We currently do not have prescription insurance, went to fill adhd med for my kid with dyslexia and adhd, pharmacist REFUSED to accept GoodRx discount card due to what they said this location only policy to not accept coupons on controlled substances. I'm sorry but my kid need this medicine and I can only refill when he runs out. So I paid $50 more for this one versus last month. (We all know how long it takes to move a prescription with a dr office) I will NEVER shop at cvs ever again and neither should you! read more

Good selection at this store. This particular location is hard to turn into sometimes with the flow of traffic. I attempted to use my extra care bucks on a purchase, and it would not work. The cashier was confused about why it would not work but offered no solution. The only reason I came in was to try and use extra care bucks before they expired. I will stop in here again if on my way, but I won't go out of my way. read more

I come to this location mostly to pick up prescriptions and then occasionally gift cards and birthday cards. The pharm techs could be a lot more attentive, not sure why they move so slow like a sloth. The cashier in the regular store is usually pretty good and helpful. They keep the store well stocked in the morning. Parking can be difficult depending on if you're trying to turn left or right. I'm not sure why Main St has so many cars going through it. read more

I would give negative stats for this pharmacy! If I could!!! The female pharmacist has a mall cop power trip attitude that is astonishing to me. Repeatedly she has decided that certain prescriptions prescribed by my doctor for years are now her responsibility to decide when and if I should have them. This is after my doctor has also repeatedly given his authorization for the medication to be filled as prescribed. She has continued to be difficult and now has become rude and dismissive like I'm the one doing something wrong. I have never in my life seen someone so high on their own minuscule power like this woman is!!! She is a complete disgrace to the profession and I hope one day this company wakes up sees this person for the unprofessional dictator of prescribe medicine she is and takes appropriate actions. I will never go back into that store for anything and will happily discourage anyone I know to never use that pharmacy!!! read more

Just would like to write a shout out to Kristen Kubicz. Talking about taking ownership of really helping a patient who is in pain. We have been to a different pharmacy. She went above and beyond calling the ER doctor at Good Samaritan to clarify and placed the order ....if not , she said she will write the script. if we cant contact them. know what also ?She looked to a different location where the prescription is available and send us there and we went home with that prescription. PEOPLE OF COLOR STAY AWAY!!!! CVS YOU ALLOW THIS? PUT TO THE BACK OF THE LINE REFUSED SERVICING ME PUBLIC YELLING AT ME CALLING ME A LIAR RACIAL PROFILING FROM THE WOMAN IN CHARGE PHARMACIST AMANDA KOJDA So I'm in the drive thru, there's about four cars in front of me. After about 20 minutes, I finally reach 1 of the 2 terminals but it's still not my turn because there's only one employee and that car drives away, I wait patiently for the pharmacist to come on the intercom but instead takes the next car that pulls up. I hit the call button and all I hear being shouted from the window is "I'm not gonna' service you! You cut the line! I saw you on camera!" My initial reaction was disbelief because I've just been in my car listening to Bob Marley. Still puzzled I wait there still while she tends to the other driver. That car then pulls away and another comes in and then services them. Embarrassed, insulted, and still blown away, I pull out and enter the pharmacy. Honestly I'm just looking for an apology, but nope the pharmacist still insists I cut the line and she has footage. I asked her twice to pull it up, and yet she refused. She then says she asked the first car that was being service parallel to me if I had cut her and that's how she knew I cut the line. SO WHICH IS IT? THE CAMERA OR THE OTHER DRIVER? SHE then starts to RAISE her voice and begins to almost yell I'M THE ONE ASKING "Why are you raising your voice? Nobody is yelling at you?" I DRIVE FOR A LIVING (7 YEARS EXPERIENCE) I'm pretty sure I follow traffic laws and value the importance of maintaining a line (especially in traffic) WHY WOULD I CUT IN LINE? The only reasoning behind me cutting the line that you displayed was because I was in a rush. IF I WAS IN A RUSH WHY WOULD COME IN HERE AND ASK FOR AN APOLOGY. I don't normally assume the worst out of people but I would like it to be known that every other single person being tended to in the store and out (drive thru) was white. Then there's me; a dark skinned individual. I'M CERTAIN THIS WAS AN ACT OF RACISM & RACIAL PROFILING I reached out to CVS feedback and all I got was an automated response not even a phone call. Picked up my medications today and also had a few questions that Matt in the pharmacy did a great job trying to answer - review would have been 5 stars if all I did was work with him - however his work pals in the back of the pharmacy kept trying to talk to him about his lunch order - shouting out places etc., while he was trying to explain something to me. He was great but the rest of the crew needs some big time customer service training - saw the manager on my way out and gave her a compliment about Matt - guessing he might not hear about it so giving him a shout out here - she did not want to hear my story about the ladies and the loud lunch order - manager appears to be as clueless about customer service as her staff . Thank you Matt for all your help today - get out of that store and find a job that treats customers the way you do. read more

