THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE PRODUCT WALGREENS AND OTHER STORES ARE SELLING: NEUTROGENA OIL-FREE ACNE FACE WASH WITH 2% SALICYLIC ACID. BE AWARE AND DO NOT BUY..! I BOUGHT THIS ON APRIL 4th at 12:08 pm Applied in Morning of APRIL 6th during shower. Same day in evening I started to have irritation of skin with some burning. Applied Vitamin E oil in evening. April 7th again I used for 2nd time during shower and started to itch my neck in shower only. Came out and looked in mirror to see my neck turned red and lot of burning in my eyelid, under eye, chick and neck area. My Right eye looked swollen too! Entire day I applied lotion, vitamin E oil. From that oil on skin, constant irritation, constant burning entire day (would go away for a while and come back) I was feeling week, dizzy fron swelling of eye and just not normal energy level. April 8th I stopped using Neutrogena face wash and yet same thing, red neck, lot of burning around eyelids, under eye, neck and chick area. I could feel roughness on my eyelids and under eye and neck area too. Entire day I had Ghee on my face and neck which soothe a little but irritation and burns kept coming back. The peeling of skin had caused so much burns on skin for 3 days that I couldn't do any chores without having to focus my attention back to the burning. At night burning started even more and at 12:30 am applied vitamin E oil and after an hour it totally subsided and then I was able to sleep! Today April 9th, I have not used Neutrogena and still feel burns and irritation but is less than previous 3 days. This product should not be on the market at all..! I then Googled reviews on this product only to find so many women had COMPLAINED ABOUT NEUTROGENA FACE WASH AND THEY GETTING SEVERE BURNS SO MUCH SO THEY GOT RED SPOTS ON THEIR FACE AND WERE EVEN ON NEWS ARTICLES!

I had to confirm that she was referring to me. When I addressed the issue, she attempted to justify calling me "whoever." That is dismissive and unprofessional, especially in a healthcare setting. New systems do not replace basic customer service, courtesy, or respect. Staff should properly address patients and wear identification. Please do better.

They did not see the prescription in their system, went back just before closing and they still did not see it and seemed not to care. The prescription was for a common antibiotic and I showed them in MyChart that the doctor had input it as well as the doctor's name. No concern they would not do anything. I asked for one pill for the evening as prescribed and the problem could be resolved in the morning. No to doing that. Had it been a narcotic they certainly should not do it but no excuse for not doing it with all the information available. CVS culture is not what it use to be.
