This Walgreens is neat on the outside, but pretty basic on the inside. I also felt it was a little empty in the front (near the register), it lacked products and staff. I came in on a Friday and was not greeted, a little more customer service would go a long way in otherwise sleepy store like this. The rest of the store is well-stocked with gifts, flowers and stuffed friends (Squishmallows). I found an excellent supply of CHANSEY Squishmallows from Pokemon and my heart was overjoyed. We came in to buy some flowers for a deceased relative down the street at the Westminster Memorial. My parents said the single roses were $5 each and the bouquets were very expensive! We adapted and bought some flowers, but this felt a little excessive on the store's part. This location is right off Beach and has a 30 min. parking limit.

Instead of assisting me or explaining what could be done, I was simply told that someone else had picked it up. His attitude was also rude and dismissive. My concern is not only that my prepaid order was given to the wrong person, but also how the situation was handled afterward. If a pickup order is prepaid, there should be an appropriate verification process before releasing it. I paid for an order that I never received and am now having to contact customer service myself to request a refund. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience.

The seller told me to leave the green jujubes out for 1-2 days, saying they would turn brown and become ready to eat. I followed their instructions, but instead of ripening, the jujubes never turned brown. They stayed green, became completely shriveled and dried out, and had almost no moisture left inside. They went from looking fresh to completely dried out and inedible. I have pictures showing exactly what happened, including how they looked when I received them and how they ended up. Honestly, this feels like "bait and switch" -- showing one thing in the picture and sending something completely different. Don't be fooled by the pictures or tempted to save a few dollars by buying from this place. When I contacted them about the problem, they not only refused to properly resolve it, but they were also extremely rude and disrespectful in the way they spoke to me. This is my personal experience, and I would NOT recommend buying jujubes from this seller. Save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else.

Your medication is ready," and then he hung up. The next day, I went through the drive-thru to pick up my medication. I waited for a while, and no one greeted me or acknowledged that I was there. I finally pressed the call button, and the woman who answered rudely said, "We saw you. We're busy in the store." I'm not sure why they seem to think customers can somehow see how busy they are over the phone or through the drive-thru speaker. Being busy is understandable, but there's no reason to be rude. A simple, "Thank you for waiting. We'll be right with you," would have made all the difference. Courtesy and basic customer service shouldn't disappear just because the store is busy.

Whoever owns and operates this CVS needs to hire a security guard to stand outside! Everyday the same homeless drug addicts are stealing and using drugs in front of the store. They don't care who sees them with the stolen goods. The manager said she knows they steal everyday. One of them also got hostile towards us. It's not safe anymore for the customers. I have requested on multiple occasions to have a prescription transferred to another pharmacy and it still has not been transferred. I have spoken to the owner, the pharmacist and employees. A week prior to needing the medication refilled I found they had filled it and dropped it on my front bench without informing me. I called again and asked that they transfer the prescription. I was informed they did not have it and they would call Beach Terrance to get it transferred. I had now no more of one of my medications. I had now been out of the medication for 3 days. I called Beach Terrance and asked if they still had the prescription. I was told they did. I asked that they fill it and them transfer it. I was told they would do so. I just checked after 3 weeks and found this still has not been transferred. I will call again tomorrow and speak to them once more. I have enough on hand now to make it to my next appointment with the prescribing Doctor. If this has not been transferred I will request a new prescription.

The pharmacist Kevin went above above and beyond by matching the prices of my prescriptions that weren't covered by my insurance with coupons for other pharmacies. He got my prescription done in a matter of minutes. I recently learned that they offer delivery too, which is super great because my parents are at a vulnerable age during this pandemic. This is definitely the pharmacy you want to go to if you live around Westminster. The care and attention you get here is something you'll never at a corporate chain.
