Would love to have left "0" stars if I could. Why does a pharmacy tech feel the need to be judgmental to customers about their prescriptions? AND is there a required class that they all take to just be rude in general? I have watched the techs question customers about why they are on a medication in the most rude and judgmental way several times. Guess what....its none of your damn business!!! Then today, I get the "eye roll" because I had the audacity to show up at 8:55. (I get off work at 8:30 pm). These techs are disrespectful and judgmental. The new AI assistant when you call will NOT allow you to speak to a pharmacist. Period ! It's says it'll connect you, but then forces a voice message and says they'll call back in as little as an hour. I was 30 minutes away headed there to pick up a prescription that the text said wouldn't be ready for a few hours. We were on our way home from surgery and did not want to go home and then leave again after 2 or 3 hours to pick it up. I know they will treat you as "waiting " read more

I have an issue with Opioid use disorder. My medication that stops withdrawal got stolen from me. When i went in to get a refill because it was stolen they said they couldn't. I showed a police report and Dr Francis looked at me like he didn't believe me and it was my fault it got stolen. This medicine has been a lifeline to me and it's hard to live without. No matter what he would not approve a refill. I told him the situation and he said come back in a few days. This outraged me. It felt rude and he basically said "it's not my problem" I never make bad reviews but i am so frustrated with this I need something to be done about this. I will live in hell for the next few days because of stubbornness. My medical provider Even gave the Okay to fill. BASED ON THE REAL POLICE REPORT. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It took me 3x before I could get my prescription. What it boiled down to was that they incorrectly entered my insurance information so my coverage declined. I knew it was active and must've been an error on their end, so I kindly requested them to re-run it. Instead of rerunning it, the rep refused and said for me to call my insurance so he could help the customer behind me since they closed in 10min. The second time, they refused to run my insurance until the second shift after lunch even though I got there 5 minutes before the lunch break. I do not want to stop anyone from getting their lunch, but they had just helped the person right in front of me and I am accustomed to being served if I you're in line. And from a customer service perspective, you would think that they would support people getting their medication. I waited to after lunch in the parking lot until they reopened after lunch. Francis confirmed that my insurance was correct all along, that it wasn't entered correctly. So it was frustrating to know I could've gotten my prescription the first trip if I wasn't shewed off to help another customer. Although Francis was very kind and apologetic, I had already wasted 2 trips and had a delay in my medication for rectification. Also the first time, instead of asking me for my insurance card, the rep asked me if I was insured...there is a difference in how those questions are received. read more

Very disappointed! Saturday my son went to urgent care had strep. He was standing in line and waiting in pharmacy. By the time the line moved and he made it to the front, he was told he would need to go somewhere else or wait until tomorrow as they were now closing. He came home and went straight to bed. I took my daughter-n-law to Walgreens and got it filled so he wouldn't have to wait 15 or more hour later to start on his prescriptions for the strep. read more

Very unprofessional evening staff today 10/10/2024. Typically the pharmacist is polite and helpful. However, the girl at the pharmacy register was extremely rude as was the pharmacist. We will be transferring all of our prescriptions to another location. read more

Cleanest store I have been in . Always has everything I need and employees ask if they can help. Pharmacy has always had my prescriptions on time just overall a nice store. Bathrooms were extremely clean. I go out of my way to come to this location. read more

This store continues to disappoint. Some of the pharmacy is so challenged every conversation ends in a fight. They are English challenged to add to it. I had to demand someone else help me. They shorted one of my prescriptions by have leading to a fight with the pharmacist. The on line system said I had 4 scripts ready for pick up but the had no idea. Sometimes auto refill works and other times not. Sometimes I get a test a script is ready sometimes not. read more

Very frustrated. Yesterday I called to check the status of my prescriptions. I stayed on hold for 45min. Finally hung up out of frustration. Today I called again to check status, after 20min they finally took my call. After all that: my prescription called in two days ago was not ready and even now I'm sitting waiting for it to be ready. Another example: My girlfriend stood in line at the drive thru for 45min waiting to be seen. There were three people working and one of them was held up by a customer the entire time she waited in line. When all is working they are efficient and helpful. But lately this branch seems to be off its game. Taking a very long time to get help. It's faster if you walk in but even then not that much better. I'm not sure what changed. Giving a 3 star because the staff is most always friendly and apologetic to delays...But subtracting the other 2 for lack big time. For almost 5 months, I had my prescriptions going here, gave them plenty of chances to get better...never got better. I would call my prescriptions in, on the automated refill line. Whether I showed up the next day, or days after it said it was ready, they NEVER were ready. They wait until you get there, in the line, to start the process. Everyone is told "Sorry about that, will be about 45 minutes." So, you either sit there, go find something else to do, or come back another time. Why not just have them filled and ready? read more

