, "Oh, here's your records" stuff, but walk in the door and (if it's the main pharmacists) they'll know what we're there for. That's something you don't get at your other places! Then there's the above-and-beyond you occasionally get. As a small pharmacy they're usually stocked, but occasionally might not have something. They'll gladly recommend some place that does (looking it up for you), or even on occasion they'll drive to the other pharmacy themselves, pick it up, and have it back at their location for you. Not to mention, they'll often have that done by the end of the day! So, if you're looking for a local pharmacy with great customer service, then I can't recommend them enough.

Apparently not really…read more They emailed a couple of days after I placed the order to inform me of the backorder which I apparently missed as I was out of town. 10 days after placing the order I emailed them wondering where it was and noticed the item was still listed as available and in stock. They responded promptly and offered to cancel the order. According to the company there are only 2 employees and they cannot possibly keep up with everything. Without being asked they went ahead and canceled the order. Obviously I will not be doing business with them again which is obviously what they wanted. I just read the other one star review. Exactly!
