This cvs has been good to me up until right now with a new hire that made me cry. Like seriously…read moreread the room dude. When I got up to the window, I stated I just wanted a certain prescription and here's my name and last name, he proceeded to ask my name again and I repeated my name again, then he asked AGAIN for my last name, I said it again and then he said "okay you have two prescriptions." I repeated myself again saying I only wanted one certain prescription and not the other. He then said "you don't want the other prescription at all??" I said "no I cannot afford the other prescription right now, can I please just have the prescription I asked for?" He then came back WITH BOTH prescriptions and said "it's only 7 dollars are sure you don't want it?" That right there is why I am balling my eyes out in my truck right now. Of course I want the medication but I can't afford it right now and the fact I had to repeat it multiple times that I couldn't afford it made me so embarrassed. If a customer says 'I can't afford it' in the future, then read the freaking room. Edit: Got home and meds were completely wrong. Had to go back to get my correct dosage that I've been taking for years.

One item in the gardening shop had no price. I stopped a very busy clerk and she checked the price for me with a smile. I further ordered my 6 bags of mulch & 2 bags of soil using her order cards at the register. She found the items I requested and rang up the order. My concern was no one is usually available in the garden area to put the stuff in your car (these items are a bit to heavy for me) but she assured me she'd find someone and by the time I went out and brought my car around, there was a young man waiting for me. Kudos to the clerk for following thru (with a smile) and the very police and helpful lot clerk for assistance. I would like to say here, tho, that WM has the staff pile shelves too high. The average home shopper is a woman, the average woman is 5'4" tall...so why are the shelves about 6 feet with boxes on top of boxes? (Please understand this has nothing to do with the gardening center clerk that assisted today, it is a complaint I have about WM in general and some day hope someone will listen.)

Great service when dealing with pictures, one staff, she did a very lovely job I needed to get over 200 pictures printed and ( Daisy) the staff got it done quick and easy I couldn't believe they were ready when I came to pick them up I was expecting to have to wait till the next day. Tagen is very helpful and nice, I feel so bad my umbrella dripped all over the floor I definitely recommend coming here the staff are all friendly and very helpful, if you're unsure if they sell something specific you can call ahead and ask. I needed pizza sauce at like 7pm when everywhere else was closed early due to COVID-19 and I called ahead, and they went and looked for me to make sure thanks to them my spaghetti didn't go sauceless lol.

I needed white socks and tshirts. All of these items are locked up in cabinets....REALLY? In Salem, there are rows of these items where I can peruse w/o glass and don't require to contact personnel in order to make a purchase. This is VERY inconvenient and what is wrong with this store? Are people stealing tshirts, socks, underwear and more? I believe that their batteries are also this way too. Finding someone to open the case was not something I wanted to do, so I just drove across the street to TARGET where I could find what I wanted and I could make the purchase on my own - the selection was less, but I was more than happy NOT to have to seek out someone with a key to make a small purchase. (Apparently the clientele between these two stores is very different or perhaps it is just the way that Walmart handles it or treats their customers - I do find it insulting that the store has to lock up things or perhaps it is just sad... :-( ) In looking at he reviews, I see that someone else has commented on items locked up tight and the hassle she had to get to the item of interest: Bad customer service experience I asked for help three times and nobody could get somebody with a key for something small I wanted in the glass cases. They are always willing to assist with anything, whether it is helping me or other customers find products in the store, assisting at self checkout, helping with photo orders and printing, or fixing an issue when something does not ring up correctly. Their customer service really stands out. I also place online orders for in store pickup quite often, and they go above and beyond. Many times, as soon as I walk in, they are already grabbing my order from the shelf and getting me checked out before I even have to say anything. Hands down the best CVS location. Best staff, best service, just an overall great experience every time.

The outstanding staff they had disappeared quickly, one by one, and no one "knew " anything. I left my last Walgreens due to massive changes that left me with not one recognizable face, and my prescriptions became a problem. This store's just done the same. New faces, not a single person I recognize. It's shameful, really. These new people are way off their game, medicines our of stock, saying they're there only to be told I'll have to wait 3 more days for it to come. Wonderful. I'm already 3 days behind this medicine, now it will be 6 days. I'm fed up and moving to another Walgreens where I do recognize a few people, and hope for improvement over what I've experienced lately. They have insulted me based on the Rx I take numerous times including stating "I can't stand junkies." Luckily my son was too young to understand, he was only 6-7 at the time. Finally today they are withholding my prescription for the 3rd time even when my insurance will cover it. I've never been anything but respectful and it's places like this that have killed thousands of ppl due to personal feelings towards ppl who some are actually trying to live a productive life. Not everyone is out to play you and while I understand how it may be a bit of conditioning, someone has to speak up before they cause any other ppl suffering to lose their battle
