Current situation is My practitioner recently changed over to Carie Boyd Pharmaceuticals. So, when I needed my BHRT replaced In December I authorized them a 1 x time charge, for 1 x times the BHRT Pellet fee, and that was it nothing else. Thinking that was the end of it until next time, boy was I wrong! (Keep in mind these only get implanted every 6 months or so.) However exactly 1 month later January 23 I get another charge for 3 x times the amount and this is supposed to be for an oral cheek dissolvable estrogen compound tablet that came out of nowhere, only arrives in the mail without warning of any kind with an invoice billing me again 3 times the amount of implantable that I received a month ago. My practitioner contacted this company, and then I also tried to contact this company and oddly the manager of the company would not even get on the phone with me. They sent a message to the accounting department back to her stating that "the accounts receivable lady can tell me they've already spoken to my provider and that was it nothing further they could do, and that my they couldn't accept the package back not because the content's had been opened or disturbed but because the PLASTIC FEDX package had been opened... Everything is really nice looking and it looks like they take pride in the way their store looks. Their employees do an awesome job of getting your prescriptions and are very friendly while doing it. Makes you feel very comfortable and gives you the peace of mind that you are in good hands. I would totally recommend using this pharmacy, if you are in need of medication. I would highly recommend patronizing this CVS store for the rest of your life because of one employee. "Sean" I was already having a bad day dealing with the situation that I was in trying to get a photo printed out. This young man Sean. Took patience, time and showed respect and commitment to the customer. Having a positive experience in his store. Mr. Sean went far beyond service to the customer and giving me the necessary respect and support that I needed just for a simple picture. He had no real idea of the stuff that I had been going through just to get this picture made. Mr. Sean show dedication and caring. They never communicate, and I need to call them, leave a VM to ask them to fill the RX that was sent. I never think to need to contact them. I assume they'll fill it, and if they don't, then they would contact me to say they aren't filling it. And why. It's a sealed (uncontrolled) bottle of fluid. No pills to count. Seems easy enough to just process it, and if it comes down to me arriving and saying: "oh no! My insurance won't cover it? So tragic!" Then I'll just pay the $34. If not, they can just put it back if I seriously refuse to find ways to cover what I clearly must have. They also never did a transfer I requested, then the next day (today) I call to find this out. That's where I just had a new RX sent there instead, because they clearly don't want to be bothered to do a transfer I guess. At least they call me back when I leave a Vm (the latest way to speak to a pharmacist) and that's where I said to please just fill the RX and I'll pay the $34 without insurance. And I was actually very kind and humble, but they hung up while I was asking when it'd be ready. Which prompted me to write this update: They still suck. And they're still the only 24/7 pharmacy nearby... So I still go there.

When I showed them I have workers comp, the first time I was supported (generous choice of words there), the employee told me coldly that my primary care would have to tell the pharmacy. We've found in the past that doctor offices sometimes blame the pharmacy whenever there are delays with refills. That doesn't happen with this pharmacy, because they let us know right away if they haven't heard back from a doctor's office. Their pharmacists and techs are very caring and friendly, and they remember us by name. We are not just another number.
