Getting off Mission and back on was straightforward. My credit card statement later read Pat Brick's Valero at the tune of $60.06 (ouch!), and it go us all the way back home to Genoa NV. Later on the California road, we found the per gallon price to be a little lower, but with a low tank, I'll call that the price of "piece of mind".

However, instead of assisting with a straightforward transfer process, I was told that I would need to complete a lengthy form. The staff member did not provide any supportive guidance or attempt to help facilitate the process, even though this appears to be a simple internal system action on your end. During the interaction, I also felt that the tone used toward me was disrespectful and dismissive. I was informed that there were many other customers waiting and that there was no time to assist me properly. This was said in a manner that I found sarcastic and unprofessional. I would also like to note that this is not my first visit regarding the same issue. On a previous occasion, I was informed that my medication was not fully available, and I was again required to complete additional steps myself in order to resolve the issue. Overall, the experience has been inconvenient and not patient-friendly. As a patient/customer, I expected a higher standard of service, especially when dealing with prescription medications, where efficiency and clarity are important. A simple prescription transfer request should not become a repeated and burdensome process for the customer.
