My wife just had emergency surgery and I came in to get the prescription filled, it was almost time to close the pharmacy but the pharmacist went ahead and and got it filled for me, she told me to wait 30 min and was ready in 10. 1 STAR -- A COMPLETE CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURE This was not simply a bad customer-service experience. It was a complete breakdown from beginning to end, and I sincerely hope CVS corporate sees this. Last night, CVS TEXTED ME to schedule my vaccines. I followed the link, booked the first available appointment for September 7 at 12 PM, and my CVS account showed it as CONFIRMED. I arrived 10 minutes early, only to find the check-in kiosk needed to be rebooted. I am the CUSTOMER--not IT support. I then tried the QR code, but CVS couldn't locate my appointment. I sat waiting for approximately 25 minutes. Employees in the pharmacy could clearly see me, yet NOT ONE PERSON acknowledged me or communicated that the MinuteClinic apparently wasn't operating. I finally approached the pharmacy myself, only to receive a nonchalant, dismissive response with no apology, urgency, or accountability. I then called CVS customer service. The automated AI couldn't even recognize my birthday. After another 15+ minutes, I reached a representative, only to be told he couldn't find my appointment and therefore couldn't even submit my complaint. I also couldn't speak with a manager. So CVS confirmed my appointment, couldn't find my appointment, provided broken check-in technology, failed to communicate with me, and couldn't even document my complaint. DO YOU SEE THE PROBLEM HERE? Technology fails. Staffing issues happen. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of communication, accountability, and respect for my time. I wasted nearly an hour trying to get a CVS-confirmed appointment honored. I AM DONE WITH CVS MINUTECLINIC. I will never return to this location and absolutely DO NOT recommend it. STAY CLEAR. Save yourself the frustration and go to the Kroger across the street. CVS corporate: You can do better. Your customers deserve better. I came here last minute after a football game with the doors soon closing. Nonetheless, Bria behind the register welcomed me in & asked if I need anything specific. Yep, Epson Salt & she directed me to the isle. Now on to the hinderances of trying to redeem my ExtraBucks Rewards - 6x over. Thanks to the Manager LeAnn, who wasn't concerned that the store had closed, assisted me with a patient & friendly demeanor. The glitches was not the user or customer. After our joint effort was a success, my App yielded me a free facial mask. I told LeAnn I'd redeemed it another time, yet she wasn't having it & processed it for me. That transaction was easy breezy. Going beyond the normal aspect of customer service is the highlight of a good visit. read more

I have been on hold for almost an hour 54mins. I have heard them pick up and put me back on hold at least 4 times. No one has picked up the phone to ask me to hold nor to at least acknowledge I am on hold. I think i will be going to a different location if this is how they operate. I am sure my business will not be missed because they never cared that I was there; as they just picked up for the 5th time and immediately put me on hold again. read more

CVS on Fairborn in Douglasville, GA. Last night I went through drive thru to pick up my medication. The young woman at CVS did not return my credit card. I didn't realize it until about 10 minutes later and we had already left the CVS. I started getting alerts that my credit card was being used! I froze my card and then I returned to CVS and they were not very helpful and said there was nothing they could do. Just be sure to take your card with your prescriptions when you go through the CVS line. I am not sure but this was most likely done by the person behind me or the techs in the pharmacy. read more

I have to use CVS because of my insurance. This has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever been in. The pharmacists are rude and the techs are clueless. I've been both inside and through the drive up window to get medications and waited in both situations over 30 minutes because no one could find my medications. I've also been on hold, trying to find out if my medications had finally come in, for over an hour! read more

The pharmacy here is terrible and shouldn't even get a 1 star rating. Customer service is subpar and prescriptions are never filled in a timely manner. I was the only person in line waiting to pick up my prescription and it took almost 20 minutes of me just standing there to even be acknowledged by any of the 4 staff members behind the desk. I changed pharmacies because of the lack of professionalism and the poor regard for customers. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. read more

