No matter how busy the store gets, he's always positive me and my son come in here all the time during peak hours, and when it's slow on the weekends, he is super professional, and genuinely kind. I'm 100 percent sure this place will close in the near future and I don't know if the workers don't realize or don't care, but I was waiting forever to get some deodorant. Someone was at the cashier staring at me, another worker was stocking, another one was walking around. You would think hearing the beep would be more important than having to stock up some products. Ended up leaving and going to Smart Final. I felt it was quicker to drive there, pick up what I needed and head home rather than stay and wait for assistance any longer. Hope they close this place soon because the service isn't there to keep it open. It's literally my last resort now if nothing else is open and if amazon cant deliver something on time. read more

i went in there and ask them if i can get a photo printed and the guy was told me "oh you need to go to koisk" and when i went there thy didn't have a phone cord and i had to buy one ugh. waste of 10$ and the computer was giving me trouble and it kept saying photo not loading and when i reconnected it again it keeps doing the same thing and it was not letting me get the photos show the one in 2026 and it only showed 2023 and 2024! Why would you have a computer that is not even up to date!! i asked those guys to try help me with kiosk 7 times and it took them 20 minutes to come over! This location is bombarded by garbage from the public, yet management continues to try to keep it clean! I call on the public to stop treating our neighbor hood like a dumpster! Yesterday when I went into the pharmacy they were playing contemporary English light rock and roll throughout the store. This was a relaxing environment compared to the environment created by unknown language music that they were broadcasting over this store most of the time. Today I went in and it was back to the usual non-english music. I got enough nerve to ask the cashier why they changed back to non-english music and the reply was "because CVS is a Spanish owned store. I also noticed a beautiful charcoal Camaro with totally blacked out windows parked in the best parking spot in front of the front door last night. Today when I returned the same vehicle was parked in the same place. I asked the cashier if they knew who owned the beautiful Camaro in the front, The reply was "they're sitting in it right now". I was surprised and responded, really, since last night? The cashier said that the occupant sitting in the vehicle is a CVS employee and they park it there because they like to look at it all the time. So much for putting your customers first. Usually I dont write reviews. However, tonight i was shocked. I needed feminine products. I got to the store 15 min before it's closing time. The security had the gate half-way and was letting ppl out. I had to knock to have him let me in. I asked, "why are you guys closed, there still is 15 min till 10pm", he responded, "try to be quick, just trying to go home". He was not or anything, but the fact that you need something and you get to the store with enough time to get it to find out the gate/doors are closed, very unprofessional and discouraging as a customer. I have come to this store before snd usually it's not an issue. BUT this was not right. If they were in a hurry to go home they could've just announce to customers to bring their items to the front. read more

I told the pharmacy I received two texts that it was ready . i am 65 and would have walked thereto get it. You think during this pandemic they would be more considerate of people and not expose them necessarily during this difficult time. This review us fir the pharmacy, I've been getting my prescriptions filled at Walgreens for awhile and wanted something closer to home. I decided to give CVS at shot and transfer my prescriptions here, horrible mistake the staff couldn't read my doctors writing and refused to contact my doctors office. They didn't even bother to notify me, it want till I was running low that my wife stopped by for a refill and they explained the problem. I immediately told my wife to go back to Walgreens and have CVS remove us from their database. I will only come to CVS for over the counter medicine. The pharmacy techs really ruined my experience and sadly I will never return here. read more

One of the worst, poorly stocked CVS stores I've been to. I try to avoid it at all costs. There's always somebody begging outside the door. It's a good day IF there's 2 cashiers. Terrible service, had a covid vaccine scheduled. They were so disorganized. The pharmacist were running back and forth but would not communicate with us customers as to what the process was.we were left standing and the only person who addressed us was the pharmacy assistant/tech. They should get no stars. CVS txted me my prescriptions were ready at 1pm. I called at 2pm to verify, need another hour. I then show up at 3pm, only half is done. This place is a joke. I'm moving my prescriptions to RiteAid for now on. This place is within walking distance, even with high gas prices, worth the trip.... read more

Pharmacy people are so helpful. I come here to pick up my moms prescriptions often and they are always prompt and nice. I usually use the drive thru . When I have to wait about 30mins or so I get off and browse the store. Never had an issue with customer service. Just wish they had move items in stock. read more

This Cvs is not a good place to shop. The staff looked very unprofessional, managers with nose rings and visible tattoos. Does the "dress code" no longer exist? They don't even bother to acknowledge you as you enter the store! The worst part about this place is EVERY SINGLE TIME there is a "good sale", half the items are not available at this particular Cvs. I always have to get a rain check, sometimes even on Sundays, which are the first day of the sale! I sometimes wonder if they even stock their shelves. Even price tags aren't posted to match the current ad. Who is in charge of this place??? Now I completely understand all the negative reviews. The pharmacy is a disaster. I don't shop CVS anymore so I can't speak for the store itself but my pharmacy experience is bad. I am getting surgery in three days so I had my prescriptions filled two weeks prior to get all my pre-op work out of the way. At the time they were able to fill all but the pain medication because they were out of stock. They said it would be ready by the following week Thursday or Friday. Today is Friday - mind you my surgery is Monday. I go to see if maybe they forgot to notify me it was ready , but turns out they are still out of stock but hey the shipment MIGHT get here in the later afternoon. It's a pharmacy - they should always be stocked in time to fill their orders. A week later and a half later and my prescription is still not filled. Needless to say I will not be filling any future orders here or in fact giving CVS any of my business. read more
