My local pharmacy for prescriptions, otc needs and quick snacks. It's conveniently located for me. The store is clean and organized. Not much to say in regards to customer service. At the pharmacy, they assist you but are not particularly friendly. At the store checkout, there is rarely an employee present. People mostly use the self check out. I switched my second COVID vaccination to this location because it was closer to work and I didn't want to make the 45 minute drive out to get one at the last location. This location is honestly the BEST one to go to. I went at 3pm on a Thursday and there was no line at all. There was one person in the 15 min waiting area but no one else. I arrived 30 min early and they let me get my shot with no hassle. It was quick and easy. I ended up getting a few things for work/myself afterwards. Layout was average and everything was in stock. It's your average CVS. They have self help kiosks which is always a bonus. Overall, really liked this location only because the COVID vaccination was a BREEZE. read more

On Wednesday afternoon I made my appointment for the CVS test. I was able to schedule for Friday afternoon. So I stopped at the drive through today at my appointed time for a corona virus test. My appointment was for 12:30 and I got in the drive through line at 12:20 and the two people in front of me were getting tested. I got to the window at about 12:45. The staff member walked me through the entire process in a couple of minutes. Very quick and simple. Am I happy I got tested? Yes. Was this a better process than going to my doctor o another clinic. Yesterday I went in to purchase Oral B brush head replacement All the brush heads are compatible with all models yet the attendant lead me to believe otherwise and it was unsettling/not pleasant They have upgraded the appearance with new carpeting - (bad color choice) the overall appearance of the store is clean, tidy and spacious Appearances don't help when the sales associate isn't helpful They also lock up the brush head replacements individually so one is feeling pressured to make a decision in which one to buy I really do not like going into CVS but it is necessary I wish there was some way they could improve the customer experience to make it a more amiable one I wasn't planning to write this review but the automated attendant on the phone gave me no option to speak to a manager No surprise more sales will move online when there's no customer service presence with a helpful person This contactless world isn't good for the health of society as a whole read more

Clean and friendly CVS! I love the deals on my vitamins (buy one get one free is alway running). I also get my probiotic here, CVS brand, which I believe is the "knockoff" version of Culturelle. Such a good deal and works just like the brand name. Great pharmacy and drugstore. read more

I am so impressed by the employees who work here, especially the pharmacists who work tirelessly in order to ensure the wellbeing of their customers. Erica and Gary lead a knowledgeable, compassionate, hardworking team. Team members such as Erica, Alena, Brianna, Molly, Todd, etc. have gone above and beyond for me in the past to make sure my prescriptions were filled accurately in a timely manner. Each team member is personable and cares deeply about the overall guest experience. As someone who frequently visits CVS (at least weekly and sometimes it feels like daily...) I'm shocked to read other reviews that don't speak as favorably -- I disagree strongly with these opinions and couldn't endorse these employees more strongly. I walked in to get my prescription filled and the pharmacist accused me of having a fraudulent script so I told her to call the doctor. My doctor sent in an electronic script to her she had me wait 15-20 Min. Everything was legitimate, I guess my doctor doesn't have the best hand writing. She than told me that she cannot fill my prescription after it being verified and all. I'm very sick and have a serious throat condition not mention the fact I had throat cancer as well so it's makes it worst. I do not recommend anyone to come here, worst experience in my life. The young lady pharmacist needs to go back to school and learn more she shouldn't not be working in a CVS. read more

I hate to give a bad review to a CVS which is perfectly fine...for a CVS. They have almost all the stuff you could ask for, helpful (under)staffing, a responsive (under)staffed pharmacy, etc. etc. I just think it's time someone called out CVS for the absolute worst loyalty/rewards program on the entire planet (with the possible exception of Staples, but that's a different review).It's not really a rewards or loyalty program, it's a corporate incentive program. Some senior executives probably sat around and said, "Gee, if we could get our regular customers to come back to CVS one extra visit a week, we'd be all set." When you buy anything...especially if you enter your rewards #, the register spits out a tree-destroying receipt filled with coupons of marginal savings that have to be used in the next three to seven days. No thought to the customer or to the environment, as in, "To save paper, we sent special savings and your receipt directly to your rewards card" or something green. No "good for a month" savings which would also help the environment by reducing your car trips. Just a two-foot-long (or longer) list of, well, stuff. Just what we used to call a couple of "loss leaders" or "bait 'n' switch" tactics. read more
