My husband just got a prescription filled here and two of the ladies in the pharmacy were so unprofessional and spent time joking and gossiping amongst themselves while he was waiting for the prescription. I believe if you are a pharmacist or a pharmacist tech, you need to be sensitive that some people will be coming with an illness or not feeling well. Making jokes and being unprofessional in front of a sick customer is not a good way to display good corporate culture. read more

This particular CVS is in dire need of a total makeover! The carpet is filthy, full of large stains everywhere , shelves are all rusted, ceiling covered with stains from leaks. Totally incompetent staff. Very rude and the man who claims to be the manager would rather talk on his cell phone than assist customers. The woman cashier at the pharmacy was totally incompetent and did exactly what I asked her not to do and then said couldn't fix it. I will never return to this store. read more

Terrible customer service and aggressive management on duty. A store supervisor on duty at 1:30 pm this Sunday Sept 8, 2024. She was extremely aggressive on me an old lady in my sixty's begging for using a restroom. She invaded my private space walking towards me and never stopped chasing me in presence of their security guy who did nothing to protect me from this young lady over 200 pounds. She started yelling at me saying "...this is my store..." She first of all, denied to open the restroom as per my polite request and later even when the young man cashier was trying to help me, she continued refusing saying there was not key. The Farmacy lady staff was also lying to me saying that some body else was inside but it wasn't true. Both ladies hold me for long time assuring there were no key but also refusing open door with using their key code. When I told her she should allows customers to use the restroom, she immediately replied "...this is my store, you are not even a customer yet because you haven't purchased anything ..." After I Iet her know I will contacting CVS store owner, she blowup. Her terrible attitude was like someone in a ghetto. She even escalated walking towards chasing me aggressively with her 200 pounds. She even said she will called police on me. Please check your cameras to see the whole video. I never expected a CVS employee escalating with customers this way. I even asked the security man who was in front of us to please try to calm down her but he refuses saying "... I am the security of the whole shopping not for CVS..." I left this CVS store with a bad feeling of being in a very bad neighborhood and advised you to please avoid this location. read more

This is the worst cvs in Florida. They are unorganized. They text when your prescriptions are ready and when you get there you have to wait 1 hr. They always have the wrong insurance. Save time drive to another pharmacy! read more

This store has improved immensely as of recently. I wasn't sure why until I was informed by a friend that they have a new store manager. It's cleaner and more organized which makes it easier to find what I'm looking for and more inclined to shop here even though CVS can be pretty pricey. read more

I used my ExtraCare discount coupons for several items purchased. One discount coupon was for 20% Off the entire purchase. After reviewing my receipt I did the math and realized only 10% was taken off - NOT 20%!!! I returned to the store and spoke to the cashier and did the numbers right in front of him - proving that only 10% was taken off. He was good in refunding me the difference BUT mentioned that he could not change the register system. That is where I have a problem!!! How many people are getting ripped of by only receiving 10% discounts instead of the FULL 20%!!!! CVS IS CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! Very unhappy that this fraud is happening at the store or corporate level and I noticed this discrepancy but how many DO NOT notice it and how much is NOT being refunded to the customers!!!! read more

I live on Galt Ocean Mile where this particular CVS is located. There are 2000 condos on our lovely street. I used to run into individuals I know from the our street almost every time I shopped this CVS. This is no longer the case. I receive great promotions since CVS says I am in the highest purchase segment in the county. Since I just left shopping here, I find beautiful Target prices are always lower that CVS---even when I used coupons there. I am sad to say that I (like so many of my neighbors) will no longer be shopping here anymore after over a decade of frequently this store on average three times a week. If you know the demographics in this area, we all realize the CVS does not serve our community anymore. As an example, a few of my friends and I were shocked to find that cosmetics for women with blonde and red hair, have little or no options anymore. No options, no purchases for us now. Not sure if you know what a Planogram is. It is shelf space for individual brands and/or like product. Incredible, instead of great cosmetic options, a new Planogram next to Revlon has now almost as much space as a Planogram of 140 individual pegs of giant, very unnatural bushy, long (clownish looking FAKE EYELASHES. What's most frightening is that each peg has a lock on it. Thus the few salespersons working here spend time is opening these under $10 items for shoppers. Also, this location is no longer allowing customers to check out at the front with sales. Instead, there are now long lines (full of many individuals) waiting to have to make their payments on a self serve machine. This is very difficult for older individuals. Oh, the coupons, which you can't easily get them anymore as the dispensing machine is out 95% of the time. Otherwise the staff are busy opening boxes and stocking the tiles. We feel very uncomfortable here with little to no help and basic daily use products they available. read more

I really love this CVS, the people who work here are very patient and thoughtful. Even when it gets busy, they take the time to help you understand the CVS app, how do use your coupons, and answer any questions around the store. Pharmacy here sucks. Service is terrible. Below professional they do the bare minimum for the patients and provide wrong information.