Easy in and out! Showed up to pick up a RX and was also administered a TDAP vaccine. I showed up and was promptly greeted at the counter. The woman cashed me out and said she would be right back to give the vaccine. The total trip was a 20 minute in and out visit. Great review and experience at cvs! read more

I have been forced by my company to use CVS for years. This is the closest store and they continue to disappoint. I only use it for meds. They typically have someone unqualified running the register, and even worst they don't speak English well. Add mask and Plexiglas to that and you end up yelling the spelling of your name. I am very tempted to pay cash for my meds elsewhere just to avoid the stress and high blood pressure. I really just can't say enough bad about the store and its management. read more

This has to be one of the WORST CVS pharmacies of all time!!! The service is always very slow. Nothing is ever ready - even if they tell you it is! I hate that my insurance has CVS as the place I have to go to fill my 90-day refills.... and this CVS is horrible!!! I think that S-L-O-W is their motto!! The pharmacy couldn't move any slower.. and don't even try calling them.. you'll be on hold forever! Worst pharmacy in town. Held for 13 minutes yesterday they never answered so i drove there was told my precscription wasnt there. Called my dr who actually called it in 2 days ago. Called back today to see if it was ready held for 7 minutes got disconnected called back held for 16 minutes. Drove up there wasnt ready had to wait. 6 people working back there and the worst service ever. Why with 6 people there and a relatively short line can you 1) not answer your phones 2) not have your scrips that were called in 2 days ago ready. Totally unacceptable. Will be sending in a complaint to our benefits dept at work and hope they ditch CVS. CVS if you read this try calling and listening to your poor quality hold music for 15 minutes itll drive you crazy. read more

A lot depends on who the Pharmacy assistant helping you out is; on one occasion the assistant went out of her way to get me discounts from and on the next occasion a few days ago another pharmacy assistant summarily dismissed GoodRx and actually charged me more, albeit not a lot more, but they could have told me about the difference when i was paying. Anyway, make sure you keep the receipt, then they will remember which discount to use read more

We transferred all of our Prescriptions to another Pharmacy. We gave CVS in Whitesettlement so many chances. First of all when you call you have to wait a long time until you get someone to answer. I was on hold 45 minutes the last time I called them! We would get texts that our prescriptions were ready & when we got there we had to wait because they weren't ready. They would send us to other Pharmacies to pick up meds that they didn't have which happened quite often. They were very unorganized. Will never go back to a CVS Pharmacy again. read more

Worst place EVER to get your Rxs. They are never filled on time if you have auto refills. They NEVER call you to let you know if they are out of the medication you need refilled. They sometimes don't even refill your auto refills. Their services are terrible and I will be moving my Rxs to another pharmacy and they will NEVER get my money again. I used this pharmacy simply because it is close to my house. I'm tired of the consistently poor customer service, though. The last straw for me was when an employee apparently quit a few moments before I got there. As a customer, I should never have even known about it, but the employees were discussing it loudly while the line just grew longer and longer. read more

I have used this CVS for years, but over this past 6 months I have had nothing but bad experiences with this store. This morning I called to refill mine and my sons prescriptions for our inhalers (to be able to breathe), the lady "LISA" proceeded to be frustrated as I was aware I was calling at the beginning of them opening it was 830am maybe a tad before. She started off with a horrible customer service attitude and proceeded to talk as she was looking up my refill and stated that my pro air inhaler was no longer covered by my insurance, I asked her to re-check as I have had mine and my sons filled this year 2019 already. She re-checked "supposedly" and then came back on to tell me it was not covered nor were "any" "albuterol" inhalers under my insurance. "which makes no sense". She then told me to call my insurance when any other pharmacy would've called with this discrepancy themselves. I then hung up after she was rude and called my insurance, I spoke with my insurance and they put me on hold while she called the pharmacy to notify them that they were covered. She got back on with me after about 8 minutes and stated that the pharmacist hung up on her as she was trying to explain that they were covered. She gave me prescription services phone number as she was also trying to give the pharmacist to call themselves to prove it was covered and he hung up on her. She got back on the line with me and told me this information so I told her I would call them back and apologized for their being rude. I called the pharmacy back and "lisa" again answered, I told her with a low tone that it was disrespectful when I am just trying to breathe that they hung up on my insurance. She talked over me and didn't let me finish and when I tried to tell her "excuse me can I finish" she basically hung up on me and put me on hold without notifying me she was going to do this or anything. It was at that point that I decided I will not be treated like this with a pharmacy I have used for years and I will not go through this to get an inhaler I need to breathe. That pharmacy is going downhill and it is the employees that are a huge part of that. read more
