I like coming to Walmart in the early morning because they aren't as busy. I found the personal care area just fine but had to ask for help since the item I wanted was behind a locked cabinet. A lot of the items I saw in this Walmart was behind a locked cabinet. I walked over to the car detailing aisle as well and saw everything there was locked behind a cabinet. This Walmart has a Subway inside which I haven't seen before. They also sells Krispy Kreme donuts next to the self checkout too. I used the self checkout station to pay for my items.

Then CVS texted me right the way that they had my prescription and it would be ready by 10 am . I was driving over there and it texted me again that my order would be delayed . By 10:12 am the system texted me saying that my prescription was ready . The pharmacy pick up counter had a long line . They had two cashiers and the line was moving fairly quickly. I like that they have one line for " regular pick up " and one line for " mobile pick up " . Mine was mobile so I got to reach the cash register after one person ahead of me . The caster / technician was very helpful and efficient. I went in and out in no time ! On a Sunday morning and with all the holiday shopping . This kind of service was super helpful.

He / she is very capably and efficient. But the line is still very long . CVS has changed their phone system to leave a voice mail only and they will call you back as soon as possible . That may take 1/2 day . One time my dentist needs to call and inquire about my antibiotics prescription. She was on hold for 10 minutes . I tried to call my self and no options for me to talk to a live person . Unless I drive down the and wait at the RX counter .After that incident, I consider to fill my prescription else where . Like Costco pharmacy is near by and they have enough staffs to answer the phone to help the patients .

When she went back out to clock out, she was extremely rude when I called her out for what she did. She was angry and said "well the systems are down!!" I've been shopping here for roughly 5 months now. Every since my first visit I could remember…read moresecurity following me down every aisle. Something said look up and I kind of glanced, because he was like by the front still but would walk over ever aisle I transferred to. I do understand that they have a lot of people coming in taking stuff but come on you see me some times weekly if not every other week. Spending $400 but never less than $100 plus. Just last Friday, I walked in with my daughter shopped for groceries and I walked over towards the liquor and essentials aisle. I pick up spritz drink four pack and eye drop. I had for got something in the frozen food aisle as I processed to exit the aisle, cashier walked her wide short plump self from behind the counter waving her hands in the air. Just doing extra when she could have easily said oh honey I'm sorry to have to tell you but store policy said you can't leave this section with those particular items. I would have understood. I have two lazy eyes, with a bad hip and leg pain. Let's not forget that I come in every single time with my four year old daughter. I attend church but honey let me tell you I almost forgot that I was saved and had excepted the Lord, as my savior. Why would I teach my child different? I've noticed they don't even look at someone that is not black way. I live right across the street. I have to say I feel very disrespected. As I return to the counter I didn't pay for those items. At this time black security walked over to the counter and a black cashier, their fake ball playing self were being nice too my daughter, mind you before I made it back to the counter to pay they were already having words. Like okay y'all better watch out for church people cause I heard that they be packing. LoL! After paying for my items before I could even get to the door the black cashier stated that she didn't like my attitude. Why because I stated I come in there spending too much money to steal or because I stated I had just come from the nail shop spending $161, on me and my daughter. I'm the wrong one. Y'all gone catch me on that day I already told my pastor that she was better that me because I haven't yet mastered turning the other cheek yet. Overall they are very rude with poor people skills. He's always friendly anytime customers approach him. And very helpful. Jorge has been the clerk to help me over a dozen times as well in the front and he's always polite and quick at the register.

Attempting to remain calm and not allow this to ruin my evening I had to by something and the lady at the register... no customer service skills whatsoever! We found the infants area just fine because Target usually keep it around the same place. We found the baby food that we wanted and also other stuff too. Since we were here, we wanted to get snacks as well so we went down to the produce area. This Target is pretty big inside and there are employees throughout the store. They have four checkout station here but two were down. I paid with a cashier and then saw one of the sunscreen I got was expensive. So I went back to try and return it but no one was working the counter at customer service. I asked another worker who was doing the drive up delivery and he said someone would come soon. No one came so he was the one who refunded me.

This isn't the only thing I want to talk about. I heard that they're making big changes here. I saw that they closed their Starbucks as well as other sections from the store with white curtains or something. They moved some of the refrigerators to do the renovations I think. Also, some parts of the areas were quite empty. I wonder what the big changes are but I don't think much is really going to change anyways. I think they should start stocking up electronics and their accessories again, but I don't think that will happen. Target has really changed. Back then, there were many electronics. Now, it's nearly empty probably because most people shop online nowadays.
