Almost everything could improve, but most definitely the customer service!!! I have never been treated so rudely, disrespected, embarrassed, etc! I will never go back to any CVs ever again! There probably not concerned bc every where I look there closing them down. I never understood placing them all directly across from Walgreens. There probably secretly owned by the same person or group. This would give there prices a sort of meaning, they can always say there the same price as Walgreens. In reality both there prices are super super high. I went to buy some eye drops the other day, which I never ever buy, so when I saw the prices I almost fell out (lumify, the one my girl HAD to have. Well there's two Diffrent sizes (actually my buddy sails the bottles are the exact same, but it says they put more liquid in the more expensive one, hopefully. The small one is like right at 20$ while the "more filled" bottle is slightly above 30$ with tax. As you can tell I'm not rich, and anytime a liquid gets anywhere near 200$ an ounce, well I don't drink but I better become very inebriated if I purchase it! Better yet I better have just robbed a bank, and am already very inebriated!! lol. Bc these same bottles are like 11$ and 18 something at Walmart! The exact same sized products. And most all of there CVS products are buy 1 get the 2nd half off. It's all on some bullshit that I don't really want to pay for once, I damn sure don't want another, for 50% more. This is why when an older family member passes you go to there house to help clean up and they have 200 btls unopened of stuff like vitamin b6, niacin, vitamin E, a,b,c,d....... All CVs brand. They have 5gs of shit they never thought about using, but hey it only cost them 2,500$, who could pass on that!! lol. They want IDs for returns even with a receipt and get very upset if you can't remember your wife's rewards number!!lol. I'm surprised they don't ask for your 3 oldest kids's socials! Lol. And I haven't even gotten back to the manager at the Noel location in Dallas. So I picked up a couple prescriptions from the pharmacy, and before I paid I had my so go grab a 12 pack of coke. So we're walking out, they manager is standing write in the middle of the aisle, I tell him to have a good day, and I notice he looks at me and my son, a little diffrent and never responded to my have a a great evening. I take two more steps and the manager breaks into a run, screaming stop theif!! Me and my son are looking wildly try to find this theif I was even considering helping, that is until I figured out that the kids he was referring to my so and myself, I'm sure I looked a little befuddled, as I tried to grasp the situation while at the same time playing tug oh war with that 12 pack. He started saying "I remember you" , from where, we go to high school together or something? That's what I was thinking anyways. I let go of the receipt to look for my receipt in my pocket, which I either had them send me a digital one or they forgot to give it to me. That was all the proof he needed, he tried to start taking my bag with all the scripts And stuff. I realized everyone was starting at the father son theiving Duo, and I was so embarrassed instead of walking the rest of the way back to the pharmacy, I made sure he wasn't getting away with the bag of scripts, I told my son, "let's go" screw the cokes". And we got the hell out of there, I'll never ever go there again. Let me say this right up front. I HATE trash. I hate it. I cannot imagine driving into a parking lot to sump the trash out of my car, or to pull a purchase out of the bag and throw the trash on the ground. This CVS is not unique in the trashiness of the store and the parking lot. They just happen to have taken it to a whole new level of despicable. It feels and looks like an abandoned store. And that is just the outside. When you are in the store there is no sign they own a vacuum, broom, sweeper or even give a dang about the appearance of the store. When you get to the self-check out, you can find so many thrashy treasures from the past. It is enough to make you sick to your...gut. I will drive 5 miles to avoid shopping in this hell-hole. This is my neighborhood CVS. I usually stop in just to pick up a prescription or whatever and unfortunately I came here yesterday to pick up a prescription. The people in the pharmacy and even the employees here are always really friendly and very helpful. But the condition of this store was unsanitary. As I'm standing in the pharmacy waiting for someone to wait on me because I need to pick up something from the pharmacy, I looked around. The shelves below the registers were filthy&disorganized, there were crumbs, hand, smears all over the counters, and on the shelves. The table where you got flu vaccines was behind a partition and it was unsanitary. This isn't like your typical hey, things are a little messy because we had a busy shift. This is weeks of not cleaning. I will not be going to the store again anytime in the future. Then I woke up this morning feeling like I'm sick. I try not to touch anything while I was there and sanitize my hands as soon as I got back to my car all I'm saying is this is absolutely unacceptable, especially during the cold and flu season, and during our pandemic of new diseases being discovered every day. I will say that they do seem to be understaffed quite frequently. So the general manager needs to hire some new people, and or bring a cleaning crew at night to sanitize for the safety of their customers. I am leaving this review solely to communicate that Katherine is the nicest employee I've ever had the pleasure of spending time with! I stopped in randomly to get a passport photo taken, and what I thought would just be a dull errand I had to get out of the way turned into a fun experience that genuinely made my day. Katherine was kind, personable, so funny, AND had attention to detail! We laughed so much just trying to get the photo done; I honestly had such a great time, and I never thought I'd say that at a retail/pharmacy store. Give her a raise. Made appt for a vaccine. They were ready at exactly that time. Friendly and courteous.

