On several occasions, I was told staff could not locate my medication, and no one seemed willing or able to properly investigate the issue. After spending significant time trying to get help, I finally asked to speak with a supervisor or someone in a higher position. Remarkably, they located my prescription within just a couple of minutes. However, there were still issues they they didn't care to help me solve. This has happened more than once, which makes me question the level of training and communication among the pharmacy staff. Prescription pickups can be stressful enough without having to repeatedly advocate for yourself just to receive medication that is already there. I hope management provides additional training and improves customer service so future patients don't experience the same frustration. The staff appeared poorly trained, lacked knowledge of pharmacy procedures, and were unable to resolve a basic issue without management intervention. I came here after that location suggested I try this location for a "walk in" Covid booster. I went to the Pharmacy counter and was greeted by Hanan and she genuinely wanted to help. She explained that we must be in their system in order to administer the vaccine. She asked if I could make the appointment on my phone. I said I would go back home and do it on my computer because that would be easier for me, plus it was lunchtime and I was hungry. I went home and was able to make the appointment for 3:00 that afternoon on my computer. Hubby and I both came back at 3:00 and the Pharmacy was much busier at this time, but we were still treated with respect and they got everyone taken care of. We had to wait for two other customers that were ahead of us to get their shots and then we received our shot from Tigist Gebteyesus, the Pharmacy Tech. She was very friendly and did a great job giving us our shots. She updated our Covid-19 Vaccination Cards that I brought with us. I went out of my way to ask for their names because both Hanan and Tigist went above and beyond and are true examples of providing excellent customer service.

You answer a few health questions, enter your basic information and what shot you are wanting and the date of the last vaccination. I made the appointment less than 24 hours ago. I could have even selected appts for the same day if I wanted to. I thought - why not get your vaccine on April Fool's Day - I'll remember when I got it! And how busy can it be for a shot on a Friday evening at 6:00pm! And it turns out it was a great time to get it! Arrived about 10 minutes prior to the selected time, I checked in via our text message we received asking to let them know when we were in the store. Stopped in at the pharmacy counter and had a seat in the vaccination waiting area. We were both so happy that Dalina was the pharmacist on duty! She gave us our vaccines last time and she is wonderful! Such a delightful person and expert at giving the shot. Didn't even feel a thing! I had brought along our vaccination record cards and she updated it for this vaccine. I also received an email later with the proof of the vaccine. The entire process was straightforward and so easy. I highly recommend this CVS location and Dalina!!

When I'm needing a script for a sick household member and recovering from surgery and I can't even push buttons to find out if the script is ready - that doesn't work for me, anymore. The last straw was their new system of leaving a voicemail; CVS will no longer let anyone talk to a pharmacist, you must leave a VOICEMAIL. Every time I try, after spending almost 10 minutes on their useless push button system to leave said voicemail, the call will conveniently fail in the middle of trying to leave them a voice message. That's it. I'm done.
