I have continued coming here purely for proximity to my home and after I was in the middle of explaining a situation (after an Rx reversal they did by mistake) and realized music started playing.....put on hold with no warning today that sealed the deal for me. We're a family of six and frequently need prescriptions filled and nearly every time I come I wonder what rude employee I will encounter. Fortunately, there are many more pharmacies and delivery options that are much more convenient and I don't have to deal with pharmacy techs that have zero customer service.

The medication was for my 13 yr old granddaughter so now I have to take her back to the ER to get a different medication due to when I called the ER to see if they could prescribe her a different medication they said I have to bring her back in. For three months in a row they have written it wrong, by miscalculating the earliest refill date at +75 days, rather than the correct 30 days! We explained to them twice how to do it right and they fixed it, so there is no doubt of their mistakes. They miscalculated the same way a third time. On or about 9/22/2020 we contacted the CVS "feedback" number, 800-746-7287 and B---- said that someone from the district "leadership team" would contact us. As of this morning, 10/8/2020, nobody had contacted us. Today, at CVS #3166, they haven't answered their phone, 301-791-2852 in ten minutes. We called the feedback # again, today, 10/8/2020 circa 2:10 PM. C----- said he would contact district leadership. "J------" called us at 3:45, when we were in a PT session. We called back at 4:40 and left a message. According to *69, "J------" called again at 5:12 PM. I returned her call, immediately. No response. This is a message to her. Telephone tag! Must I sent certified mail to the corporate chair?

They filled my elderly relative's antibiotic with the incorrect directions on the label and were…read morenot willing to take accountability for their mistake. When I called to talk to them about it, the pharmacist put one of his techs on the phone to make excuses to cover his tracks, and, instead of doing so themselves, told me if I was concerned, I could call and verify with the doctor, which I did. Upon calling back to tell them this and vocalizing my concern, the pharmacist finally apologized for the incorrect directions but didn't offer to fix them . Fortunately, I am a pharmacy technician and caught this mistake, however someone who is not in the pharmacy industry may not have noticed it. We will not be having anything else filled here as safety and obviously integrity are both issues. Beyond that, excuse one or two techs, customer service is terrible. I witnessed this while they were serving others as well as myself. Eye rolling, giggling and lack of assistance are apparent. It's honestly like a pharmaceutical twilight zone.

When I gave them 5 week days notice that I needed an anti blodcloting med filled, it took them almost 10 days. But when I called at the 10 day mark they said that it was to early to be filled. The employees were talking behind the screen, but no one even acknowledged my existence for a good 3 minutes. When they finally spoke to me, they told me to come back at 10 in a mocking tone. The scheduling error isn't the fault of the store or employees, but they were entirely nasty and unhelpful. Thank you CVS for wasting my time. I will never return to this store or any other CVS store