I came into CVS today to pick up two prescriptions. I won't use your name here, but you know who you are. I walked up to the counter at 1:32 pm with three people being helped in front of me. I was in line behind them and was asked "are you picking up"? I was helped at first just fine until after I paid and politely told the pharmacist "have a nice day" Verbatim she had said "Oh just so you know we close at 1:30 and you're now cutting into our lunch break". ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW??? How dare you treat the public with such disrespect. So sorry YOU decided to help me at 1:32 two minutes into your break. I have been working in retail specifically store management for over twenty years and never would I ever say that to a paying customer. Shame on you! I went and spoke to the shift manager and explained this to her. Without hesitation, she knew who I was talking about. Next time you really should either keep your mouth closed or more importantly find a nicer way to tell your customers to come back after YOUR lunch break or before. If I choose to do business with you in the future do not be surprised when I keep my mouth shut and politely wait for a different pharmacist to assist me. Not even on my worst day ever would I treat a customer with such disrespect. There have been several times I haven't been able to take a lunch due to business. I am mortified at your lack of respect towards the public and I cannot wait for the phone call from your store manager. Next time think before you speak. read more

Long story short this is where I go when Walgreens has failed me. Not because CVS is inferior in any way but because its more out of the way for me. Overall this place is great and has great sales. Very bad for business. I arrived at 7:58 for a quick stop to grab something at 8. At 8:06 there were four customers standing outside waiting for the store to open. I called twice thinking maybe they'd just lost track of time. At 8:08 we all got in our cars and left. At 8:08 I also saw someone casually walk up and unlock the door. The pharmacy is a joke, there was a miscommunication with my insurance company regarding my prescriptions and even after the insurance called them directly to reinstate my meds they denied it. When I initially went in to pick up the prescription that they confirmed via text to me the response was basically "oh well, nothing I can do about it" Oh well, plenty of other drug stores in the area...in fact there are almost too many. Apparently, someone at this store needs a lesson in supply and demand economics and certainly customer service 101. read more

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever gone to. The pharmacists are so nice to talk to. It is easy to go about the aisles. There is very little waiting. I just hope that it stays this way. read more

This a new CVS so the place is really clean. Everyone is friendly and they carry a good amount of items in stock.

This must be bad customer service day because every store I've walked into has surly workers. Got to the checkout at this CVS, put my things down at a register that DID NOT have a closed sign. Clerk finally walked up, and made me pick up all my purchases and move to the register that was marked "closed". she did not greet me, just through my things in the bag, nearly threw my change and me, and motioned the next customer. My wife has worked in retail for a number of years and is one of the most empathetic people you'll meet when it comes to retail staff. She'd gone to CVS to purchase some items and tried to use her VISA benefits card. It wouldn't go through. She called the benefits company who told her to ask the store to manually put the numbers in. (We have $2000+ on the card). "We don't do that" is what the clerk told my wife. My wife asked to speak to a supervisor. The clerk pointed to where the supervisor was. As my wife started to walk over to the supervisor, she called out, "excuse me" at which point the clerk stopped my wife and told her not to yell and to go over and "speak to her like a women." The supervisor was absolutely no help and also told my wife "we don't do that." "Rude" is an understatement. Will me moving our scripts to OSCO at Saratoga and Ogden. It's a little out of the way but worth it. Should have never switched in the first place. read more

I usually don't write posts. I have never seen someone as rude as this store manage "Minerva". I went in there to pickup milk and half&half. I had $1 Extrabucks that I figured I can use. I also had a 25% coupon to use. The lady at the register told me that I can't use my percentage coupon on milk. So I returned the milk and told her that I will get the half & half instead and would like to use my Extrabuck on it. She went to ask her manager "Minerva" about it, who was very loud and obnoxious yelling "I've told you before that you can't use extabuck on half & half". I said, you never told me that because I've used it before at your store and at other stores and it was accepted. I told her, the exclusions is for milk only. A milk gallon states milk on it, half & half doesn't state milk on it. If it was milk then why use half & half, or why can't we use half & half the same way we use milk? because it is NOT THE SAME. The other cashier went on to show me, "here it states milk in the ingredients". I answered, cheese has milk in it, a lot of food items have milk in them. The exclusion specifically states milk, NOT MILK PRODUCTS. If so, then all food items should be excluded not just milk. I asked her to call up her customer service number and verify. It was after hours though and couldn't get a hold of anyone. The way she spoke to me is very rude, she is obviously in the wrong business if she doesn't know how to talk to customers or even follow her own coupon policy. I wish there was a zero rating, because that store and that manager doesn't deserve any more points than that. read more
