They are one of my go-to locations to order online prints for pick up and they always do a stand-up job. I even had two custom shirts (one sweatshirt and one t-shirt) sent here and Walgreens knocked them out the park. My most commonly printed item is a 20x30'' poster board and while other locations have had challenges in the past with that specific size, they are always ready on time here at Freeport Walgreens. In fact, if I send it in the night before at 8-10pm, they are almost always ready by noon the next day. From my days working at a pharmacy when I was younger, I know how tiring and grueling it can be. So to the staff here, thank you for being so reliable and for all the work you do day in and day out!

He would always call me and tell me my medications were ready and always willing to deliver if i needed. At some point this pharmacist left, I'm assuming he retired. A younger man and woman took over, and since then the service has been sub-par. I never get a call my medications are ready, and when I called them last month to ask about my medications, I was told (with an attitude) we sent you a text, I said I never got one, so they sent me a text to sign me up for notifications. This month I STILL didn't receive notification my medications were ready. They lack of caring in this place has is extremely noticeable. There's no friendliness, no helpfulness, not even a smile or a have a nice day. The female pharmacist in the back never even speaks. When I check out they never ask if I have an questions, even with a new medication. I feel like I'm inconviencing them when I go there to pick up my medications. I will be changing pharmacies. Maybe bring the older man back for a few weeks to train you in customer service.