I had a total knee replacement and the surgeon and his PA called in for a prescription for a pain medication. The pharmacist did not call the office to check what happened and instead refused to fill either prescription. I spent the night and next morning in more pain than I can describe. When I finally got to speak to a manager he said the script from the doctor was filled. When we got to CVS the same pharmacist said it wasn't ready and wanted me to wait for her to give someone a vaccination first. She filled it and told me not to take the prescription for moderate pain. When I called the doctor to say the med was not covering the pain they couldn't understand why she would tell me that as it was standard to stagger the meds to get pain in control following such a painful surgery. Will never trust this place again. read more

If I could they would get a -10. My Dr called in my scrip. I had to go back 4 times to pick it up I ly to be told that I had to go to another CVS cause they did not have it. Next day. Another script called in because my daughter is very ill. I called they said it would be ready in an hour. I went in the pouring down rain to pick it up only to be told again it will be ready in an hour. Waited, waited, finally, someone said they would expedite it. Day 3, another medication was called in, I started calling CVS at 6. I was on hold till 745. Only to be told they close at 8. This morning I am to go pick it up and it's not ready!!!! Unbelievable. I went to check out CASHIER insisted I use self check out. Normally I would but I was paying with cash and it would take a good bit longer feeding bills into the machine. I tried explaining to the cashier but no, she wanted me to use the self check. It wasn't busy in the store or anything. Kind of disappointed. I could understand if it was just due to the pandemic but this happened another time before the pandemic. I left my things on the counter and left. This is consistently one of the worst drug stores in North Dallas. Just left after yet another miserable experience. Long story, short: they wouldn't accept their own store coupon because there was some sort of error in their system. Their store manager thought that showing me the register screen would somehow make me forgo the coupon and pay their extortionate listed price. LOL - I'll just stick with Wal-Mart: same toothpaste, better price, and better employees (and believe me, you have to work hard to have worse workers than Wal-Mart). read more

CVS seems to care less about customer service. This is the 3rd CVS store I've been to in Dallas that falls short of customer service expectations. I went here about a month ago to get a passport photo taken. It was a Friday morning, not too early. There was no one in the photo department, but there were 2 people working the cash registers. I stood and waited for about 5 minutes hoping someone would show up or that the cashiers would at least call someone over. They didn't, so I picked up my own phone and called the store to request that someone come to the photo department. About 5 minutes later, someone showed up. I had my passport photo taken and he told me that it would be a couple of minutes before the photos were ready, so I shopped around the store. I returned to pick up my photo and when I looked at it, the photo was blurry and out of focus. I told the guy who took it that it looked blurry and his response was, "Well we've never had any passport photos rejected". Ok...the photo was blurry, but I took his word for it, after all, they do passport photos all the time. By the way, my hair and makeup were perfect that day. It would have been a great photo if it was in focus. When I went to apply for my passport, guess what happened?! The photo was deemed unacceptable and out of focus and I had to take a new photo at the place where I applied for my passport. I wasn't prepared for that and my hair looked like a wild frizzy lion's mane, I didn't even have on something that I would have wanted to wear in a photo that would be used for the next 10 years. I took the out of focus photos back to CVS and they gave me a refund, which is the only reason why they are getting 2 stars rather than 1. They didn't care that my photos were out of focus, they didn't apologize for the trouble of having the photos rejected, they didn't say they would relay the message to the photo department. The man should have listened to me in the first place and retook the photo, but how hard is it to focus a digital camera anyway? Now it's all CVS's fault that my hair takes up half of my passport photo. If only they had done it right on my good hair day... read more

