Raechel was incredibly kind and warm, telling my girlfriend and myself all about the different kinds of soaps she creates. Since we didn't have any plans for the day and were playing things by ear, we took up Raechel's offer to make some of our own soaps! What a fun way to spend a couple of hours, I recommend trying it out! I love Lush, but I like Raechel's concept better because not only is it less overwhelming (sometimes Lush gives me a headache if I'm there too long!) but it is also locally made and you can feel good about supporting a small business owner. I know this shop will quickly become a staple when I visit New Smyrna and I highly recommend you check it out! The receptionist was impatient with me while making the appt. After making this appointment, unfortunately due to an unforseen problem healtwise, I had to cancel. The young lady on the phone was (I believe) a bit put out and was very curt with me and when I asked for another appointment she continued to be curt. I did get another appt. but I've never had a receptionist at any of my doctors offices talk to me the way she did on the phone or in person.

My lower jaw is unusually larger than the average person that Dr Will had to custom-make the impression plate so that he can make proper impression of lower jaw. This was done last January. This is my 3rd denture set, and it is the most perfect and comfortable. I'm from California; however, I will return to this place if the needs ever arises. The first two sets I had before coming here for the first time were horrible and uncomfortable requiring quite few visits for adjustment. In 7 months, only visited once for tiny adjustment.

Everyone was wearing masks. They have you call from the parking lot to make sure the waiting room isn't too crowded and I was taken right back.
