On my most recent visit, I checked in around 2:40 PM and was informed that they wouldn't be able to accommodate me that day. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, though, and they referred me to another nearby location. Unfortunately, when I arrived there, the line was even longer, and they were unable to fit me in as well. Despite that experience, I still prefer getting my labs done at this Walgreens because the process is usually quick and efficient. Check-in is simple, and when timing works out, I'm generally in and out without any hassle. A few helpful tips for first-time visitors..... -Bring your photo ID and insurance card. -If you have a lab requisition from your physician, bring it with you. -If your provider submitted the order electronically, they can typically pull it up in their system. I've never had any issues receiving my lab results, and the staff have always been professional and courteous. My only suggestion would be to consider accommodating patients who have already checked in before the cutoff time, especially those who arrive before the 15-minute mark leading up to closing. It can be disappointing to complete the check-in process only to learn there isn't enough time to be seen. Overall, this is still one of my preferred locations for lab work because of the friendly staff and efficient service. If you're in the area and need labs done, just plan to arrive early and you should have a smooth experience. As always, you can thank me later!

After weeks without my lost DL I was happy to show my new temporary paper license to the consistently, unpleasant, short little cashier. He could not accept it and could not risk selling to me even though I'm clearly over 50. Tonight, feeling victorious for making it right before 2:00 AM, the same rude cashier, I've never spoke five words to, went inside the store, chained the door, said "We're closed" and disappeared to the back. I was dumbfounded. Me and the carload that pulled up after me, went down the street and bought slurpees. How does the owner manage to move enough product to even pay such a miserable employee? He's been turning down sales for at least a year now. Chivalry and store profits may be dead, but customer service is not. Maybe something to consider.
