Wow! I went to help a friend w their rx & there was no one waiting when I got to the counter. The pharmacist "Ann" was soooooo rude!!! I can't believe it. She sat there on her computer ignoring me for over 15 mins before she would help me. Another lady dressed in blue behind the counter .... I found the staff there to be friendly and helpful. I've also interface with the pharmacy. When I went there my order was not ready because there was a mixup as my doctor called it into a different CVS but they quickly rectify the situation and filled my order within a few minutes. I wouldn't say that the pharmacist was "bubbly" But she got the job done and that's really all I needed. read more

As a chain CVS pharmacies are usually ok, but the staff in this one is rude and condescending. They seem to think that people are not educated enough, when in my case I have a Masters and worked in health care for many years. They need supervision! Personally I won't be going back. read more

As far as pharmacies go I've always liked CVS. Today I went to pick up a new prescription and found that CVS proactively contacted the manufacturer for me for a co-pay card. I went to pick up photos today from this CVS, and the Photos associate talked down to me and said "you know this is the photos line not the checkout line?" to which is responded "yes im picking up some photos i ordered thanks" and then he takes a customer waiting in the checkout line before taking me... This typically wouldn't be an issue but the old man was very condescending and i had to wait in a line when the customers could have used self checkout instead. read more

THE CORRECT STORE ADDRESS IS: 1816 DUNLAWTON, PORT ORANGE. THE YELP COMPUTER WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO USE THAT ADDRESS. During recent months, CVS seems to have undergone some big changes in top management. Now, they want to be involved with giving me injections for the flu and other stuff without my doctors knowledge or consent. In the last 3 months, I have taken a recurring prescription to them and they have been unable to fill it. Worse: they didn't know when they could fill it. Waiting in line has become unbearable. Most recently, my doctor gave me a prescription and CVS refused to fill it because their computer said it was 'TOO SOON' since it was last filled. After an investigation of their Rhode Island headquarters, an anonymous source advised a compatriot that CVS now has a computer program determine what products and what quantity of each item is needed at local stores -- overriding the local pharmacist. In addition, corporate computers now decide the staff schedules which explains the long waits in line. They are interfering with my doctor's directives. The override my doctor. They want to intercede in my relationship with my doctor without his knowledge. The waits in line are horrible and on top of all that -- they cannot fill my prescriptions in a timely fashion. They want to remind me to take my medicine. Tell me when to refill a prescription and then have the nerve to tell smokers what they can (and cannot) do. I already have someone telling me how to run my life: that's my wife. I won't stand for this anymore and am taking my business elsewhere. read more

In all fairness, the questionable reviews by Kay M of Cocoa Beach and Mandi B. of Orlando should not even be on this page. I very much doubt either of them travel more than one hour to go to a CVS in Edgewater. I find this CVS to be just fine. Never had any issues with the pharmacy or general staff. read more

Absolutely the worst pharmacy location I've ever used. Lived here for just over a year and have monthly RX vitamins and the occasional antibiotic and I have never once been here and had my order ready to be picked up regardless of the text and email I receive telling me it is in fact ready. They somehow never have my insurance on file which has never changed, so on top of my order not being ready they also need an additional 10-15 minutes to run my insurance. Every. Single. Time. Just has to be one of the most incompetent pharmacies I've ever used. On to Walgreens! read more

This place sucks the pharmacy techs have no idea what the hell they are doing they had my scripts for 3 weeks and never did fill them one excuse after another why they could not fill them so. I was in terrible pain and they could care less i would go in there asking about the progress and they would yell at me but only out of ignorance for they know not what they do.Don't waist your time here go elsewhere read more
