    I place an order online for a sound bar for my TV and for a swiffer wet jet. The sound bar was canceled because they said it was out of stock. I just had to go in and look for myself. After talking to an associate, they went in the back and found the sound bar I had purchased online and was cancelled from my order. I bought it using the firm, but then I had to buy it using my debit card. I went to the customer center to get the swiffer jet refills, but the customer service said I had to go to curbside to get that. She wasn't going to try to find it. I go out to the curbside area and all 15 spots were blocked with crates as you can see in the picture here. No one was answering the curbside pick up phone number. Since I couldn't pick up the item that I've already paid for by curbside and Customer Service wasn't going to do pick up orders, I just canceled the order completely for the swiffer wet jet refills. This is a hot mess! Waste of time doing their job for them. Walmart is Trash! This is why I like going to target. I don't care if it's considered a more "bougie" version of Walmart because at least you get your stuff and don't deal with employees who hate their life.

    Sitting for 45 minutes with a basket of perishables at the customer service desk. I'm sure this is going right back on the shelves.

    Always a problem here from perishable groceries sitting in baskets at the return counter to deliveries always with damaged goods. Today they delivered an open package of bacon to my house and for the return had to bring it in. Omar Gonzales is the manager for orders and grocery that trains them to do this sending rotten food home to poison children so he can keep his bottom line and make $$. Shame on this leadership team and shame on this place. Never again.

    It's WalMart. At this location: 9 times out of 10 everything on my list is in stock. 9 times out of 10 the line is RIDICULOUSLY long. I've never used the "facilities", so can't comment about their cleanliness. My car has never been broken in to while parked in the lot. The new pick-up kiosk looks really cool. I uploaded a video of an employee adding stock. Overall, meh it's WalMart

    This my experience and i hope they tried to be more welcoming and know how to guide because I was at Walmart yesterday I want help because I apply to work there in Online Orderfilling and Delivery in the story I came face to face because the assessment I did they told me I failed I was how when I did answer correctly that why yesterday I was there they told the only day I can redo it on January I'm like why would January 15 when I need that job now I was over I asked a manager that can help or if I can do that face to face cause it annoying then I saw a supervisor how told me to wait (10-15 min) until she does with her meeting I did after that I didn't meet him anymore so I saw a manager and who presents to another major who takes care of deliveries and pick ups and who told me I have to wait and do it again I have to wait until he January 15 so I started now? I was tired I said thank you and I left because nobody there knows how to give information or even guide someone it's nonsense I came at 10 am I returned at 1 pm without information or even an explanation of what I can do here with someone who shows me in addition to that you're not even organized we call Walmart but they never answer or he hangs up or he makes you wait in line for a thousand years it's annoying either organized damn someone can't apply to Walmart, especially with this kind of behavior it's shameful.

    I visit this location on my lunch break, at first it wasn't very crowded, but that has changed. One thing that has not changed is the cleanliness of the store. When I was here last Wednesday, a few produce items that were on my list were out of stock. Bummer! I think this location has a pretty good produce selection that includes several organic choices. I find that Wal-Mart produce seems to be hit or miss, but I like what I find here. Additionally, all Wal-Mart stores have the same basic floor plan that makes for easy store navigation. This store is big, and I find a bigger better selection on most items here including the meat, dairy, and a special gluten free section which is absent from most stores. I do not always shop at Wal-Mart, but when I do I like the way my receipt looks when I leave.

    Deli meat section is never staffed and when they do come out front they always seam put out. And not very educated on what they are doing... really bad experience...

    Horrible if you can avoid here do it and don't go. Lines are outrageously long. Self check outs need to be updated.

    I went in to get an older fur repaired (It was a family member's coat I had borrowed that was…read moremangled by my puppy). I encountered such honest and friendly people in this store. Not only did they help ease my mind and console me , they helped me understand how flawless the coat would appear upon completion of the repairs. I have never owned my own mink (and I'm 52), but since I had to borrow this coat, and since there were such beautiful coats in the store..my husband said "try one on". Yes...he bought me a beautiful fur of my own. But the incredible thing was that the owner helped me try every coat on several times and didn't stop showing me furs that fit my taste and body style, until I found my perfect coat. When I came to pick up my coats for the season my blue fox coat was hanging with the rest of the items on the stand. Mr. Martin did not make any attempt to bring it to my attention but there were pieces of the coat hanging torn off the coat. Not in the seam. Simply strips of the fur hanging of the coat. Mr. Martin waved the payment on the entire order to make up for the severe negligence in the care of my jackets, had me sign receipt and stamped it afterwards. He kept the receipt without giving me a copy. He said he would repair the blue fox and I could come pick it up shortly. He called soon after and tried to blame "somebody else" who repaired the coat. The coat has not been anywhere else for probably ten years and he himself did some repairs on it in the past. It would take quit a force to tear a fur like this. (again not in the seam). My husband called Mr. Martin who gave him the same improbable story of "somebody else has done it and it came apart all by itself" however repeated that the order is indeed free and for me to come pick it up. When I did, to my surprise I was asked to pay for the previously retrieved coats. The owner did not allow me to take my property without paying for part of the order that has been already completed and in my possession. So be careful - it can be you next time!

    This experience confirmed exactly what countless online reviews already warn about: inconsistent…read morequality, poor customer service, and a frustrating return process. I placed a $250 order and received a pair of pink shorts from the limited Special K-Pop Demon Hunters one-time collaboration for my niece's birthday. The item arrived visibly stained, snagged, and pilled. It looked unmistakably like a worn return that had been carelessly repackaged and resold at full price. This was not a minor flaw. It was obvious damage. Because this was a one-time collaboration piece, it is now completely sold out and will likely never be restocked. That makes this situation significantly worse. The only "resolution" offered was for me to return the item for a refund -- meaning Zara's error cost my niece her birthday gift, and I am left scrambling to replace something that cannot be repurchased. I contacted customer service twice -- once via chat and once by phone. Both representatives repeated the same scripted response: return it. The phone representative was dismissive, audibly annoyed, and spoke to me in a condescending tone, as though expecting basic quality control was unreasonable. A global retailer should not be reselling damaged returned merchandise without proper inspection. And if this reflects broader fulfillment practices, that is deeply concerning. A quick search of Zara reviews shows that complaints about inconsistent quality and poor customer service are not new. Unfortunately, I can now confirm this firsthand. I hope this review reaches someone in leadership who is willing to address what appears to be a recurring operational failure. It is unfortunate, because Zara appears to have a strong selection of children's clothing and exciting collaborations with major brands and cultural franchises. He paid cash. The associate verified his phone number. He never received a text receipt. I called the ZARA customer service 6 times! They were absolutely NO help. Each time they said that would follow up. They did send me a receipt with the cardigan, which I kept, but sent me a receipt from another customer with their master card number. How irresponsible! I asked the manager if I could just get a store credit ..her reply was No without a receipt. She told me I could get something for $13, nothing in that store was $13 at that time. I was in there today,Feb 10 to take care of this matter. I work retail and understand how important customer service is. I'll never shop at the Galleria ZARA!