Rating of 4 for customer services from associates Rating of 2 for actual store and management I come here every day, sometimes twice in one day. It doesn't matter the day... their inventory is always so inconsistent. I asked a manager last Monday why that was and his answer was "oh it's just like that today because Monday is our delivery day". I took notes of the items I normally buy that were out of stock (Red Bull, every option of yogurt they carry, certain beers and bottled waters) I came back in last Tuesday... no change. I came back last Wednesday... no change. And I even came back last Friday... no change. I'll keep coming here because it's convenient but they need better inventory management ASAP. read more

I've been using this CVS to fill my prescriptions since moving to the area about 18 months ago. The one bright point in my review is the people working behind the pharmacy counter because they have always been friendly and polite. That's where the compliments end though. Prescriptions promised hours or a day earlier than when I come to pick them up are sometimes not ready. Service in the pharmacy is slow. Even when there is no one ahead of me in line it has taken more than ten minuted to pick up and pay for a prescription. It is incredible how slow the service here can be. Today this store pulled something on my that had never been done before. When I went in to pick up $44 a month refill of my name brand medicine they tried to switch me to a $98 a month generic. I don't know all the ins-n-outs regarding name brand vs. generic but I thought the one big advantage to generics was supposed to be cost saving. How in the world they though doubling my monthly cost would benefit me I do not know but that's what happened to me at this CVS today. Sept. 2, 2014 Edit/Update: I tried to refill another Rx and if I can say nothing else about this pharmacy they are consistent; they consistently screw up my Rx's. This refill was promised at 10:00am, Sat, 8-30-14. When I went in about 1:00pm, Sat, 8-30-14 it was not ready. I am used to this so I told them I'll stop by again later. Swung by the pharmacy tonight, Tuesday, 9-02-14, and guess what? If you guessed my prescription was still not ready you are correct. Two, almost two and a half days after it was promised and it was still not ready. I'm seeking out a new pharmacy but I'll continue to post updates here if I have to deal further with this location. read more

Worst CVS experience to date. If I could give 0 stars I would. Called the pharmacy 10 times (at least) and waited on hold for over 10 minutes each time. On two instances, a pharmacist answered the phone and immediately hung up. I tried the front store twice and was hung up on both times. I finally reached management (only after being hung up on the first time, of course) and she ensured my call made it to the pharmacy. When I finally spoke with a pharmacist, she was rude and ended the call abruptly when we were finished. 0/10 do not recommend using this pharmacy or the store at all. Just came from CVS for a flu shot. I'll rate a 5 star for the pharmacist but ONLY a ONE star for the store manager who wouldn't approve for a price change! With a coupon the flu shot is $19.99, but when she rung it up it came to $32. After waiting for ONE HOUR I was told to go get some items totaling to $8 to compensate, so I did, ONLY to be told the store manager said no. I will NOT come to this CVS again! read more

The line was four people deep at lunch time and moved SO slow that I was barely able to grab lunch and get back to work before I was late. I like to run into this CVS when I need 1 or 2 items, and do not want the hassle of going to Target. There is plenty of parking, and you can get in and out quickly. They usually have certain items on sale, and with you can get the CVS rewards card for additional savings. They also send emails for 20% off regularly. The downside is that items can be pricier, but for convenience sake, it is worth it. read more

Haha come on.... Seriously? Twice I've come here (months apart) and both times there was no distilled water in stock, which, some may know, is sometimes necessary for medical reasons. When mentioned to a cashier, they were oblivious and stated that if it's not on the shelf it's not in stock. This was the worst experience ever. My doctor faxed over prescription at 1226 from out of town. It was a medication that I needed to start immediately. I called pharmacy at 230 to see when it will be available. Lady states they didnt have a prescription for me. Call my doctor back, then called pharmacy again. It was there after I told them the exact time it was faxed. I was told it would be ready at 7pm. I go pick it up at 730, they couldn't find it, then say they couldn't fill it because I was not in the system. I give all my information and then told to come back in 30 minutes.
