Worst service ever! Especially when the female pharmacist is there! Really slow and disorganized! Sat in drive through over 30 mins! Was there at 640 and never got served because they close at 7pm. my daughter and my baby grandaughter are visiting from out of town and my grand daughter is teething so bad... my daughter went in looking for orajel, long story short she came back from the CVS in tears! the lady pharmacist she asked for help locating the orajel was super rude to her and made her feel like a bad mom! way to make an already stressful situation WAY WORSE CVS! On Thursday, September 1st, I took a prescription to this pharmacy to be filled for my husband. The young lady that took the prescription, looked at the Rx, then came back and told me, I needed to get a new Rx because this was written wrong. She was trying to tell me that it was too much medication for my husband. I told her, no it was right. So she took the Rx and told me to come back later to pick it up. Then we get a phone call from the pharmacist, who informed us that he would not fill the prescription until he talked to the doctor, as he was accusing us of doctor jumping. So we contacted to the doctor on call and they called the pharmacist and said it was a good Rx and to fill it. Then the pharmacist calls us back and tells us we can't get the prescription until the next day, as he wasn't filling it because he didn't have time to fill the prescription. The prescription was for 60 pills. This pharmacist was a real jerk to us and the doctor on call. Also I do live in Corpus Christi, Texas. :) read more

One of the best (and newest) CVS locations in Corpus Christi. I've stopped here for prescriptions, flu shots, WINE, ice, passport photos..... The staff is very friendly and quite efficient. The pharmacists are always good about explaining prescriptions and letting me know when refills are needed. Prices are decent, location is convenient and the store (well, it's still new) is ultra clean. read more

Got yelled at by a taller man with dark hair out of the store and the African American girl with long braids gave me the most attitude because I needed help at the self check station. Let me start by saying go to a Walgreens and then go to CVS and then try to tell me I'm wrong. CVS is a sad version of Walgreens. I'm not sure why or how they ended up there but there it is, sad Walgreens. I think part of it is your lighting and part is that you hit this barricade of aisles when you first walk in, really that's how it feels. Then let's top off the barricades and dingy lighting with higher prices. Plus you walk like a mile from a close bus stop to CVS, thinking you'll pick up a money gram, WRONG!!! These people don't even have money in their store - WTF! And once again their gummy bears ( oh wait they only have worms) are still 50 cents more then Walgreens or Walmart. Like I said, sad Walgreens. Go look at a Walgreens and then get it together. read more

I would to compliment all the folks at this CVS. An insurance company place a complaint to them in my name which was not true they dropef the ball and placed the blame on CVS. The pharmacist ASSISTANT (who isn't the pharmacist- who is a delightful man) needs a serious attitude adjustment. Will be taking my money to Walgreens solely based on her attitude . Learn proper customer service, please. I know you're stressed but being rude to people and not listening to basic problems while you talk to me like an idiot...makes a lot more problems for yourself! . How you talk down to patients disgusting. Hope you will take my advice! And not lose al customer service at this location. read more

As a longtime patron of CVS stores the experience is generally pleasant. This was reaffirmed by the polite and professional pharmacy staff. Note to self: pay at the pharmacy next time. My mistake was made when I took my medication to the front counter to pay there. Two young ladies who are generally working whenever I go in were at the counter chatting as usual. Unfortunately, my expectations of them are quite low as they tend to act very unprofessional. Anyway, I went to pay for my medication, and they began to chat and joke with one another, aloud, about said medication (which is, mind you, protected under anonymity by the caregiver-patient confidentiality clause). I got to pay while dealing with smirks from other patrons about my embarrassing condition. I was appalled by their behavior and can only imagine how many others have been subjected to it. I hope this improves - I love this little neighborhood CVS and don't want to go elsewhere. read more

Just a normal pharmacy. Nothing bad. Nothing special. I go here all the time though. I have zero complaints this far.

Apparently you must take names and confirmation numbers when you call in to refill an important medical prescription because the pharmacist here are incompetent and somehow forget how to do the job they are getting pay to do and wash their hands and ask you to just wait to the following business day because at that point when you need your prescription there is nothing you or they can do.
