This place was always the worst local Walmart but these new renovations they're doing are making a…read morebad location even worse. They turned half the parking lot into Pickup area only parking and EV charging stations which are hardly ever filled. They've closed the garden entrance pushing even more crowds to the already crowded front end. Dirty dusty shelves have been pushed around everywhere with items halfway down the aisles where they should be, usually damaged. It's downright dangerous some of the things that are laying around that they have clearance tags on, broken glass light bulbs and mirrors shattered near what used to be the Auto center. Everyone knows Walmart attracts some real interesting characters but I've never felt unsafe shopping here until recently. This place has turned into some sort of hunting ground for sketchy unsavory types coming from the airport. Groups 6-10 people deep that never shop or browse (or even pretend to) will loiter around blocking aisles and pretend not to understand you if you say excuse me. They circle around the same aisle when someone is alone in one and start following and openly gesture at strangers' purses and to each other. Between them and the families also 6-10 people deep that scream and holler at each other while their kids run rampant around the store, it's not surprising the People of Walmart site exists. If Walmart is trying to get rid of brick and mortar locations for Pickup only, this is the location they should close first.

See a bad review from an older lady from Destin Florida which is a long ways away from Erlanger. I actually lived in Ft Walton for 12 years and Destin is only a few miles from there. It goes both ways and treat ones with respect and they will normally treat you back with respect. Can't stand ones that think they have plenty of money and everyone should cater to them and they wind up ruining a career of a very hard worker by posting a bad review. My doctor has sent in prescriptions on 3 different occasions and none of them were filled. Two of the times they were sent in they never received them. She sent me proof that she sent them. The other time they didn't have the medication so they never filled it. I never got a call. I've had to call and speak to an employee 5 TIMES! They never know what's going on. The pharmacists yelled at the employees in front of my husband. Obviously there is a problem with them doing their jobs, but they just blame everyone else. Today was they last straw when they never received my prescription and took absolutely no blame and told me it was "fine" that I won't be using them anymore. I switched to Walgreens on 42, and haven't had any issues!

So they sent me to another Kroger's across town where my script was partially filled. When I called in about the rest of my script I was told I didnt NEED it. Due to my condition I have been instructed to eat 5 to 6 times per day (NOT 3) and I have to take this med each time I eat. So I was given about an 18 day supply. Meaning I'll be out this week and they refuse to give me the other half of my prescription. In effect due to their refusal I'll end up back in the hospital in a serious life threatening condition. Good job Kroger's!!! In reality, I now have to take even yet MORE time off work to contact my physician, have him contact Kroger's so they can allow me to follow my physicia's orders about how to take this med. sadly this is far from the first time a Kroger pharmacist has considered himself a better expert on my health than my physician. i will moving my prescriptions and my entire families, included my father in law (lots of medications) to CVS on 42. I'm quite sure they would love the additional thousands per month my family spends on medications. Kroger's pharmacists are not supposed to overriding my physician's orders. NO PHARMACIST a SHOULD BE!

However, I didn't see any staff cleaning the cart handles at the store and some of the staff working did not have masks on. The poor cashiers still don't have plastic screens up. I did observe the manager jump in when lines appeared to get extra people waiting and open a register to relieve lines. The shelves were stocked and they had toilet paper. Well done. I feel that management at the store and the staff are doing all they can with what they have.
