Went there today to get my Flu Shot. Very professional and efficient. They were very busy filling prescriptions as I waited for the paperwork to be finished. Bob at the register was on top of everything and greeted a lot of the customer's by first name. Susan gave me my shot and did not feel s thing took a total of 15 minutes from when I walked in till out the door. Thought that was very good for as busy as they were Thank you. read more

By far the worst CVS I have ever been too. Since covid you cannot go in to pick up your prescription. On multiple occasions they have texted saying the prescription is ready and when we get there they are just filling it. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Shop local people! Much better service. read more

Terrible customer service. We had a new prescription. We were told they were out of it and it would be 5 days until it would be restocked. We waited 5 days to be told the pharmacy is on lockdown. I don't know what that means. But we made multiple trips there. We made multiple phone calls. They never tried to communicate any of this information. We have used the nearby Walgreens for years. We only switched because CVS gives a discount for our insurance. We are going back to Walgreens. We have never had one problem there. read more

Worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. When we asked the pharmacist behind the counter (blonde woman) on how to administer and take the medicine we were picking up, she told us "it's called YouTube." Excuse me, it's called your job to answer questions like that and it is dangerous to give people medicine with no direction and leave them to educate themselves. We were also supposed to receive two doses of an eppy pen, and they wanted to charge us $369 per eppy pen, and then got upset when we asked if there was a cheaper option, then they told us there was a brand that offered two pens in one box for $106.00. But we had to pry to get that info, they would have been fine charging us well over $700 for the two. Then after we decided to to with the cheaper option, we were yelled at "to GO TO THE BACK OF THE LINE" and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Also, when we first got up to the counter we were told to talk to the blonde woman, and when we approached her, instead of her asking what we needed or how we could help, she yelled to her employee, "What does this person need?" And was acting very inconvenienced that we were even sent her way. It was horrible customer service from the start and there was no need to yell at us at all. read more

Arrived at 6:40pm to pick up a prescription. I waited in the drive thru line behind 3 cars. There was another truck behind me that was also waiting. I arrived at the window at 7pm on the dot and they turned me away and refused to get me the prescription order even though I needed it for my sick 4 year old who has an ear infection. I find this level of customer service from a pharmacy to be detestable. I couldn't even have the prescription transferred since the pharmacy closed and my daughter could really benefit from starting the antibiotics today. I will be transferring the prescription tomorrow to another pharmacy and contacting the store manager. read more

Very much unwilling to assist customers, if you call, you are lucky to talk to someone, left on hold for excessive amounts of time (20 minutes plus and then hung upon. Going by the store to get an answer is a waste of time because they just blow you off. If they do not have the prescription, they refuse to call around to see if other CVS's have it available. This is my CVS and the staff is friendly and helpful, especially the pharmacy staff. They have the basic needs for this type of store. They have all your prescription needs and a drive thru. They can send you texts to pick up your meds which is helpful when you do the 90 day supplies. read more

Please stay as far away as you can from this pharmacy. On two occasions I was lied to by the pharmacy manager Leigh concerning one of my prescriptions. She lied so much that she even got confused. She will discriminate and violate your rights if she doesn't like the way you look. I contacted corporate office and they confirmed that the manager had lied to me. Their policies allow the pharmacist to discriminate against a person if they don't like the way you look. My experience was very embarrassing and degrading. The worst part of this entire experience is that CVS corporate could care less about their customers. When a business becomes too big for its customers it's time to boycott them. The worst. Go somewhere else for prescriptions. They have messed up multiple prescriptions for multiple people in my family. They argue with you and/or blame their computer. There are other pharmacies and supermarkets around that can't be as bad. read more

It's the best pharmacy in the area. It's open 24 hours, which is good because the drive thru line gets very backed up at times.

The pharmacy is unorganized. They are out of antibiotics when needed. I had to go back the next day and they said they were never out. I guess the pharmacist that works at night didn't know where it was. I have called in prescriptions and they don't get filled. Even when I talk to a person and not the automated system.
