The employees seemed to go outta their way to avoid helping. At one point I got into the line to pick up prescriptions & the cashier waited on customers behind me. She knew I wasn't pleased but offered no explanation. She just kept doing it. The pharmacist wandered around like he had nothing to do, but walked away from customers wanting to ask him a question. This is a really good reminder why we stopped frequenting Walgreens many years ago. It's so weird - they seem to stay in business in spite of themselves.

There's always an issue, on back order or a "sorry, that's all we can do" attitude. You call to get updates, you're on hold for hours, only to get a different technician every time who give you different stories. Placed an order 8 days ago only to be told that my ozempic was on back order and would be there in 2 to 3 days. Changed my pharmacy to Raleys and it was filled with my ozempic in less than 24 hours. I am never going back and encourage others to do the same. There is much better service out there.

A lot of their items could make for good last minute gifts or accompaniments to gifts if you're there to mail a package to someone. To get to the post office you have to walk to the back of the store and pass by a bunch of stuff. All I know is that I pass by a lot of things I don't need, but want to impulsively buy.

They also sell house hold items such as detergent, soap, shampoo and shavers. It's your one stop shop. The store is not big and you can find everything quickly. I'm usually in and out within minutes. The employees can be kind sometimes lol. It's Walmart so I don't expect the best service. The self checkout lines usually move pretty quickly. In my experience I find they are faster than the regular lines. I really like that they sell fresh flowers. My hubby always picks up a few for me and makes some bouquets. I like to have a couple around the house. They're cheap and beautiful. They sell premade bouquets too. I appreciate that Walmart still has car side pickup too. I have two young kids and sometimes they just don't want to go to the grocery store. They do have a minimum you have to spend which is over 35 bucks. It's not bad especially for someone else to pack all your needs and bring them out to you.

My husband and I took it to her on Christmas day all the way to the nursing home in Visalia and gifted it to her, but they left the alarm tag on. I was in a hurry and bought it on Christmas Eve and did not know I put the receipt. I did reach out and they refunded me for the lowest price it was. They usually have really good holiday sales. It's not my favorite store, but I like their value items in the back and have gotten used to their layout.

I am no longer accepting the things I cannot change. I was out and about with one of my Fresno cousins running errands for stuff my cousin wanted. We stopped at this CVS. My gosh, there was NOT enough staff. What little staff there was, was trying so hard to be professional but we could see they were stressed at the overwhelming demands upon them from so many customers. Many of those customers were openly irate. No one was managing the understaffed situation. There was not a manager in sight, or someone acting as a manager. Store was dirty. This business should reduce its hours open to when it has adequate staffing and is clean. Instead, the poor staff is stretched so thin everyone's stressed. The staff is stressed. The customers are stressed. After initially patiently waiting in line to pay, we put our items down and left without them. For I finally realized I was contributing to employees' mistreatment by shopping at stores so clearly under-staffed, and to executive's bloated compensation directly resulting from that under-staffing. This place is a mess! I had all my prescriptions transferred here because they have a 24 hour drive-through. But, what good is it if you pull in and sit there for 10 minutes, and nobody comes to the window? I've been trying to pick up a prescription for three days, a pain killer at that! Trying to get it transferred to the one at Fresno in Herndon but I can't get through. Plus, you can't do the transfer on the app because it's not refillable! Even if I were to have it delivered, I'd probably have to wait an additional three days for it to be mailed to me! No fun when you are in pain! read more

Went to this CVS and usually at CVS I just buy and leave but I did not have good experience the other day. I asked for help in the Vicks Sinus as they were out of it however the employees seemed like they did not want to help. Then I gave up and went to go purchase the items I had however, the cashier seemed like she did not want to be there. Her mood was like as if she was taking out her frustration on me when I was asking her that some items has a discount on them as stated by the yellow tags. Not so great costumer service. Worst cvs ever. The pharmacy claims to be 24 hrs but every time I go here, the pharmacy is "out to lunch". How many lunches do these guys take? I almost think they do this to get out of work. The pharmacists on staff seem to not care a damn and half way asleep half the time. Unfortunately in Fresno this is one of the few 24 hour pharmacies. Recently, my PCP prescribed two antibiotics for infections, and she wanted me to start them ASAP. She sent the prescriptions to Manor Drugs. I called to give Manor a heads up. Long story short, the prescriptions were delivered within a couple of hours. I took the first doses within 4 hours from the time they were prescribed!!! Further, Linda at Manor was concerned about possible allergies to one of the antibiotics. When she first called me, I was not available. She persevered until she explained what I should look for with regard to a possible allergy and what I should do if I had a reaction. The people at Manor are caring and concerned about my welfare, and work hard to make sure my prescription needs are met. I give them a big thank you!!! You guys are awesome!!! What I really like about this place is that the produce is always fresh and it's relatively easy to find what I'm looking for. I can usually get in, and get what I need, in about 10 to 15 minutes. Again, if you like shopping in bulk, this is really the place to go. You can save some good money on buying in bulk without the added membership fees.