I don't even really know where to start with the pharmacy at this CVS. I am forced by my insurance to use CVS, and this is by far the closest one to me (though it's still 15 minutes from my house), but given the choice I would go just about anywhere else. I would say that 80% of my prescriptions have some sort of problem that is CVS's fault, and that usually means that I have to come back, sometimes more than once. Since between driving and waiting in line, it is usually almost an hour for each trip, this is extremely frustrating. The staff, particularly the ones who handle the drive-through, are short-tempered and rude. I use the drive-through because I am immune compromised, so I don't want to be inside with all the sick people, but half the time, the person at the drive-through window will open up the window and be a foot and a half from my face with no mask on, so what's the point? (There is no need to open the window since it has the typical drawer to transfer items and money back and forth.) Never mind they take a half-hour break every day and just completely shut down... can't they have rolling lunches so that we don't end up waiting an additional half hour to get our meds? Find another pharmacy. Seriously. read more

Very disappointed after 2months of waiting still no picture and finally got notice the store is no longer doing photos. After I prepaid for a suprise order to my seven siblings. Only six were able to get the family photo while one was not. And to add insult to situation when I called customer service they offered to cancel order and give me discount on 4x6 prints only when I ordered at 16x20 canvas photo. WOW disappointed is a understatement. And to hear I would have to repurchase at the current price I'm unable to get the price I paid for the item. ​ read more

I transferred my prescriptions from the CVS on E-W Connector to this one since it's right at my job. I called around 10 am and requested they fill all my prescriptions and I would pick up at 5:00. I arrived at 5:01 and they said they weren't filled yet and would be at least another 30 minutes. NOPE! This along with the other bad reviews means I will be transferring to Publix. read more

They are the worse most unprofessional pharmacy anywhere. No matter who you talk with. This is going all the way up the corporate ladder. My most recent incident happened when my doctor faxed over 2 prescriptions on April 23rd. I was told that the pharmacy only received one prescription. Well, when I visited my doctor this week. They had a copy of the file and both prescriptions were on the same page. I do not know how they missed the 2nd prescription. After arguing with them for weeks about the other prescription, the pharmacy realized that I still had a refill on file for the drug I was out of. I saw my doctor this past Monday. The pharmacy could not fill one of my medications. I was told it would be ready Tuesday. Tuesday came around and I was told that it would be ready today. they still don't have it and are very clueless for a company that dispenses medications read more

This pharmacy is a group of bullies. I called for a refill on my medication on November 24th. They stated it would be ready on November 25th. When my husband went to pick up the Prescription, he was advised by the tech that the medication was not in and to come back tomorrow, which would have been November 26th. On November the 26th, I called to make sure I would be able to pick up the prescription. I stated to the tech if the medication will not be in than send my prescription to another CVS that may have this medication. However she stated to me " The medication will be in a 3:30". I called the store back at 4pm and the tech stated " Your order is being processed". My husband went to pick up the medication and had waited two hours and then the tech told him to come back tomorrow the medication is not in, which meant I now would have to pick up the medication on November 27th. I called the pharmacy and asked the tech, why did she state that the medication was in and being processed and now I have to come back another day. She stated to me " You just have to wait, You are not the only person in Georgia who needs their medication, you get it when I put it together". Than hung up on me. I called the store manager, she stated she could give me corporate number in which she did. Next I get a call from the tech telling me to come pick up my medication. Once there, they proceeded to laugh and act like high school kids. Joking stating " Look who's here for her medication. She needs more than this... ect.. The pharmacist was laughing with the techs. She had no control over the crew so she laughed with them as the proceeded to taunt me. Not one staff member had any Morals or Ethics. The tech at the register was very loud and she went though my entire medication list asking me one by one if I needed any of those medications while the people behind me began to laugh as well. Being I'm a nurse, I was very much aware she broke the HIPAA law created in 1996. I let them have there fun. I walked away in shame. God Bless them. I hope know one has to go though this. I went back to my patients in the ER and made sure I gave them the best care ever. They are bound to mess up someone medications one day. read more
